Could not the oven at all - broken. Constant slow gas leak from heater - could smell it and had to leave windows open!! No spare toilet paper at all. No bedside table or lamps in the bedrooms

Great house. Have stayed here before.

Spa has been turned into a plunge pool because it was too hard to fix. Made it hard when the main reason we booked it for was to use spa. Bbq didn’t work only one burner so probably time to repair that. Have stayed here before with a bit of tlc will be good to bring back up to scratch

The house was clean and the communication from the managers was great. The house was stocked with everything you needed.

We where a little disappointed to find that the Spa doesn't work and is only a "Swimming Pool". Access to the lake is not ideal as the property is overgrown. You have to access the lake by going onto the neighboring property and this neighbor has put signs up to say private property. The house is also split over 4 levels and not 2 as the floor plan suggest.. we struggled a little as we had little kids but we did find a gate which was at the property so that was a bonus!

House and property was absolutely amazing!!

A little more detail on what the guests are supposed to do when they leave would be great. I also think how much cleaning we did and that we still had to pay extra was a bit ridiculous as they only have the cleaner booked in for a small amount of time for such a big property. Which is definitely not enough time. Also took about 4 weeks for the deposit to return to my account which I had to chase up a couple of times before actually receiving it.

This is a great house for a group of families! We loved the spaces - several places to sit and spread out, comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, and large kitchen! Great spot to put our paddle boards and kayaks into the water and explore the lake.

The driveway is very steep with tight turns - trickier than we could have imagined - but we could still manage it with our Tarago.

Easy collection of keys and the property itself was amazing! All linen provided was clean. Everything in the kitchen was adequate for our group of 11’s stay. Not much to do around Smiths Lake, fortunately the property had a jacuzzi, tv with youtube, netflix and optus sport connectivity - we were never short of entertainment/things to do while at the house. Only downfall was the 3rd level’s bedroom with all the bunk beds was quite stuffy at night with only one tower fan, the other rooms all had ceiling fans which were cooling with the windows opened. The driveway is steep but was fine for our two sedans and one suv. Overall an amazing experience, we’ll be back for sure!

Loved the location. Very easy to pick up key and very nice house. 2nd time staying.

Just the weather. The property is great just the weather wasn’t the greatest.
