Das Shores ist eine Luxusresort-Wohnanlage direkt am Golf von Mexiko. Es ist eine ruhige und intime 20-Einheiten-Entwicklung. Unsere Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert, einschließlich Granit-Arbeitsplatten und neue Schränke in der Küche und in beiden Badezimmern sowie Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Neue Kingsize-Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer. Neue Doppelmatratzen im Gästezimmer. Neuer 65 "LED HD Smart-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, 42" LED HD-Fernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer und 25 "LED-Fernseher im Gästeschlafzimmer. Neue Toplader Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Lage auf der zweiten Etage und der geräumige Balkon bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Kostenloses WLAN und Fernverbindungen nach USA, Kanada und Puerto Rico.

A beautiful condo on a beautiful beach! Everything that we could have needed was provided (hand soap, tp, tissues, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas) and they were all available for our use. The complex was quiet and well maintained and the heated pool was much appreciated!

The condo is updated and immaculate. Such a beautiful property with an uncrowded pool and stretch of beach. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants, especially eggs Benedict at the Frog Pond.

The condo owners were great hosts! Communication was quick and responsive. The condo itself is in great shape and the coded entry was really convenient for my family. There were several beach chairs and some toys in a closet for us to use and that was really nice. They supplied ample toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher tabs which I’ve noticed can be a problem in other rentals. The beach access is super convenient and the pool was kept very well. The building as a whole was kept very clean. We noticed a building maintenance person there almost daily keeping the place up. It was also a quiet unit, we didn’t hear our neighbors unless we had the back door open. The in unit washer and dryer were clutch since my kids were going through so many outfits between the beach and pool. Overall great vacation and can’t wait to visit again!

We loved this location. Right on the beach and well taken care of property. this unit supplied more accessories than we thought, I had overpacked but my fault for not messaging owner questions. She was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend staying here!

Our second time here and we were very happy.
Location, pool, beach and furnishings were great. Cleaning crew was late but did an excellent job. The view and sound of the ocean from our balcony was wonderful. Since there are few hotels near here, the beach was uncrowded. Loved Kenny’s Korner restaurant next door.

This condo was perfect for our spring break vacation! The condo furniture/beds were comfortable and clean, it was within walking/close driving distance to many delicious restaurants, and the owners were super friendly and very helpful when we did have to contact them about one TV related question. We would definitely stay here over and over again!
The only reason we took a star off of “cleanliness” had NOTHING to do with the condo itself or the owners, but the cleaning service. We went on a very busy spring break week and the cleaning service was running late due to busyness in getting so many rooms ready, which is totally understandable. However, the cleaning service did not remove all the prior renter’s trash or dirty cloths/soaps from the shower. Again, this was NO fault to the owner, but just a job done too hastily by the cleaning company.
Again, we would definitely stay in this location on a future trip!

Relaxing and beautiful
A beautiful view greeted us daily whether we were enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We had plenty of space as well even when children/grandchildren visited us...

Our Home away from Home
We have just completed our 10th consecutive year at this beautiful Condo. We continue to be impressed with the beauty of the area. We certainly appreciate the updates to the Condo. The Condo was extremely clean and very modern. The parking is great. The location along the Gulf is just perfect. The pool and landscaping is perfect. We appreciate the loyalty of the owners to us. They have been great to work with over the years.

Perfect Vacation...
This condo unit is truly a gem! Our family has been coming for the last few years and it always exceeds our expectations. It is constantly being updated not to mention it is spotless when you arrive. The owner replies quickly and is always helpful! I will continue to come here for many years to come.

Our Home away from Home at The Shores Condo 203
We have just completed our 8th stay at this beautiful condo. We are always impressed with the way the condo is upgraded every year with new enhancements. Also, the parking is outstanding.
The pool area and grounds are just beautiful. We always enjoy seeing people from previous years come back year after year. We think the setting is just perfect for us. The restaurants and grocery stores are all close by. A very comfortable setting.

Great condo and host
We are Swedish family of 6 who stayed in this condo for a week in November 2017. We had a great stay with nothing to complain about. Very clean and nicely furnished apartment as well as very well maintained building, with marvellous views. Jan was also a great host, with instant response to any question we would have. Thanks again for this great stay! We look forward to come back soon!
