A lovely home with great views which is located in a prestigious area. We were delighted from the get go, and would very much return if we ever have the option to do so. Although we were a group of four adults, the property is child friendly. There’s two living rooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, both equipped with Netflix etc. helps give that extra space some families need whilst they’re away. Book now if you’re hesitant. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out inside and outside. The pool and backyard were all very well used by kids and adults. The bedrooms all had a/c units which helped keep everyone cool at night - the common spaces got warm, but the ceiling fans as well as floor fans helped keep the air circulating and it never got uncomfortably hot - and if it did, you could just retreat to your bedroom! The house also had plenty of towels, beach towels, pool toys, floaties that were great to have on hand. The kitchen was also well stocked with plenty of plates, cooking equipment, and kitchen spices, which were a nice touch. My only criticism is that the hot water ran out quickly - this was the case even when we tried to space out our short showers throughout the day and avoided running the dishwasher while or right before showers. We were told when we checked out that perhaps the breakers didn’t switch over from the solar to the regular power source, but never got the issue fixed during our stay. The property manager/contact was very easy to contact and quick to respond to our questions. The location in Hawaii Kai was also very convenient - it was a quiet neighborhood and very close to grocery stores (Safeway and Costco) as well as lots of restaurants. Also very close to Koko Crater and the lighthouse hiking trail. Assuming that the hot water worked better, we would love to stay here again if we were to visit Hawaii with a large group!

Our overall stay was fantastic. The property manager communicated very well. We were able to check in earlier than planned as cleaning was done rather quickly. We had all the comforts of home and the views from the deck are stunning. We felt very welcomed. We did have one noise complaint from one neighbor, but we met other neighbors who were fantastic. The property is very well maintained and the landscaping is great. We loved our stay here!

If you enjoy beautiful views, constant trade winds and days spent surfing the many great spots of Oahu — this place is darn near perfect. Evenings by the pool are pretty great too.

Worked well weather wise

A spacious rental for our family of four that allowed us to spread out and telecommute/remote school in the mornings and play in the pool in the afternoons. Booking again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was so quiet, all we could hear were the birds and the view was amazing! The house was close to shopping, stores, Costco etc. and a short drive to Waikiki or wonderful beaches on the SE shore. We took full advantage of what the house had to offer. The pool was cold but very clean and fun. The outdoor furniture options were great, we could have coffee on the upper deck in the morning and escape the sun on the downstairs patio in the afternoon. We loved being able to BBQ but wish the BBQ would have been on the upstairs deck where it would have been convenient. The house itself was comfortable. However the beds were not comfortable, too firm, and the pillows could have been softer! In addition we all agreed the sofa downstairs would have been much better upstairs instead of the futon. The kitchen had everything we needed! Some of the problem areas for us were #1 battling the availability of hot water. I myself only got 2 hot showers all week. We were constantly jockeying whether or not we had enough hot water for another shower, or running the dishwasher. We found the most success taking military style showers. Even at that the water was luke warm at best. It was very frustrating. The property manager replied immediately the only time we called about it, so that was appreciated. But the problem never went away. The wifi was spotty, the bathrooms could have used a few more wet towel hooks, we could have used a few more kitchen towels and never did find any hot pads. Except for the hot water issue, these are all small details, but would have added more comfort to our stay. Overall it's a lovely home in a lovely location! Thank you for being a part of making our vacation amazing.

The only thing that was missing were beach chairs.

Such a beautiful home. I would return in a second and stay longer. The pool and view + location cannot be beat. The management team was excellent. Plenty of room for our 9 person group. We LOVED this home.

Everything was great! No surprises! All worked out well, was worried about not having AC but it was not as bad as we thought! Beautiful views, neighborhood, and house!

We could see the mountain and the ocean at the same time. If you want to sit along the pool with a beer on your hand and just watch the sunset peacefully, I highly recommend this place.
