Beautiful condo and the location, the best!! Lake Charlevoix, in all it's splendor right at your footsteps! Don't hesitate, this is a lovely condo. Perfect for our little weekend getaway! From start to finish, everything was smooth! We will return, as we have for the last 7 years!!

My grown daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. It was in walking distance of so many things. We enjoyed eating at the Water Street Pub. Only thing we would change is the mattress on the hide-a-bed.

This was a really cute inn! The view of the lake was awesome. Affordable place to stay in the winter if you want to go skiing at Boyne. It can fit 4 but would recommend only for two people unless you are good with a pull out sofa.

Stayed for New Years Weekend to ski at Boyne Mountain. The condo was warm and comfortable. It took only 10 minutes in the snow to drive to Boyne and we really enjoyed being able to walk to have dinner and drinks in Boyne City. I bet the view of the lake is beautiful in the summer!

We loved our condo on Lake Charlevoix. The location is perfection. Right on the water, steps from the beach, you can walk to anywhere in downtown (bars, restaurants, coffee shops). It was very clean and the daily maid service was excellent.

Nice cozy condo that was comfortable and clean! Stocked well. The only thing missing is some room darkening curtains in the master as the outside lights are very bright at night.

Very clean, as listed property. Beautiful location and view of the lake. Great proximity to downtown and to skiing. Highly recommend.
One recommended improvement... the bedroom has translucent blinds that provide very little light blocking and there are A LOT of lights on outside on the property that cannot be turned out. This affected sleep. Need to add curtains to the bedroom to block light.

Great location with a small beach town look and feel. Units are hit and miss as we have stayed in multiple. Be sure to review pictures per unit as they vary in aesthetics. Our unit 111 during this stay was terrific. The staff is terrific. The Unit and the entire grounds are up kept well. Minutes from Boyne mountain as well as many other "goto" spots. I can go on and on but I won't so you will just have to check it out for yourself.
