I like all the little details the owner make sure we had,what a beautiful clean,cosy place I'm so happy the owner was very caring nd if I can anytime I'll go Portugal in holiday I'll request this apartment.

The apartment is well located, with easy access to public transportation, beach, shops and variety of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean but maybe with a small exception - as equipment in the kitchen was superficially clean - but there were everything you need. :) Reading the previous comments, I agree that there are maybe too many things and there is not enough space for your own. Overall, I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for well equipped apartment in a good location.

The appartments really light sunny, like it's shown on the pictures.

First of all we couldn't the main entrance, cause it was hard to imagine that it's located near the locked doors of the completely abandoned commercial center and where all the corners are kind of "public" toilet. (see attached picture of the entrance, not the toilet :) ) With a clarification call to the owner (in Canada) the entrance was found. In the appartment one of the double-sized bed stays partially at the balcony with a thin glass. So all the noises from the backyard, where the bar with guest is (see second picture) were very good to hear till 23:00. So kids couldn't sleep there and we did change the beds with them, but in the other bedroom, it was good to hear the neighbour's TV all the night. So the change didn't help us too much. Additionally, some of the neighbour have argued at the stairs/floor till midnight. OK, somehow the night was gone. Wanted to have a short walk to the nearest bakery, but when we went outside, this "public" toilet by the entrance was larger than in the evening. It was hard to explain to my son, why it's like it is. And on top of it, when we came from the bakery (08:30) - there was NO COLD WATER in the bathroom/wc, so we even had to bring it from the kitchen to clean WC. Getting in touch with the owner was a bit problematic, because of the timeshift with Canada. Regarding the appartments itself, we came to a conclusion, that it's somehow "overloaded" with furniture and deco's. It was not enough space for four of us there. Based on the unsleepy night, missing of the cold water, we did a "checkout" round 09:00 on our own, after 13-14 hours of staying there. We couldn't visit the nearest beach TarquInio - ParaIso Beach, because instead of that one we had to search for a hotel. May be it's a bit emotional but still - that's our experience.

The property was well kept, decorated nicely (contrary to one review), and very comfortable. Plenty of room for my partner and I to work in separate rooms in the day and then enjoy Costa in the evening.

The building in which the apartment sits is quite old and the shopping center beneath is desolate. That said, the area didn’t feel unsafe and is perfectly located.

Very confy, very well decorated, all the facilities available inside the house, good TV, good AC, very cleaned, very good location, near to every place! Super affordable when it comes to quality/price. We will surely be back!! Thank You Very Much!

Some maintenance as to be done, but not that important for a low rate!
