Unser Haus ist ein einzigartiges Seehaus im A-Frame-Stil am wunderschönen Lake Hartwell. Wir bieten ein familienfreundliches Zuhause mit herrlichem Blick. Ein sanfter Hang zum See mit einem Steg zum Baden oder Angeln. Eine große Terrasse, die Tag und Nacht genossen werden kann, Grill im Freien sowie 2 Kajaks. Unser Haus ist ein offener Grundriss mit freiem Blick auf den See. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschküche, Essbereich für 8 Personen, ein großes Zimmer mit Schlafsofa, Steinkamin, ein Schlafzimmer (Queen) und ein Badezimmer. Die zweite Etage verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa und ein zweites Schlafzimmer (Queen) und ein Badezimmer.

We had a wonderful time. We are a group of 4 age 50 and 60+ friends and neighbors who were meeting up for a quiet weekend. The hosts were great and very accomodating. The house is on my favorite lake Hartwell inlet -- complete with morning and nightly groups of deer going by. Peaceful and quiet. We met one neighbor who was very nice -- houses are close together but no one was really around. The house is super well equipped and very clean. We kayaked, grilled out, ate on the deck and enjoyed the fantastic early fall weather. Great star gazing! One thing is that all windows are screwed shut so no way to let in the fresh air. 4 stars are due to the windows and close by neighbors. Overall really great - thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had a nice stay at this vacation house on Lake Hartwell. The house was exceptionally clean—by far the cleanest out of several we’ve rented this year. It was well-appointed, with firm and very comfortable beds. Lake access was easy, though the dock was small and the water shallow. The neighboring houses are quite close, but we only encountered one very friendly couple next door for a few days. If all the houses would have beed occupied this place might have felt less private, just something to keep in mind especially if you prefer privacy. In the area we had seen many dogs, they seemed nice and well behaved.
Unfortunately, there was no power for the first day due to a downed powerline, which made the first night warm and required flashlights to get around. Despite that, we enjoyed our time at the lake. There is nice to see the wildlife thriving in the area —lots of deer! We even bought corn to feed them. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at Lake Hartwell! The home was beautiful. The back of the house windows, the view of deer, birds, and the lake were breathtaking. The house had a lot of personality and was clean. The check-in and checkout instructions were easy and clear. We would absolutely stay at this location again!

Nice house on Lake Hartwell. We caught bass and catfish off dock. Neighbors are close by and could hear them but overall we had a great stay.

My family was in town to attend a Clemson graduation for the daughter of our close family friends. The location of this house was very quiet and peaceful, and the views of the lake were outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up and looking outside and enjoying the beauty of the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. I didn't read all the details and missed the fact that we needed to bring our own soap to shower, but that's on me. We bought some the next day. We couldn't figure out how to work the coffee maker. We're not sure if it was user error or if it actually wasn't working. I also would have liked to have had an iron and ironing board. Since we were going to graduation, I needed to iron my dress and I incorrectly assumed there would be an iron and ironing board. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Only complaint there was no power to the dock to charge the boat everynight. We brought our generator. Enjoyed our stay.

We needed a house for a fishing tournament and this was above my expectations. The house is in a nice quiet cove with easy access to Tugaloo State park. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for a whole family. I look forward to staying at this house again for any future trips to Hartwell.

We rented this property, specifically to allow my brother and I , to prepare for Seventy48 human powered race. We live in different states and Hartwell Lake was our logical choice. It worked out great !

My family and I didn’t want to leave. Everything was amazing! If you’re looking for a place to heal, to connect with nature and most important with your family, this is the place! From fishing to watching the deers and visiting the Lake Hartwell Safari to just being in the living room looking at the lake was a blast. I will definitely be back. ❤️❤️ Thanks for sharing this amazing and beautiful place with us.

Great cabin. It is very generously stocked with everything from linens to laundry detergent. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. Neat seeing deer in backyard in the mornings.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable bed and breakfast in a well-furnished and exceptionally equipped house located right on the water in a serene Georgia setting. The property offerey captivating experience with an unexpected yet delightful visit from local deer.
Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the picturesque location. The house itself was not only aesthetically pleasing but also boasted great amenities. The decor was tastefully curated, striking a perfect balance between modern elegance and the charm of the natural surroundings.
The highlight of this extraordinary stay was undoubtedly the close proximity to the water. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable and rustic stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, every detail had been meticulously considered.
But what truly set this bed and breakfast apart were the visits from the local deer. Their presence added an enchanting, almost magical touch to the entire experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well kept home with lovely views. Home is well stocked to meet on your needs for outdoor enjoyment, cooking utensils for cooking both indoors ot out. Quaint town of Lavonia nearby with good restaurants and loved the state park also close by. A special treat was seeing deer crossings periodically during day into dusk. Perfect location and well worth the value of what we paid. Hope to be back again soon. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it's just an easy, breezy way to spend a long weekend! The space is perfect for our family of four, plus each kid got to bring a friend. We rented a boat at a nearby marina and also enjoyed swimming/kayaking at the property. We brought additional tree hammocks and enjoyed the outdoor space every day. We love this spot!

Our little family wanted a place that would be special, and to celebrate our last month or so before the newest member of our family arrives. This place delivered! Great kitchen and living room setup, plus the wall of windows was spectacular! Full summer leaves on the trees and you could still see the sunshine sparkling on the lake. The deck was fantastic! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the view! The walk down and back up from the dock was an easy one even for my pregnant belly, and had lighting to make it even easier at dusk. We enjoyed watching tons of wildlife and floating around in the refreshing water. The bed and pillows were comfy, as was all the ample seating. We will definitely keep this place on our list to come back again!

We came to this beautiful home for my nephew’s graduation and everything from start to finish was perfect! The communication with the property managers and this is very spacious & perfect location! Kayaks & canoes included….great outdoor space & over 11 out of 10 ;) Would definitely stay again!

The property has a Great Lake Home. Gentle sloping to the Dock.I brought my Pontoon boat. Very close to boat landings. Also not far to Harbor Light marina. Has Gas and a Great Bar Restaurant. My little Boston Terrier had a great time too. Management very nice and good communications. I have stayed at several houses on the lake. This is the best! Defiantly going to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was so clean and was stocked with everything you need for an amazing time with the family ❤️. We loved how the house was decorated and the really tall ceilings. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great time on the lake.

This house is gorgeous and went way beyond our expectations. We caught the last of the dogwood blossoms and enjoyed the light inside from the grand front windows. All the appliances worked well. Kayaking on the calm water and enjoying nature were the highlights for us. Very comfortable place and we plan to come back.

This was a great place to stay for a short get away for Thanksgiving! We had a small feast, did some Black Friday shopping, went to Babyland, watched college football on Saturday, and relaxed. We would 10/10 recommend this place. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and it is a great place for pets. We would go back again anytime!

We loved the house. It was very cold outside and so we could not do lake activities. The neighborhood is mixed with some nice homes and some trailer homes great if you want a quiet getaway, but not much to do in the area.

we so appreciated the togetherness and peace that the campfire brought. We saw 3 deer! The place has everything it should!

Was a great location easy to find. Beautiful house on the lake plenty of things to do. We enjoyed the deer crossing the yard every day. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed there.
