Ryan’s property be any family’s #1 option when visiting the All Star Village for the 12U baseball tournament. I got lucky finding this property less than 2 weeks before my recent visit. Could not have been more convenient. Some other families made the mistake of staying in Cooperstown - which is a winding 30 minute drive. I could have walked to the fields. Home itself was meticulous. Beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Lovely lawn. All the modern amenities. Smart TVs… new appliances. And those starry skies, sunrises and sunsets. We absolutely loved this house, it met all of our needs and was extremely close to the fields…like walkable close!! It was super clean when we arrived and Ryan was a great host!! This place is a score so if you’re kiddo is playing at All Star Village then this place is a must stay!!

Thank you Ryan for a nice week. The house was very clean, comfortable and the property is beautiful! The pool was big and heated as promised. Our son played in AllStar Village and the house is 2 min away!!! So convenient to run back in between games. Ryan was available for questions and a few minor things. Would 100% recommend !!!!!

This is our third time staying here and my family loves it so much! The house is well appointed with everything you need and very inviting upon arrival. My family enjoyed lots of fun pool time and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets from the decks as well as star gazing in the spacious yard. So many memories were made and everyone always wants to go back every summer! Ryan is very responsive and helpful if any questions come up--can't say enough great things about this house!

We just got home from a 6 night stay at this awesome house. We were 2 families staying there while our 12 year olds and husbands (coaches) bunked at the ASV. The pool is just awesome. The house is so close to the ASV that all the siblings stopped by for a swim between games. The pool and all the rooms in the house are bigger than the website leads you to believe. We had a team party with all the families one afternoon and the house was perfect. The house has a comfortable couch, comfortable beds, great wi-fi, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, tons of towels, everything you need to cook, clean, do laundry, and entertain. Outdoor deck space and the views of the sunset were gorgeous. Lots of chairs, lots of room to sit and relax. This might be the BEST house we have ever rented through VRBO/ Air BNB. The owners were really nice, responded within hours to all of my questions. We had the best time here. Highly recommend!!!!

Came here for Cooperstown tournament and had a great time. Property is less than a mile from all star village. Quiet remote yet easy to get to. Ryan was great pre and post trip and I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Cooperstown

This is the perfect location for any families with players at All Star Village. 5 min drive away. I can’t say anything but wonderful things about the house! It exceeded our expectation’s. The pool was amazing!

The house was close the fields, has everything you need (including a pool!) and is very spacious. Highly recommend staying here! Property owner was very attentive and great too. Grab it soon for your week at ASV before its gone!

Perfect location- less than a mile to Allstar Village. House is spacious and clean! Loved having a pool too! Ryan answered all questions very promptly! We had a great experience and highly recommend!

If you need multiple hotel rooms for your stay in Oneonta, consider this hidden gem house rental. It was the perfect fit! Not only did it accommodate my family of 9 comfortably, we were able to host a graduation BBQ with my son’s friends. This house has everything you need - minus your food and drinks of course. The location was perfect. The house was immaculate and the pool and outdoor spaces were perfect for entertaining. To top it off, the owner was great to work with. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

This house was perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable and the location VERY convenient to ASV. We enjoyed the heated pool and multi level decks during our downtime from baseball. The host was helpful with questions & couldn’t have been more accommodating during our stay. If you are traveling to ASV for baseball look no further!

The location, amenities and fantastic communication with the host, Ryan, made this the perfect getaway/baseball tournament experience. The grounds are spectacular and the sunsets are beautiful. Great space, relaxing pool and yard, would recommend this house/host over and over again!

Our two families which included 4,8, 9 year old kids very much enjoyed our stay. The pool is great. There are good steps leading into the shallow end which is around 3ft deep. The pool tapers quickly where the float rope is down to about 8 ft or so at the far end. Lots of great seating and tables on deck, porch, and pool areas. The pool is completely fenced in. The inside of the home was very clean and nicely finished. The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom is really big. The kitchen is well stocked. Overall a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ryan's house! It is exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to cook in the kitchen. The location is perfect if you are coming for a baseball tournament at All Star Village. Ryan is easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions I had. He even dropped off some soap and batteries that we needed for the house. The pool is great and there are so many beautiful places to sit outside and enjoy the sunsets. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely home!

The house was very well stocked from the kitchen to bathrooms, to laundry room and even closets (extra linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and even items needed for baseball tournaments)! We enjoyed our stay and the gorgeous views! Great location for those traveling to CASV!

