The apartment is so spacious - plenty of room to relax and spread out. Location is ideal to access the old town. Antonio welcomed us and helped to ensure we secured a car park. Ainhoa communicated well and has developed a fantastic blog (link provided in the apartment notes) with very helpful suggestions for trips, restaurants etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having a second bedroom was great to allow us to spread our luggage out.
We were lucky to get a free car park across the road during a busy weekend. If we hadn’t been so lucky parking may have been a challenge.

The apartment is so cool, we really loved the interior design! Also, it's very spacious. The other bedroom is in a peculiar glass cube, but you don't need to worry about the privacy because you can pull curtains around it. The kitchen contained coffee (for the capsule coffeemaker), juice, milk and other stuff - much appreciated. The location of the apartment is really good on the outskirts of the old town, but still the old town is just around the corner (easy walk to the pintxos streets Calle Laurel and Calle San Juan). If I lived in Logroño, I would love to live in this apartment!
The bathroom door needs some fixing to be done. Everything else was perfect!

Lovely apartment in perfect situation for getting into the old town.
Antonio met us and showed us around the apartment.

Good walking distance to Bars, Restaurants and Shops. Park for nice walks (esp. with dog) just across the street and parking place just a few meters next to the appartement (although finding a free one is quite tricky even in low-season). Best heating situation we had during our whole stay in spain (flat easily warms up, nice!)

Great location just on the edge of the old city but really quiet. Was an easy walk to calle laurel and other cafe's and restaurants etc. Also a lovely park across the road which made for a lovely stroll along the river in the afternoon. Free parking also opposite but you may need to circle a couple of times to find a spot.
Not much, we didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment.

Excellent location for city centre tapas, sightseeing and walk to river/ pools. Nice to have milk, coffee and breakfast cakes. Also shower gel/ shampoo provided for so very comfortable indeed! the owner also kept a free parking space for us on arrival, greatly appreciated.
No lift if any criticism at all, however it is only a second floor so not too bad, bear it in mind if you have big suitcases!

Good overall value for money, good location, clean, well equipped, nice view from front windows.
Awful pillows, no advance communication (had to contact them), difficult to get free parking (not their fault), bathroom door hard to close and does not lock, quite noisy in the front bedroom as facing the main road.

Free parking across the street was super full all the time, not the apartments fault, of course.

Cannot rate this apartment highly enough - just fantastic! The owner met us as planned, very friendly, and showed us property. Large, bright, clean and comfortable - photos on website all correct! He provided juice, milk, coffee, tosta, jam and butter. Also has available shampoo, conditioner, soap, washing liquid etc. Bed and pillows were great, slept well. A few minutes easy walk to all the restaurants and bars. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!
