We had a wonderful time! The property is great. Everything was very well stocked. We loved having All the extra tables and chairs. Rob was so great to work with and answered all my questions! We had 42 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for a fabulous time

This was an amazing property for all our staff to stay for a few days to learn, collaborate, and grow together. The facilities accommodated all of us comfortably. The property had plenty to do during our down time. We look forward to coming back next year for another retreat!

This property is amazing! There is so much space for a group of 30+ to sleep in their own beds, the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, the pool and spa were SUPER clean, the pond is a great place to relax or catch some fish, the basketball and pickle ball court were a plus, the technology is up to 2023 standards...the property is just remarkable.

This is our third year staying here for our family reunion. There is no other place so well equipped to entertain all ages. The house is perfect, the pool is amazing, and the pond is so fun for everyone. We have already booked our trip for next year.

This was a great property for our group of about 40 (give or take each day). The amenities were perfect. We had some swimming, some playing pickle ball, some playing pool and ping pong, kayaking, and others watching a movie in the theater room. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of bathrooms for our large group. Overall, it was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay while we learned and trained together.

The lodge has everything you need and more. The location is abosultely gorgeous. We held a retreat for some of our out-of-state team members and it is literally out of a movie. The photos don't do it justice.

This overall property was great for our family of 30. However, the beds are terrible. We had adults sleeping on the couches because the beds were so. bad. Also, for the price you pay towels and kitchen accessories should be upgraded. Literally it looks likes they went to Deseret Industries and grabbed towels and kitchen accessories they thought people would need.

Amenities were perfect for 45 of us. We didn’t leave the main floor living area 95% of the time - we will be back!

We celebrated a milestone birthday as a family for the weekend. The pool, theater and fully stocked kids playroom were hits with the grandkids. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to prep meals for 30 people with ease. The lodge is spacious enough that we could spread out and enjoy visiting in smaller groups, but then come together for dinner and a birthday party. The sound system was a big plus for toasting our loved one.

We reserved this place for a work retreat and it was perfect! We were able to have all the spaces needed to hold our breakout sessions, collaborate and still be able to meet all together for presentations. The activities on site made it possible for us to stay onsite for all three days. It was exactly what we were looking for and more.

We had a wonderful week at this property. We loved the spaciousness, pool, and location. It was well equipped for cooking and playing. Our only complaint was the beds. They were way too soft for our liking.

Excellent property
We had a wonderful reunion! The home was perfectly large for our family…the activities available at the house were well used.,, pickle ball, the wonderful pond with all the equipment, the pool and basement games and movie room. Something for all. The kitchen was ample for our large group… we had a party and the tables and chairs were such an asset! Really appreciated the e sound system inside and out!! Couldn’t have love the home more. Loved seeing the deer on the property. Appreciated the supplies readily available for garbage, cleaning, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry.
Only thing I would recommend is changing the saloon doors in the main level bathroom since it’s a handicap friendly bath…the doors are very difficult to maneuver. Also, and out door shower by the pool would be helpful.

Great Family Reunion Property
This place has it all! Pool, hot tub, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaks, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, firepit, and so much more. It is so well stocked and sleeps so many people comfortably. We have stayed here twice and we will for sure be back again next year.

A celebration of life
We gathered family together to remember and celebrate my Dad’s life. The lodge was a perfect venue. We had five couples who were glad to have the five king sized beds. The families with small children were up on the top floor with plenty of room and beds.
We had a memorial service for my dad on the first floor living area. Rob, the property manager, was very helpful with getting us set up with the sound system and the audio visual equipment. We moved the furniture around to accommodate our event.
We enjoyed the fireplace, fire pit, basketball court, hot tub, pool, downstairs pool table, theater room, etc. The kitchen family room was great for our family to gather and enjoy our time together.

Winter Getaway
The property is a great venue for larger groups and you have lots of areas for people to hangout. A few amenities are showing their wear though like the oven doors not closing all the way. A few people in our group saw bed bug spray in the closet and found it odd. A couple days after we left a few of them started showing red bump clusters all over their bodies.

