Beach Block, Pet Friendly, Big Open Porch! Now booking for 2025
Dies ist eine Einheit im zweiten Stock, die vor kurzem vermietet wurde, da Papa die Stufen nicht mehr benutzen kann. Es verfügt über 3 komfortable Schlafzimmer und offenen Raum vom Wohnbereich über das Esszimmer und die offene Küche. Es hat ein klassisches Jersey-Ufergefühl mit einer frisch renovierten Küche, aktualisierten Möbeln und einer zentralen Klimaanlage für den Sommer 2019 !!! Alle Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren sowie Ventilatoren im Wohn- und Esszimmer. Neue Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine Veranda und einen Weber-Grill zum Kochen. Das hervorgehobene Merkmal ist die äußere Veranda, auf der Sie zuschauen, ein Buch lesen, ein Nickerchen machen oder in der Seeluft bei ein paar Cocktails entspannen können. Das Anwesen hat auch eine Außendusche und einen Umkleideraum zum Abspülen nach der Rückkehr vom Strand.
Tatsächliche Adresse ist 831 St. James Place. Dieses Gerät ist 1 Block vom Strand und dem Beginn der Promenade entfernt. Unser Ende der Promenade beherbergt die erste Rettungsschwimmerstation mit Bädern und Erster Hilfe. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich Browns Restaurant, das für seine frischen Morgendonuts bekannt ist, und Anthony's Wassereis für die heißen Strandtage. Am anderen Ende unseres Blocks vom Strand gibt es ein Feinkostgeschäft, ein Restaurant, eine Pizzeria und eine Eisdiele innerhalb von 1-3 kurzen Blöcken.
Zusätzlich bieten wir 6 Strandmarken, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Familienbrettspiele, um Ihren Spaß zu beginnen.
Viele Updates finden im Winter 2019 statt, daher sind neue Bilder noch nicht verfügbar, werden aber hochgeladen, sobald sie verfügbar sind. Neue zentrale Klimaanlage, neue Möbel und neuer Stil werden zur Attraktivität dieser Unterkunft beitragen. Wir haben schon eine tolle Lage !!

The apartment was very clean and organized. Many things were provided by the owner such as linens and utensils. Dog friendly and people friendly! Would definitely stay again!

This is an older but updated property that is within easy walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The home was clean and extremely well stocked with everything from cleaning products and towels to a beach umbrella. We loved the covered front porch and were also happy to have great TV service so we could watch the Olympics when we returned from the boardwalk in the evening. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful both remotely and onsite. Literally the only issue we had was parking because there is no driveway or alley. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was cozy, clean and location was perfect! Close to boards, beach and restaurants. The owner was more than accommodating . We were able to check in early. She provided a lot which made packing so much easier ! We look forward to renting again!

Awesome Memorial Day weekend with my husband and 2 kids. Home is conveniently located 1 block to the beach. Boardwalk has a breakfast/ lunch/ donut shop (Brown’s) a couple blocks from the house. Family friendly block, house came with towels and linens and kitchen was modern. Washer and dryer also brand new in unit. Beautiful front porch with plenty of seating for coffee or after beach cocktail. Loved our stay!

The house was very clean and the kitchen is filled with equipment for home cooking and baking.
A quick walk to the wide beach and at the start of the Ocean City two and a half mile long boardwalk. Cruiser bicycles were available and added to our enjoyment of Ocean City.
We were in the second floor apartment. There is a long set of stairs - for us it added to the visit as we were looking for an active get away. But they might prove a challenge for some.

This is a classic OCNJ beach house. It's original but has been updated and has all the comforts of a more modern home. Very cozy.

Our stay at Tristin’s home was just what we needed finish our summer vacation. We loved hanging out on the porch in the morning and evenings. Clean and cozy with easy access to the beach, Brown’s and all of our favorite spots in the Gardens. She was very communicative and easy to reach at any time. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a great stay here. House was clean, in a great location, and we loved that our pups were welcomed too. Check-in/out process was easy and the owners were friendly and accessible for questions. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again soon!

The house was just what we were looking for ..amazing location, clean and everything functional, all the necessary amenities, and second floor porch for reading with a light morning breeze. Loved this place and can't wait to go back.

Comfortable, clean, pet-friendly place on a quiet street at the north end, but still convenient to everything by foot or bike. Great value - had everything we needed to feel at home for a week. It's not luxurious like some of the newer places, but that's not what we were looking for.

This house is right near the beach/boardwalk which is always where you want to be in OCNJ. Our family enjoyed our time at the house as well as our dogs. The house is a little smaller than expected and is on street parking only which can be tricky at times. Besides those two critiques, this is a great pet-friendly house and we would definitely rent it again.

Great vacation!
We loved the location, close to beach and boardwalk, we loved the porch, place was clean, all basics of food and staples were provided. Tristin provided extras, including bikes, umbrellas, grill, beach chairs, sand toys. He was a great communicator, with a friend on-site for any minor issues. It is an old property, but functional for our needs. We have many memories from this great vacation!

