IT WAS REALLY NICE AND QUIET. FURTHER THAN I THOUGHT FROM THE PLAZA. IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO GET OUT OF COMPLEX. NICE ACCESS TO BEACH.
THE STEPS. TOO MANY. DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THE LANDING TO THE STEPS IS SLOPED AND MY HUSBAND SLIPPED ONE DAY. IT HAS SUNKEN DOWN A BIT.

The property is gated which made it feel very safe for my family and I. The pool was within walking distance and the beach was close by.

the property was awesome! great location to beach and everything else.
wished the property had more bath towels and offered beach towels and a small cooler! i understand way, but when you travel by air it’s hard to bring all those extra things!

Great convenient location to beach, pool, and shopping. Clean. Gated community. Fully furnished apartment. Excellent value!
The only minor thing was that the smart TV was a little outdated with only Netflix and YouTube as the streaming login options. We had to connect our PC to watch Disney+. It was a very minor inconvenience. Not quite enough toilet paper for a family of 4 but we just bought more at Kroger. No biggie.

The property was comfortable with plenty of room for our crew of 7 adults and teens. The landscaping and grounds were beautiful!
There were no beach towels in our unit . . . We’ve stayed at many condos throughout the south and have never had this happen before. It would also be great if the owner or management company would have an info folder available for guests with instructions for the garbage, checkout procedures, etc. . . We were sure on these things and had to figure it out on our own.

online description was 950 ft from beach. Somewhat deceiving; it was 950 ft from beach parking lot, not from condo! I wouldn’t have booked that property had I known

It was a good size place with a lot of storage. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. The balcony was big and had a decent patio set.
The workers start their noisy work early without a warning. They were on our roof with a leaf blower. The mattress in the master bedroom is worn out. The master bedroom had a ceiling fan that didn’t work. The kitchen needed pot holders and more tea towels. The master bathroom needs better shower curtains so you don’t water on the floor.

Villa was not cleaned properly. Counter tops were dusty.

Checkin was easy little problems with parking passes. Not sure who’s fault but vacasa handled it super fast!

Beautifully decorated and spacious.
Had to have the cable man out to repair cable connection. The cleaning staff and put the dishwasher pods in the detergent jar, and detergent in the dishwasher jar. Would have caused a huge mess if I had not noticed.
