Es ist etwa 4 Blocks südlich von Belmont Park und ein einfacher Spaziergang in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zum Steg. Einfach ein perfekter Ort für eine
Ruhiger Urlaub und auch eine kurze Fahrt zu den vielen Freizeitaktivitäten in und um San Diego. Die Möglichkeiten sind endlos!
Dieses Haus verfügt über ein komplettes Wohnzimmer mit großem Flachbildfernseher, eine Gourmetküche mit schönen Quarzarbeitsplatten und einen Esstisch.
Alle offenen Räume führen zu einer geräumigen Terrasse mit Meerblick. In diesem Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher und einem Spa-ähnlichen Hauptbadezimmer.
Die zweite Etage verfügt über 2 weitere Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit Glasschiebetüren zu einem schönen Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine große Ausziehcouch mit einem weiteren großen Flachbildfernseher. Dieser Raum kann auch sein
als Wohnzimmer oder Fernsehraum für die Kinder verwendet. Es hat auch eine Glastür zum Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick.
Im zweiten Stock gibt es ein wunderschönes, gefliestes Badezimmer und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Bitte bringen Sie Strandtücher, Stühle und Sonnenschirme mit.
Es gibt 1 Parkplatz und eine Außendusche zum Spülen nach dem Strand.

Staying here was what my family And I needed. We stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The check-in process was easy. The house was very clean. The parking was tight which we were told ahead of time but our 2018 Honda Odyssey did fit. This cozy house was just steps from the beach. And being lobar day weekend this part of the beach was not as overly packed like it was down a bit further from the beach.It’s also just steps away from a food market, restaurants and shops. We will be back for sure. Thank you for making everything easy for us during our stay.

Loved this house. It gave us the space we needed and was very close to the beach.
We have a Toyota highlander with a Thule on top. Parking was tight but not impossible. I slept on the sofa couch with my infant nearby and thought it was very comfortable.
I do think it is important to note that the owner lives above the home. While some might find this to be a comfort, we found it to be intrusive and never quite felt like we weren’t being watched.

The home was not very clean upon entering even though a cleaning person was there when we arrived.
I was charged an extra $100 for not washing some beach towels and was told that was sent to me in an email. I can provide the email that portion is cut off and I was unaware of that.
I was also told there were spots on the couch which we would like to see because we had no accidents at all. The couch was not in the best shape when we arrived but considering the location we didn’t mind.

This Mission Beach gem was perfect for our family visit to San Diego. The house was centrally located, steps from a beautiful beach and the fenced-in yard was perfect for us to relax and let our 1 yr. old grandson run around. The house was well equipped and Ginny was very accommodating to our requests. The only issue was parking (the house has a designated spot for a small/midsize car but we had a minivan rental)- street parking is tricky.

The property is just as described. Great views of the beach from upstairs bedrooms. Clean. Perfect location to get to the beach, yet off it enough to be relaxing away from crowds. Neighbors are wonderful. BBQ grill is added plus for home cooking. Can't wait to go hack

We had a great stay at this beach house. The house was clean and well appointed. We loved eating dinner on the patio. Proximity to the beach is a big plus as well as the short drive to Seaworld. For information, we were able to fit our minivan in the parking space but we had to get out first before my husband parked and then he came out the back. Do not plan on street parking because there will be none.

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect, house is clean. The host was super accommodating as well! The third bedroom is a pullout couch so I wouldn’t recommend that for adults but we still enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness/prime location of the home!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was a great family vacation.
The only drawback was that the parking was not exactly accurate. It is really designed only for a compact car and does not accomodate medium sized cars. The assigned parking spot is wedged between 2 buildings. After very slowly and carefully backing into the assigned spot, I could only access my vehicle by climbing in and out through the truck/tailgate each time. The backing in process each time took several minutes because the location is way too tight and I did not want to damage the walls on both sides, nor the electric meters that are mounted there. Once parked, there was no room to open any doors. It would be helpful if the owners provided the dimensions of the parking width and cautioned renters that it only accomodates compact size vehicles.
Other than the parking challenge, we loved the home and greatly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We survived the tropical storm, which was not so bad after all. There were six of us, all adults and the home was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the third bedroom with the pull-out sofa. It was not large enough for two adults but one of us slept on the sofa in the living room, so it worked out fine. I would recommend the home for a vacation stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Mission Beach! The condo is exactly as described - clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys all included. Beds were comfy.
Location was perfect. 2 houses from Mission Beach. 1 block to Mission Bay. An easy walk to Belmont Park. Great Mexican food 1 blood away at Sara's. Local market very close.

The house, location and property owners were absolutely fantastic! We could not have had more fun at this house just off Mission Beach. Lovely home, great views from second floor & steps from the beach. Perfect location for mission beach, short distance from roller coaster and shops, but just far enough away for a little more quiet and less crowds. So nice to have towels, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and beach toys available for vacationers.

We had an incredible stay at this location, it was everything we’d hoped for! Especially loved the location and privacy on the beach as it was not as crowded as the public area and on the north end of Belmont Park. The home was perfect for a family of four. We appreciated all the beach toys, towels, umbrellas, and chairs! Since we flew, it was very helpful to have all of the fun stuff for our beach days. Can’t say enough about this amazing property, and I hope to return!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the right size house for me, a friend, and my 2 year old son. The upstairs bedroom and sitting room had amazing ocean views. Ginny was also very responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay in the Mission Beach house! Perfect location right next to the beach. Only thing I'd mention is parking is TIGHT! Do not bring a large car! Lots of beach toys and chairs. All amenities you could need. Checkout Sarah's Mexican right across the street for awesome food!

Our family enjoyed a long Thanksgiving weekend with family at the apartment. Great location. Easy to walk to and from the beach. Across the way to restaurants, taverns and coffee shop.
Liquor store and small grocery store also a short walk away.
The apartment has an outdoor shower and plenty of beach chairs, toys to keep any family happy.
Internet service is a bit weak and could be improved. All 6 of us staying there had a weak connection using various cell phone providers. Nicely appointed kitchen and quiet.
Owners live above the apartment.

Pretty house, great location mostly quiet besides the condo is in the flight path so it can be pretty noisy. Owner is very nice and responsive. Close to everything! Love they provided the beach items, makes traveling easier.

Nice place super close to the beach. Parking is tight. We squeezed our VW Atlas into the spot but couldn’t open any side doors, so I had to exit the vehicle from the back. I parked on the street when I was able to. Our only “complaint” was that the floor had been vacuumed very nicely but probably not mopped. It looked very clean and there wasn’t a spec sand on it but a few minutes after arriving, my wife was mopping everywhere because our baby’s hands were black from crawling around on it. The place had everything we needed and it is super close to Belmont Park as well as a nice playground across the street. Kids loved the beach toys and the outside shower to get the sand off had hot water. Very nice touch! Host was responsive but left us alone which was nice.

We stayed at this property on Mission Beach for a week. My 2 daughters, son in law and grandchildren ages 3 and 6 joined me. The property was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. Full kitchen supplies and necessary beach
items. Our only issue was construction on the house across the walkway from us.
Loud noise with nail guns and hammering that started at 8 am. It appears they have a ways to before completion.
Owner was very responsive when notified.
I would definitely stay at this property again.

Would definitely stay again. Great location and owners were super responsive and nice. You will need to wash towels and sheets so don’t plan on getting an early start; however, it is an 11am checkout which is later than most.