Very nice place to stay
We were very happy with the property, the location and the price. The only thing we were not as pleased about is the requirements to make the beds upon arrival and wash the towels before departure. I dont believe these were mentioned on the VRBO listing. I understand why they are required, but for a busy family, it is one extra thing to worry about. The landlords were very kind and we very much enjoyed our stay.

October Summer
Lovely weekend at this lovely rental! Tristin was easily reachable, and very accommodating. Close walk to the beach, and such a bonus to be able to bring our dog with us. Our stay was perfect and the rental was perfect for our family. Don’t miss out!

Perfect Long Weekend
We stayed for a long weekend (Friday-Monday) in late September. The weather was perfect and so was this listing! We were able to get in earlier than 4pm, and the place was spotless. This was our girls trip. It was me, my sister and my mother. We each had a room to stay in, and the kitchen, dining area/living room was plenty big for us. It’s a block and a half from the beach, but we really enjoyed looking at all the beautiful homes along the way. It’s also a very quiet street at the very start of the boardwalk. So that was nice as well. We will definitely be booking this with Tristin again for next years girls trip. I highly recommend!

Great spot for family w pet
We really enjoyed our stay. First of all the booking process was easy and communication from owner was great. We didn’t have a single issue or concern with the property. Was exactly how listed. Location is great for easy beach and end of boardwalk access (we prefer being a bit away from the craziness of center boardwalk) and worked well for our dog also (not too far to the dog beach on the long port side of the bridge). We would 100% visit again.

The apartment was as billed. Clean. Loved having the beach badges. The cruiser bikes were a big hit. Only draw back: parking. But we found spaces to park. Would highly recommend. Tristen was a great host.

The house was clean and very well appointed! The home is centrally located, and a short walk to the beach. Communication from the property manager was excellent! We loved this property and are looking forward to our next stay! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place!
My husband I stayed for a long weekend with our two young children. The house is a perfect size for our family and came with so many things that other rentals usually do not (bath towels, hand towels, sheets, dish soap, hand soap, etc.). Tristin is wonderful - very responsive and makes the process of renting/checking in/checking out very easy. The house has the charm of the older Ocean City houses with the necessary modern updates. We loved our weekend!

Great location, Great owner
This is the best area for a week long stay at the beach. Very easy to walk to the beach with 3 kids, and also the boardwalk. We loved being able to grab breakfast and lunch at Browns on the beach and ride our bikes on the boardwalk. The unit was clean, organized and had everything we could possibly need plus more. The owner Tristan was awesome, super easy to communicate with and onsite at the time we were there...staying upstairs.

We had a very nice stay. The house is very well located with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Everything we needed was there. Tristin was helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this house for a family stay (there were 2 adults and 4 teenagers in our party). Thank you for sharing your lovely family home!

Family time to the max!
Tristin’s place is like being at home. Except it’s at the beach! What a delightful place to stay. Everything was as promised. The rooms are great, the beds were comfy, The kitchen was awesome. We even grilled outside on the Weber gas grill. The front porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the night breeze, or that morning cup of coffee.
A short walk down the street it’s you on the beach. By the time you read this they will have tripled the length of the beaches in this area. They are doing an awesome job.

Nicely updated unit that still feels like old Ocean City. Tristin was excellent to deal with, place more than met our expectations. One note—third bedroom has bunk beds, not 2 twins as stated in listings. The bunk beds would be fine for kids but too small for adults. But otherwise everything great—location, from porch, nice kitchen. Also nice that owner provides linens, not the norm for rentals in Ocean City.

Great vacation! Very nice, cozy and comfortable!
This property was exactly as advertised; it was clean, neat and the location was perfect! It definitely brought me back the nostalgic feeling of the Jersey Shore as a child and that passed right through to my children. We all had a wonderful time during our stay. Tristin was both responsive and very easy to communicate with for the duration of our stay; check-in and check-out were seamless. We would definitely rent this property again and recommend to anyone looking for a great escape!

First family vaca with the grands!!
We loved our stay, this place was a home away from home, so clean and comfortable!! It had everything you will need for your stay, close to the beach, a big porch to relax and people watch, air conditioning when it was hot & humid and a gas grill for quick meals!! We all loved our vaca at this beautiful beach house!!

Amazing vacation
Tristin’s place is perfect. 2 blocks from the beach and everything you need in a 3 BR. The access takes you directly to the boardwalk at the North end where some of the best donuts ever are sold. My kids and I enjoyed the perfect week.

Great Location
The location of this house to the beach was perfect! About a 5 minute walk and you were on the beach/boardwalk. Having beach tags provided was nice along with beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. The house was very clean and updated with Central Air which was very nice to have. The pictures haven't been updated to show that the room with two twin beds are now bunk beds which our daughters enjoyed but we hadn't planned for originally in sleeping arrangements. The owner was very nice and welcoming and great to communicate with. Great place for a family to stay.
We definitely plan on coming back and staying here again!
