Great walking area including Bayfront Park. Short Uber ride to Little Havana, Loan Depot Ballpark and Key Biscayne golf, Miami Beach and South Miami.

Pros.
Since we were traveling as a family of 5, staying here made more sense than a hotel.
We loved the location and it was right next door to a park with some amazing food trucks. We visited there daily.
The views were beautiful. I felt at home being able to see the sunrise over the water each morning. (That is my daily morning routine).
The place was very spacious and looked just like the pictures online.
Laundry pods, extra trash bags, n dish soap was available.
A welcome bottle of white wine and water were provided.
Cons.
The sheets on the pullout couch were dirty. Thankfully there were extras in the closet.
This isn't a big deal, but I feel cold a lot. The second bedroom could have had a comforter. The bed Only a sheet and thin blanket.
A thorough deep cleaning can be done. I'm a little OCD, so this could be a me issue. The floor in the living looked like something was spilled on it. I tried mopping it up but that didn't help. Dust were on vents. Also there was a stain on the extra bedding To most these may not be a big issue.
This i don't believe is the host fault. But the check-in was a little frustrating. VRBO sent emails to make the check-in easier. I replied with all the details, however when we arrived we had to do everything again. It would be nice if both parties had a better communication process.
Would I stay here again??? YES!!! The pros really outweighed the cons

Gorgeous property and views. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. The check-in process was a little intense and slightly confusing but the place itself was beautiful and clean. We also had one day of nice weather and the pool was amazing!

The smell of Marijuana is ridiculous. I wasn't happy with the bed in the master, needs to be replaced. This was not a good experience. I will never stay at this property again!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this appartement. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast. Little problems were fixed immediatly. The location is perfect for discovering Miami. We would love to stay here again.

This unit/property was beautiful! Amazing views. Property Manager was an excellent communicator and very accomodating. This was our first time in the Brickell area and was elated to be in walking distance of fine restaurants, shopping mall. Pool was unmatched! Concert venue was very close.

Check-in unwelcoming by building staff. Owners rent out condo and building staff despise it. You feel it the entire time you step foot onto property. Not condo staff fault. The condos staff are great communicators, polite, helpful and courteous as they know what your about to encounter when you walk on property, That treatment was shocking yet we ignored it as you can too. Condo is worth it! Prepare to pay $45 a day for parking (no in/out and it’s chaotic all day/night). Jet bathtub doesn’t work. BOOK NOW🙏

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this property! The location is ideal - lots of great restaurants and night life but still close to the beach. The views were spectacular from the the room and we loved the corner location (it protected us from a lot of noise). The check in process was fairly simple and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This is such a beautiful property, in the heart of the financial sector. The views are breath taking, which match the beautiful furnished condo. We loved the pool, gym, spa, and the fact that it was close to the metro rail made it even better! I highly recommend this property to you. Oh I was even able to order groceries before I arrived, and management put them in the kitchen for me. How awesome is that!!!!

Great location but….
The condo is in a great location. The condo needs some love. Master bath shower was not working well. Needs a paint touch up. The service answered all questions quickly. We all had a nice time’

Christmas Getaway in Miami
We enjoyed a short getaway with friends at this property. It was perfect for two couples. The views were very nice! The kitchen had most items you might need to prepare meals if you prefer to eat in.
The location is ideal. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and tour starting points.
We felt the apartment could use a little maintenance. The master shower was leaking and most of the electrical sockets are very loose. When we plugged phone chargers and hair tools in they were not securely in the socket and did not have power.
The site manager gets 5 stars. She was responsive and had a couple issues corrected immediately. A couple of burned out lightbulbs in the master bathroom needed replacing. Also, batteries for television remotes and the front door keypad were also replaced. Again, I have no complaints about the site manager who was professional, responsive and friendly.
Overall, this apartment is very nice. It just needs a little maintenance work done. Once the work is complete, I would say it is a 5 star location.

Overall a solid place!
Hi Everyone,
My business partner & i stayed here for a weekend & overall we did like it a lot!
Here's the things that we didn't like:
1) when we got there we arrived at 9:02 & the booking manager arrived at 9:20 then had the audacity to ask us to pay her to her personal Zelle for arriving after 9pm... this one was a head scratcher. (we felt hustled)
2) do not forget to bring the essentials, Tooth brush, tooth paste, any drinking water etc. They will not supply it or help you get it.
3) The day of checkout there is no checking out late so make sure you have a place to store your luggage (ideally the rental car) for the day. We did not rent a car & the hotel nor the W Residences allowed us to store our luggage our final day after check-out (we basically had to baby-sit the luggage for the day & the pool area doesn't allow any luggage through).
4) otherwise this is an incredible apartment & a phenomenal location & the house managers did have incredible restaurant recommendations to help us with where to go & what to do.

Beautiful and spacious!
We booked this trip for a girls getaway. The apartment had gorgeous views and the hosts were wonderful and very attentive to all of my questions. The amenities are wonderful and I would love to stay here again. The Valet area is always busy and the elevators are excruciatingly slow so I recommend calling your Uber once your outside and closer to the street. We had a few instances where our Uber left us because of the amount of time it took to get down.

Great Miami Stay
Our stay in the apartment was wonderful! They were super accommodating and the place is BEAUTIFUL. I would stay here again and definitely will recommend to my friends and family. I will miss watching the manatees in the river while drinking my coffee every morning!

Great stay with even better host
The apartment was exactly as listed. The communication with the host was always 10/10. They have several units in the same building. Fransisco was always available for anything. We took the parking nearby instead of valet. Was cheaper and we loved the short walk through the park. Great location in brickell. Close to all the best restaurants and shopping. We will definitely rent again from them.
