Our group of four had a nice one-night stay. The location is convenient to restaurants and attractions. The condo is roomy with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped. The condo overall was clean, however we did find a few of the kitchen pans needed to be scrubbed before using.

The condo was lovely and clean and the location was great. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working properly. The temperature outside was over 35 degrees Celsius. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Great location! It was absolutely beautiful place. Only thing is the bbq looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 5 years but it worked fine! Overall it was an amazing place. Stunning views and easy check in!

Great spot, loved it. Our flights were delayed so we arrived late which was a pity - we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we’d have liked. One potential improvement would have been having access to or receiving check-in instructions ahead of time. Only once we arrived in town at 9:30 pm or so did we look for the instructions but could not find them. I requested them and received them quickly, but if it was later I’d be worried about not getting a response and wouldn’t have had access.

Top floor, two bed condo with good beds, and builder grade appliances. The living and bedroom hardwood floors are a nice upgrade. Best to bring your own kitchen gadgets and knives, as well as either a hatchet or lighter blocks for the woodstove if you're planning on using it. Some nice trails into the bush on the opposite side of the highway, past the electrical substation - you could hike all the way to the hot springs if you had the time. Quiet neighbours. Easy to get to Invermere/Windermere and back over the pass to Nipika.

We were able to take in the hot spring healing waters and make a day trip up to Banff. Absolutely stunning scenery. The condo was perfect. Clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. We are already thinking to do it again next year

The property was exactly as advertised. Only a few condos in the same building which added to the feel of privacy. Very nice, clean condo with a view of the mountains out every window. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was a nice little getaway spot. We enjoyed the fireplace especially. Nothing extra special about it, but it is comfortable and affordable!
The only thing that would make it 5 stars is if access to laundry was included. My fault for not checking the listing, but I just assumed there was laundry and there isn't. Would have come in handy for swimwear/towels after visiting hot springs.
Otherwise, it was clean, handy with two bedrooms, and the host is very responsive to messages.
Would recommend, and would likely stay again, but with no laundry might consider another listing.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay and relax in the Radium area. Also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from this unit. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. Look forward to returning to stay at this property again.

Wife and myself visited radium. When we checked in the place was very clean.
There were a couple things that could have been better.
1. The balcony off master bedroom was blocked off due to construction.
2. Would have been nice to have some coffee packets in the cabinet.

Good location, very comfortable accommodations with a unsurpassable view of the mountains. We all enjoyed our holiday.

Overall our stay was just ok. Definitely bare minimum of amenities. One towel per person for 3 days. No extra blankets.(option of lighter ones would have been nice) The place was so crazy hot when we arrived. AC is just in the main area so bedrooms where doors were closed were unbearably hot. There were still crumbs on the table from previous guest and dust on the end tables. Main bedroom door screen not usable as was ripped. Same bedroom door was blocked off with plywood as construction started at 7am.
It was sufficient for our party of 2 couples for a golf getaway.

Radium Retreat
The owner is extremely easy to communicate with - immediately responsive. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. We had all we could possibly need in our home away from home.
Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating and easy to deal with.
We so totally enjoyed our 'retreat'.
We will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to Radium.

Home Away From Home
The condo was spotless, well stocked and with super comfy beds. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Radium Hot Springs and the Kootenay Mountains did not disappoint. We saw bears and sheep everyday for 5 days. Plenty of beautiful local hiking trails.

Great property - terrible communication
The property is exactly as the photos. Neat as a pin. But, by noon on the day we were to arrive at the property, i still hadn’t received the info on how to get in to the condo. We had planned to make the 3 hour drive leaving around noon. I was quite panicked! I phoned vrbo, and they left messages for the owner. They told us to go (still without details on how to get in), and if we didn’t receive the details by the time we arrived in Radium- vrbo would provide us with another place to stay. We received the info an hour later. At the end of our stay, i had forgot an item in the unit- to this day, they have not replied to my message to get it back to me.

Also, the immediate neighbour played loud music for hours on the Wednesday night. Earplugs would be useful here! 2. The wine glasses are plastic. If this matters to you, bring your own glass! Beautiful Condo in Peaceful Setting
We had a very relaxing stay. Trish is a very friendly and communicative host. The one big hiccup we had was trying to find the condo unit when we arrived at night time. Poor lighting, small address print on sign and not knowing the property layout made for some extra stress after driving through the mountain pass. The kitchen is simply gorgeous and the the bed made for a very comfortable, restful sleep.