Great Experience
This was a great facility with a wide range of activities possible on-site. We enjoyed using the 3'-5' pool, the hot-tub, as well as sport court with basketball standard for "speed" and pickle ball. The large pond with equipment was also very nice.
A few tics for accuracy: A few bulbs out, outdoor gear missing (from other summer renters likely), oven door not closing tight, paddleboat axle not working. Anything important that needed resolution was taken care of property manager.

Great place for a family reunion
Everyone had a fabulous time! It accommodates a lot of people! Great fridge/freezer space, nicely stocked kitchen, great fenced pool, toy room( we had 23 kids between the ages of 2 months - 9 years)sound system throughout lodge, plenty of tables and chairs, and large open spaces ! Everyone including 90 year old Grandpa Great had a fabulous time!

Wonderful family retreat
We had a family reunion with 36 children/grandchildren and it was amazing. The pond was the biggest hit with lots of water toys and plenty of fish to catch. We have already booked for next year!

Perfect event and gathering space in Heber Valley
Silver Springs Lodge offers a serene gathering space with all the comfort, convenience and warmth of home. Massive gathering spaces for your group needs; and tons of private bedrooms and bathrooms for individual demands. The bucolic atmosphere will leave none wanting and the vast amenities will please even the pickiest traveler. The property manager Curtis takes care of the details and is a pleasure to work with and Dave the owner has made sure all your needs will be met. This is the space you've been looking for.

Silver Springs Lodge Review
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property had all the amenities that we needed. We had me and my wife, our 8 adult children and 19 grandchildren staying here for a week. There was enough to do that the only time anyone left for any activity off site was some who went running in the early morning. We all enjoyed the pool and the pond. We used the theater and the game room and set up lawn games for eeryone. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful large home for a Family Reunion
We had plenty of room for our family of 12 adults and 14 children. There were 3 families not able to attend, but there would have been plenty of beds for them as well. The property is beautiful with a lot to do outside and inside.
Grocery stores are near by as well as outdoor boating, hiking, etc.
We did have 1 washing machine that kept giving us an error message, but no other problems.

winter wedding weekend
We would happily be the first group to become full time residents because we did not want to leave!!! Our host was extremely conscientious and checked on us daily during our stay. The accommodations were beyond expectation - nothing can prepare you for how beautiful this lodge is and how every amenity has been thought of to provide you with a stress free stay. We loved this lodge and will always cherish our weekend at such an amazing facility!

We've Stayed Multiple Times & LOVE IT!
We have rented this lodge multiple time for a group of 40 men on a corporate event. We have been very satisfied with the service we have received, the facility itself is beautiful and everyone has a great time. The kitchen has multiple refrigerators, dishwashers and lots of counter space for feeding large groups of people. There are so many options for entertainment between the basketball court, swimming pool and hot tub, the pond with boats and fishing, theater room, pool table, fire pit, kids play area....I could go on. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. We will continue to reserve this lodge for our annual corporate events.

Nice house with mice and beware of the ATV rental
My family and I just stayed here and the amenities were quite nice. We had 30 people in our party along with 6 children and there was room enough for everyone. The kitchen was nice however there was at least one mouse we saw in the kitchen.
My biggest complaint was with the ATV rentals that we rented. We rented all four of their RAZR quads and the two oldest ones we had problems with. On one of the quads the drive belt broke while we were out, the other a wheel bearing went out two hours into our day, not only was this an inconvenience but they charged us to repair these quads. These are life limited parts yet they charged me for their replacement, which I have issue with.
I am only glad we didn't have problems with the house I would have hated to see what they would have charged me for those problems.

Family Fun
My family and I just spent the weekend up at the lodge and we had the time of our lives!!!! It was big, beautiful, and open. We had 30 children running around and we didn't have to worry about them. It was safe and decorated in a way that we weren't worrying about whether or not the kids were going to destroy something. We created so many memories over the 3 days, memories that we will always cherish. We have already started talking about trying to do this every year. Thank you for sharing your lodge with us.
