So nice. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. They were super accommodating for a last minute reservation, then another extended one even when they were busy with a bridal party. Comfortable beds. In the middle of everything.

When I arrived, they had given my room away. They were double booked and apparently give away Bookit rooms first. I don’t feel comfortable using bookit in the future

The location was easy to find and had access to nearby shopping & restaurants.
Had a problem with finding my reservations, I was told my name was in the system backwards: (my first name was entered as my last name.) Then with the confirmation # they took a while to still find the reservation.

Clean and in a nice part of town
I bought a breakfast with my room and they Fausto tell me when the breakfast time ended. They refused to ground the $9 and even had nothing I could buy for breakfast.

Everything about this property was great! I’m not happy with Bookings.com. I called to explain that I had booked twice by mistake and was told that they would fix it. Within a day I found out that my friends had already booked rooms for us so I called back. I was told Courtyard needed to call or fax them with permission to cancel. I called Courtyard and they said that it was up to “Bookings” to reach out to the hotel, but they would see what they could do. When I arrived at the hotel they thought it was already taken care of but I have been charged twice on my American Express card! I have told my husband to exclude those charges when paying AmEx!

Breakfast selection was awesome! Coffee was hot. Lots of choices and everything I tried was yummy.
Not a thing. In the future I’ll be going straight to the hotels. Your agents were not helpful at all!!!
