Only the swimming pool
Everything is old and ugly. Not like the pictures they show.. the shower is molding and very dirty and the ceiling is falling and there isn’t any shampoo or conditioner barely any soap left.. the Furniture like the sofas are old and dirty too the doors don’t close good $25 bracelet they don’t tell u before.. or let u know for every person

room I got is outdated, All doors are Old and some doors barely locked, restrooms are old need to be updated, overall that room needs to be updated, I don’t know about the other rooms but some parts of the building looks newly remodeled. Sadly I forgot to take pictures about the things that I didn’t like about the room.

Location. Loved being on the 1st floor; patio is so much bigger.
Loved the pool and hot tub, although the pool water was too cold to swim much the 1st two weeks.
Grounds were beautiful and well taken care of.
We loved our stay and loved having a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom as we had a married couple in the Master and a best friend in the 2nd room so she had her own bathroom!
We truly, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Office staff was wonderful and it was great having laundry facilities since we were there 3 weeks! The condo was an exceptional value!!
The condo is very dated! Obvious that there has been no remodel since I stayed in the same condo in the 90's.
Kitchen utensils etc were lacking. There was no dish drain stopper or food catcher (bought one). There was no can opener (bought one). No scissors (bought some)
Limited bowls (serving and food storage (bought some food storage containers).
A crockpot would of been nice; not necessary but nice.
On a very windy night the Master bedroom door came open, even though it was locked!
Patio table has seen better days although it worked fine.
We bought and left 3 outdoor chairs to use at the beach; hopefully they will be left for future renters.
Limited dish rags, dish towels, and wash cloths ( bought some dish towels and wash cloths and left them)
Not trying to be negative, just pointing out some things .
Thank you from all of us. Even though we were there 3 weeks, the time went way too fast!

Beautiful Grounds

The location and outdoor grounds were fine and we’ll maintained. The parking was fine and there was an elevator from the parking garage below.
The inside of the unit was in rough shape. Very dated, the cupboards had doors with signs to not open as they were broken. Tv cables ran from bedroom to living room on outside of the walls and were taped down when they ran across the floor. The woodwork is rotting around door jambs and in the shower. Shower itself looks like floor is falling out.
The pictures of the unit must be from when it was new and are not representative of its condition. Some of the furniture, especially couches old and dusty old centerpieces did not help. Was not well cleaned, but that is difficult considering it’s condition.

Location, view of the beautiful pool. The whole set up was very nice and convenient.
Had a very hard time locating the condo, we walked all around trying to find it. The fridge took a long time to cool down. Our milk we bought got very warm over night, along with other food we brought. Could have had a couple more towels and wash clothes, and an extra roll of toilet paper.

The unit itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. Everything that we needed for a home away from home was provided. The beds were very comfortable. The beach umbrella was an awesome bonus! The property was beautiful and clean. Staff was nice and friendly.
There was no easy access to the beach and during our stay the pool was not open. These are the #1 and #2 reasons I booked at this location and neither were available. Nowhere on the listing was this information listed at the time I booked. Had I known there was no access to the beach or the pool, I would have stayed at a different location.
