This property is located on a canal and it is serene to sit on the screened in porch. It is well stocked and very clean. Nice neighborhood and there is laundry in the building. The owners are wonderful. Highly recommended.

Nice clean condo. Great location. Quiet complex and neighborhood. So nice to have bikes to explore the area on the many bike paths.

The vacation was wonderful! It was comfy and very welcoming. The condo was just what we wanted… close to Fisherman’s Wharf and the harbor. It was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and available! Would love to come again!

The condo was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breezes on the lanai which looks out over a canal. The neighborhood is close to biking and walking trails leading to the Harborwalk (Punta Gorda waterfront area) and downtown (don’t miss all of the murals!), and various parks and nature areas. Our host was tremendously helpful with recommendations and responded quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The view of the water was relaxing and fun to see the fishing boats. The Condo was well stocked and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The communication with the owners was easy and convenient. We’d enjoy coming back to stay. Thanks

This a beautiful condo with a lot of lovely art pieces. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a canal. There is a dock on the canal. We had a wonderful stay.

The condo was clean and had everything one would need to be comfortable during a stay in PGI. The laundry was available & free and there were nice added favors available for your needs. There were 3 adults using the condo to sleep at night while visiting our parents a couple miles away. We never used the bikes, but ran a few mornings to their home near the IYC. It was a very quiet location.

We have stayed here twice with great experience both times. Condo very clean & equipped with all necessities. We had a problem with bicycle tire which was fixed within hours. Which was not a must but the bike paths are great in this area. So appreciated such a quick response. The location of this property is great.

Kevin and Kim take good care of their property and the neighbors are nice! When we arrived, there was an AC truck beside the building and our AC wasn't working. They already knew that and Kevin had gone to buy a new unit, which was being installed! We were cool in no time. There are bikes available in the laundry room, which is also where the trash can and recycle are located. Very clean and nice. The grill worked fine but late afternoon on the back porch is awfully hot! Nothing they can do about that. We spent many mornings looking our over the canal and enjoying the quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to everything. Got to know the town well and enjoyed our visit!

Beautifully maintained condo on the intercostal waterway (Punta Gorda Isles). Hosts were awesome. Towels and toiletries in abundance! Great location! Great Parking location! Laundry right next door. The condo was immaculate! Simple check in/out...effortless. Thank you Kevin and Kim, our hosts. Only wish the tournament was better for our son! Maybe next time!
