Beautiful Beach House with Pool
Die Unterkunft befindet sich buchstäblich nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt in einer der begehrtesten Gegenden von Harbour Island. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen schönen Pool, umgeben von tropischen Pflanzen, eine Außenbar, einen Grill, ein Soundsystem, einen Fernseher, alle notwendigen Geräte, Kochutensilien, Bettwäsche, Fahrräder, Spiele und Strandspielzeug, WLAN, kostenlose, unbegrenzte Telefonanrufe in die USA und Kanada. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem mit einem Notstromaggregat ausgestattet, das sich bei Stromausfällen, die manchmal regelmäßig auf Harbour Island auftreten, automatisch einschaltet.
Das Haupthaus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und ein Vollbad draußen am Pool. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 über 2 Queensize-Betten und Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 und Nr. 4 über Doppelbetten. Great house and great location. Just a couple of small issues that are easy to work out. For example, the dryer was broken so we were unable to do laundry or more importantly launder towels for the pool and beach. The kitchen has many utensils for cooking but no kitchen towels for drying, and since we couldn’t launder any towels it made for a bit of a challenge. Additionally, we had no toiletries such as shampoo and soap in the cottage that we paid additional money to have. BUT, Harbour is great and this house is lovely. The pros far outweigh the cons.

This home has been pleasantly updated since our last visit and we will certainly book again. Lots of space to spread out (with 4 bedrooms) in the main house, pool and bar. (And there's a studio cottage on property if you need more accommodations.) A/C works well in every room. Kitchen has new appliances and every dish, pan and tupperware you would want for family dinners. Keurig coffee maker is a nice touch. Housekeeping comes daily ex Sunday. Outdoor bar has TV, cooler for drinks and a sound system. Plenty of porches with chaises and cushions for lounging plus pool towels, umbrellas and chairs in the laundry room. A one minute walk will put you on the pink sand beach. Visit the crow's nest on the third floor for sunset pictures!

Great space for our family of six adults. Loved the pool and outdoor space. Two minute easy walk to the beach. Property manager was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing visit to Briland.

The house was absolutely amazing. It was beyond what we could have imagined. Every in of the property was spectacular. We are already considering going back and staying here again.

We've stayed in 4 houses on Harbour Island and this is our 2nd stay at Sanderson House. It is by far our favorite place to stay.....we have a family of 8 and on top of the Master bedroom, Sanderson has 6 beds in three bedrooms, which allows for each kid to have their own bed. The cottage behind the house is perfect for another couple or in our case, grandparents to join us. AC works great and the pool is a treat after a long day on the boat or a beach day.
The staff is great from the moment you check in to the housekeepers to Chucky.
Note: Make sure you have a good golf cart because juicy hill can be tough on older golf carts.

Out of a movie…. This location on Harbour Island is perfect. . The pink beach and sunrises were perfection! House was spacious for two families of 4. Will be back.

We had a great vacation at Sanderson House! We stayed in town on previous trips to Harbour Island, and really loved this more quiet location on Juicy Hill, and of course being able to walk to the beautiful pink sand beach. The house and grounds were clean and very well maintained. The house had everything we could possibly need — comfortable beds, fresh towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, a well appointed kitchen. We had a couple minor issues that were immediately resolved by Darico, who was very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I think it will be our new go-to spot on Harbour Island.

The house is located on a quiet street, just steps from the beach and it's the perfect place to join with family. This home has a very private feel. The pool and outdoor areas are large, and are surrounded by mature, beautiful landscaping. Very lush!
We had 6 adults with us and there was more than enough room for us to relax comfortably. The interior is just lovely, with an open living area on both floors. The kitchen is nice as well, and has everything you need. The pictures really do not do this house justice...it is so pretty!
The only minor issue we had was that one of the upstairs showers did not have very good water pressure. The other showers were great, so I think this is just a minor issue that is easily addressed.
This is our second trip to Harbour Island, and this house and location is by far our favorite. Can't wait to go back! You will love staying here. :)

This house was perfect for us! Super clean, spacious, every amenity! The backyard is a tropical oasis, great pool, comes with rafts, beach chairs and umbrellas, and is a quick 3-minute walk to the ocean. The daily housekeeper was super friendly and kept things neat and tidy. We also rented the back house which is ideal in every way. We are already looking to book this again next year.

Meticulously clean. Spacious house that our family could spread out and never feel crowded. Wonderful pool/outdoor TV/bar area that we spent a lot of time at.

This house is in great condition. The property manager takes care of any problems or questions immediately. The maids and gardener keep the house and pool in great shape. Having our own beach chairs and a private path to the beach made the vacation very relaxing.

What a great property with ocean views, a pool, and a short walk to the best beach we have ever visited. This was our first trip to Harbour Island and we highly recommend Sanderson House! We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and it was perfect. We did not rent the cottage and had plenty of room without it.

Beautiful house, people, staff. One of the most relaxing, greatest experiences I have ever had. The Bahamas is like a second home to me and the family. This property and staff are one of the best. You will not be disappointed.
