Le personnel Biruk (serveur) merkebu réception et tous les autres sont très bien formé et vraiment serviable avec de bons conseils. J 'ai suivi leur recommandation pour le tour J été si heureux de l'avoir visité au tour . Des conseils sur les subtilités du café traditionnelle, on expliqués au petit-déjeuner, et il y avait toujours un sourire amical à la réception. THE Hub Hotel est un bâtiment bien moderne et cela se traduit par une chambre luxueuses . Mon chambre avait un double vitrage efficace et des volets qui empêchaient tout bruit extérieur. Le lit était confortable et la douche puissante. Un petit-déjeuner copieux était inclus dans le prix de notre chambre. J aimé l'emplacement qui est légèrement en dehors de la principale zone touristique

I give a particular credit to Dawit for his service and, especially to Siyoum who ensured my connection to the airport was swiftly organized, gave me an incredible amount of tips, and even took extra time off-duty to show me around Addis Ababa. አመሰግናለሁ! ተመልሼ እመጣለሁ!

Look no futher! This place is incredible! The Hub hotel quickly became my Hub Family! All members of the staff were incredibly kind, sweet and geniune! It felt like home! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the chefs were really accommodating to my needs (as a plant-based vegan). Ask and you shall recieve. The room was top notch with soft, clean bedding and if I ever needed something extra it was provided quickly after a call to the reception. I highly recommened this place! Both to couples and solo travelers. A special thank you to Mekdelawit for her sweet, kind and radiant presence and proffesional approach that was always done with a smile! Thank you everyone! I really look forward to coming back and seeing you all again!

Good central location. Secure building. Pleasant comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice with eggs, spinach, etc. Hotel gives free airport shuttle. Would stay here again for the comfort

The gym is very poor. The treadmills slip heavily under your feet while running. Maybe its because I'm tall. But the gym is not like the photos on their website. There are 2 terrible treadmills. Barely any weights. A small bench. A lat pull down machine, an unusuable spinning bike, and nothing else really. I paid for a gym outside the hotel. Mosquitos in the room at night. Gets very Warm during the night. There is no aircon, and not even a fan. This is a problem all over Addis. If Addis Ababa wants to be more tourist friendly, they should add aircons or fans to their hotel rooms.

The Indian food is excellent at the restaurant as I understand that there is an Indian origin chef at work. It is way better than other dishes at the restaurant. Also the internet speed is excellent at the hotel. I struggled to find good internet connection in Addis.

I did feel that the prices are bit higher than expected but over all everything was great.

While check out they failed to refund 50 usd nor the same amount in birr. The staff claimed that the balance should be utilized in restaurant or Laundry. At morning 2:30am how can you use restaurant or laundry service. Its like robbery, So after the argument i informed my friend to use that money on behalf of me, This is totally ridiculous that holding guest money and asked us to utilize at the time of checkout,