This house is absolutely prefect for many reasons. It had everything we needed plus some. The layout was perfect. It was super clean and cozy. The pool was awesome and at a perfect temperature. Could not get the kids out of the water. The owner is amazing. Was always a phone call away with any questions we had . I loved the location. It was secluded beautiful and only 1 minute from Cooperstown All Star Village which made the week there relaxing in between the baseball games.

We stood 5 nights at Ryans property for a little Christmas getaway from the City we stood in for Christmas made gingerbread houses with the Kids. We enjoyed the peace and quite. I had brang my pots and pans from home not knowing this house was equipped with everything you need. We hope to come back soon.

My family spent a lovely week at this well kept and equipped house. It was a perfect size for 5 adults ( 2 couples and a single) and had everything we needed. Nicely decorated, without being fancy, with a great pool and very ample outdoor space including 2 separate decks and pool area with BBQ Grill. TVs and ACs in every room. The kitchen was large enough for 3 people to cook in without getting in each other’s way, and had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils (though I always bring my own garlic press and citrus squeezer which nobody usually has.) We had such a good time that we asked for an extra day, which Ryan generously discounted. Though not as secluded as we would have hoped for, the house was still pretty close to perfect.

This property was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had a wonderful experience. The house looked even better than the photos, which were great to begin with. And in terms of cleanliness, huge plus! It was absolutely spotless. And the rooms were huge! The master bathroom was a treat. The land around was gorgeous, with amazing views. It's breathtaking at sunrise/sunset and so quiet and peaceful. You have to go stargazing at night on the lawn, especially if you're coming from the city! We spent most of our day in the pool, which we all loved! The owner was really communicative. He made our experience even more enjoyable because he was so accommodating and helpful. A big reason we'd love to stay here again! Definitely recommend!

The house was spotless, the rooms were HUGE, the pool was 2x bigger than we thought it was, and the property is ENORMOUS!! We loved our stay here! The property was so clean and inviting! The pool was perfect and my family had a blast! The scenery is just breathtaking - my kids are already asking when we can go back again!! Highly recommend!!

I stayed at Ryan’s home for 5 nights with my 12 and 9 year old sons. There’s not much to add that the other reviewers haven’t already said. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the house is much better than the photos depict. Strong positives: the layout of the house is fantastic. It’s comfortable and large. Plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. The views in the morning and at sunset are amazing. I loved the wrap around decks, and all of the outdoor dining spaces. The house is private and quiet. The pool is an absolute gem, and incredibly relaxing. The kitchen is large and fully stocked and functional. Opportunities for improvement (most previously reported): I tried to work while away but the WiFi kicked me off at least twice a day requiring a passcode. Definitely bring your own BBQ tools. The pool area has 4 Adirondack chairs and 4 other chairs but we would have loved lounge chairs. Minor things. Loved the house and we’d definitely stay here again.

This house is amazing, everything is exactly as pictured if not better! You are surrounded by endless trees, open land & quiet-which is exactly what we were looking for when getting away from the city. Make sure to catch the sunset on the side lawn!

Definitely recommend for families! Nice house on the top of a hill. Beautiful sunset views, 5 acres of land, amazing pool / grill area. Newly renovated kitchen and master suite. 2 improvement suggestions - additional kitchen accessories and change internet access system (portal is very cumbersome and requires password entry often).

Our first impression of the property was that it was better than advertised. The outdoor space is really a great retreat. There are spaces to relax, to eat and to swim. The master suite is also a lovely retreat. The owners were very communicative and responsive to our needs and requests. It was a fully stocked home with all needs met. Highly recommend, especially for families with children who love to swim.

We stayed at this house while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The rest of our teams parents stayed at a campsite about 30 minutes away but we wanted to be closer to the park and i am very happy that we chose this house. It was so close that we could walk if we really wanted! We did one day, but it's a busy road so we drove the rest of the week which took around 2 minutes. The house itself is beautiful and the pool was great on those hot days to cool down between games. The owner is great and was there if we needed anything or had any questions. The beds were super comfortable and we had more than enough room for 2 families to share this house. If you are going to Cooperstown All Star Village, i would recommend this house for sure. The location is so convenient...some days you only have a few hours between games so people who stayed 30mins away ended up staying the whole day at the ball park...we were able to go back to the house, have a bite to eat, a drink and a swim! I cannot say enough good things about this house... Rent with confidence!
