Clean, well sized room. Located very close to the waterfront. Easy check in and out.

Nothing. So disappointed. The room was filthy, smelled of alcohol. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned in years. I got really sick from dust mites or something. Had whelps all over my neck from something that bite me. Terrible trip!

The room Arrival. No instructions about hotel being blocked off. Cops wouldn’t let us in. Wasted 1/2 morning just trying to settle in. Ice machine was right by our door. Noise all night long. AC sounded like a racing car coming through the window. Couldn’t sleep. Food way overpriced for quality. Just disappointing.

towels didn’t look clean. one bed felt broken at base, made loud noises . coffee maker was broken and went from not brewing a single cup to overflowing

The room was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The views from the balcony were delightful, as well as the seating arrangement for your morning coffee.

Everything was wonderful, there wasn't a thing I disliked.

Location! Perfect place to easily explore Pass Christian.

The Balcony is wonderful but completely unusable in the day because of how hot it was. The balcony needs a ceiling fan or corner fan for use during the day.

The location and the cleanliness.

The price was a bit high.

Comfortable and clean. There were snacks and water for free in the room - major bonus! No contact stay! I am shocked how nice the place was considering the low price point. Large ground floor room with king bed, very high ceilings; ceiling fan with remote; large fridge; plenty of outlets; very comfortable bed and pillows.

Coffee pot overflowed due to lack of instructions. We figured it out eventually but had a mess to clean up.
