I cannot fault this place really, super welcoming hosts, very warm people and their property well and truly exceeded expectations. very very relaxing, private, comfy, with everything you need, a truly romantic getaway for a couple. This place is beautiful. Sitting in front of the wood fire heater on super comfy couches was great! Cathie greeted us and filled us in on the accommodation, she let us know about where to go locally, and there is a basket full of info inside. It’s clean, everything you need is there (except a pen!). I can’t wait to go back

A villa with high quality fittings, appliances and ambience.

The only inconvenient thing was that there was no toilet upstairs.

Absolutely everything, from the location, the driveway to the property, the greeting, all facilities, kitchen, bathroom, all supplies, wood supply, instruction manuals for appliances, comfort level throughout, very spacious, excellent set up with spiral staircase up to the master bedroom, full ice trays in freezer, AMAZING , plenty supply of toilet paper, "Helloo big hotels !!", a record player with choice of nostalgic records, magic views, total peace and quiet, superbly clean, and a great feel just being there, such excellent value for money

The Muddy is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. We explored the local hikes and rail trail, but couldn’t wait to get back to the property for drinks on the deck in the evening sun. We enjoyed our visits from Peppin the dog, the sheep in the pasture and the record player got a lot of use! Book now!

Wonderful place with a varm friendly host. We strongly recommend it and would love to come back - If you were to install a hot tup outside under the stars, we would come back in a couple of months and pay $75 more per night 😁

Would like to have had a light switch on the staircase light upstairs to turn the light on and off as the toilet is located downstairs.
