The first thing that strikes you when you walk into this condo are the wonderful views thanks to two walls of sliding glass doors in the main living space that look out to the beach for beautiful sunsets and back across the island toward Sarasota. This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our friend, who was traveling with us, as we had separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our host provided ample towels, including beach towels, plus beach chairs, an umbrella and even beach toys for families. The beach access is directly across the street. The pool, too, is a very nice alternative to the beach. Our host was a great communicator and easy to reach before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo for its location, comfort and convenience.

Really enjoyed our stay, place was clean, well equipped with beach gear and chairs, great view of beach and the pool area was beautiful and clean.

Property was as described. Fit us perfectly. Can’t say enough about the views. You either looked at the Gulf or downtown Sarasota which I didn’t think would be anything exciting but at night it was splendid. Disappointed it’s already rented for next year.

This was our second time to stay at this condo. We are already hoping to book it for a 2025 visit. The hosts, Bill and Julie, go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect before and during the visit. This unit, the location, and view made for a relaxing 2 weeks.

Had a great time celebrating the Holiday at this condo in Siesta Key. Location is perfect with beach access just across the street and about halfway between the North and South ends of the beach that both have shopping and dining. No need to drive to those locations as there is a trolley stop in front of the building that will get you to and from. The Condo itself was very nice with plenty of our room for our family of 5. Owners were great to work with and communicated regularly with us leading up to and after our trip.

If you are searching for an immaculate condo that offers amazing views within very close proximity to one of the best beaches in the country, look no further. In addition; the hosts are incredibly responsive - we had an issue at the beginning of our stay with the lock to the entry door but it was addressed immediately with no problems afterwards. The communication from start to finish was stellar! It is a well appointed unit with everything you would need including beach equipment. Transportation is incredibly easy as there is a trolley and other options to get around the island. If you stay here, you will certainly not be disappointed!

This condo is directly across from Siesta Key beach and on the trolley route. Just a short bike ride to restaurants shops and grocery. The owner was super responsive and thorough with all communication and provided helpful tips ans things to do. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need including beach chairs umbrellas and supplies such as fish and laundry soap. We really enjoyed the condo and location! Highly recommend!

We loved this condo on the 6th floor with great views. The condo is located right across the Street from the beautiful Siesta Key public beach. Great restaurants in either direction. We enjoyed visiting a different beach every day all within a 20 minute drive. Perfect location. Condo had good floor plan and very clean. Host was easy to work with.

We stayed for a full week over the summer and had a blast . The location is great. The place is stocked with everything you need housewise . The bedrooms are comfortable and big. It's very comfortable. The owners were very good at communicating and keeping me informed. The beach is something to not miss !

Fabulous condo with great, updated furnishings. Perfectly clean! Trolley access right in front of the tower, and directly across from public beach access. It is a wide point in the beach, so be prepared to walk on that soft, lovely sand for a little bit to reach the water. Even so, we were very, very happy with this condo. Lots of nice beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and coolers provided. Bill and Julie are EXCELLENT hosts, with friendly, prompt, thorough communication. They even provided a document with local restaurant and event information. Would recommend without hesitation!

We absolutely love this condo! The location is the best (right across from Siesta Key Beach), and it is just a trolley or golf cart ride to any restaurant, shopping area, or bar that you would like to visit. This is our second year staying here, and we have already booked for next summer. Bill and Julie are the best!

This condo was the best condo we have ever rented. It was beautiful and had all the amenities that you could possibly need/want. The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the Siesta Key Village. The owners responded to any questions that we had immediately. Can't wait to visit Siesta Key again and spend a week at this condo.

Perfect vacation at this amazing condo. Bill and Julie very easy to work with, very accommodating and gave detailed instructions to help us upon arrival. Condo is large beautiful and the the views from both balconies are stunning day and night. We did not have a car so the free trolley is a great way to get around the island, it is also an easy walk into Siesta Village where all the restaurants and shops are. The beach which is just across the street is the place to be!! White powder sand, turquoise clear water and sunshine galore!!! What more do you need?? Our first time to Siesta Key but certainly not out last!!!☀️🌴

Super location to Siesta Key Beach Nice to have access to pool, tennis, and grilling. Hosts were very responsive and communicated when we booked and when we arrived.

Everything went well from the time we got to the property until the time we left. Water was shut off for all tenants from midnight until 8am one night which was no problem as long as we were notified and a problem with one bathroom stool that was fixed as soon as we let the owner about the problem.

The unit is very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Bill and Julie are wonderful hosts and are quick to respond to any questions. They provide detailed and helpful instructions. Everyone we met at the pool was very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and the views can’t be beat. We are already planning our next visit to Siesta Key and this condo.

This is a perfect rental with a superb location. The view of the beach is almost panoramic. You can walk across the street and be on the beach in 5 minutes. (It looks farther away than it is). There is ample patio space with chairs and a table. The trolly comes by about every 15 minutes or so, (we never waited more than 5 minutes so maybe its sooner) You can take it anywhere you want on the island. We took it to the village one night which is probably a good idea as parking can be a challenge at night. We also popped on and off one day checking different shops, restaurants, and parks out. I texted/emailed or talked to the owner several times, both before and during our stay. Bill and Julie are very attentive and they were a call away if anything needed to be done. The rental had a good start of essentials which was very much appreciated. We actually, didnt need to buy any more dish soap, trash bags, paper towels or toilet tissue for the week. The cleaning crew also left some condiments in the fridge which was greatly appreciated. (Ketchup, mustard, mayo, salad dressing) Its such a waste to buy these things for a week and then throw them out upon leaving. The condo is quite comfortable. A king in one bedroom with a full bath just outside of it, and the 2nd bedroom has a full bathroom and two queens. It was our first visit to Siesta Key and its a new favorite. If you have not experienced this sand, its incredible. It feels like you are walking on flour. We will definitely be returning.

Bill was easy to deal with… the location is great if you are looking to go to the beach. 5 minute walk across the street. The main restaurant area is about a mile away. An easy walk or short drive.

This condo has got to have the best views of the sunset that I have seen the owner Bill reached out before we rented which I thought was a very nice gesture the condo was perfect good location everything was very comfortable would definitely rent again

My husband and I had an enjoyable stay at this property. We have stayed at many VRBO properties across many locations and this experience by far far exceeded our expectations. Bill and Julie were amazing to work with, exceptional communication, and the property was stocked with necessities above and beyond. It was conveniently located to the beach and overall mist and amazing week spend in Siesta Key!!!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Bill and Julie were great hosts. The condo layout and location were perfect for us. We played a lot of tennis, swam in their great pool and had a world class beach across the street. The views from the balcony were also great. We rented bikes for the week which really worked out well for quickly getting around the island.
