The house was great and our group of 9 people (ranging in age from 9-95 y.o.) all had an amazing time! Management group had excellent communication and checked in with us before, during, and after our visit. First impression from the outside is that the house is small but because of its shotgun type layout, it was actually very spacious once you get inside. It was roomy with lots of space for us to spread out. We used the family room and kitchen the most plus the round table in the front living room. That round table was perfect for our game nights and we could leave things out on that table the whole time and still have the large dining room next to kitchen for meals! We paid extra for the pool/spa to be heated and the kids used it every day. There were a couple maintenance issues (typical stuff of rental properties) but the company was very responsive when we reached out.
My dog enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Small easy to get around neighborhood that looked to be about 50% rentals and 50% primary residents. Club house and community playground was like a 5 minute walk away which would be great with younger kids too. Publix grocery was less than 10 minute drive away.
Only downsides were that all the bedrooms were upstairs so was hard for elderly to climb stairs and that we wished we were closer to Disney and Universal. With holiday traffic, it took us over 40 minutes to get to Disney Springs and almost an hour to get to Universal.

This house is very spacious and gives everyone their own space. The pool area was amazing and the kids and adults enjoyed it. There were a few things that we needed assistance with during our stay and the managers response time was amazing. Things got handled very quickly which was much appreciated.

We just spent 11 days in this home with my mother-in-law and some friends. The house has great space and great furniture for hanging out together. Pool heat was perfect as we spent most of our time in it. We would definitely book this home again.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our kids and grandkids. The house is gorgeous and just as advertised. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the spaciousness of the pool area, and game room. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed for dining, there were beach towels available as well as an entire closet of clean bath towels, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the house was comfortable. The management was attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood (Watersong) is a beautiful community, with tree-lined sidewalks and lots of beautiful foliage. The clubhouse has further amenities, and some of our group enjoyed using the fitness room. Thank you very much for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. I highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect. Villa is so much bigger than the pictures make it look. Perfect location for Disney, and plenty of places to eat and shop only 10 minutes around the corner. The game room was a plus we had so much fun playing games especially the days that were raining. The owner it's so easy-going and on point with all the information that you need. Great communication and support, I can't recommend it enough.

Beautiful house, very spacious
Loved this home! Close to Disney, so much room, and we loved having our own pool. I reserved it cause of the resort clubhouse and pool but honestly we loved the pool at the house and never even went to the resort pool. Host communication was amazing and the home looks exactly as pictured. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect! The house was absolutely beautiful & well decorated, as well as very large & spacious. It had pretty much everything we needed. We loved having multiple tvs. Lisa was great at communicating with me if I had any questions & she even recommended some things to do in the area which we truly enjoyed doing.
The community pool area was so awesome! If you stay here, you need to check it out. Everyone that worked there was super friendly! Take advantage of it!

Superb
We've just had a fantastic 2 weeks in this villa. It's very clean & had all your home comforts (including comfy beds) & a fab south facing pool deck so it had sun ALL day/early eve. We spent time chilling around the pool and relaxing on the porch. We really hope to stay in your home again

Great vacation house
We do a family Disney trip every year, and had a great experience with this house. Its very convenient to get to the parks. The house had plenty of room, and things to do when we weren't at the parks. The condition of the house was great. We never wanted to leave the house but we did see the sites and visited Universal Studios. Close to everything but far enough away to relax. We had a great time lounging by the pool when we weren't at the parks. We would definitely recommend your home. My battery is recharged and I can get back to reality.

Perfect vacation!
Great place to stay while visiting theme parks. The kids loved the pool and we loved the spa! The neighborhood was quiet and Publix was close. The owners and property managers are easy to get in touch with and incredibly responsive. They have clearly worked out a wonderful system that makes everything run very smoothly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! We intend to stay here again when we come back to Florida in the future.

Suitable for family! ❤️
My family & I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was clean, cozy & fairly well maintained. I did not give it a 5 star for 2 reasons. Reason 1: in the photos, there were 2 rooms with bunk beds and a full size or maybe a twin sized bed, but upon our arrival one of those rooms was missing a bunk bed. The top part of the bunk was missing. 😕That caused a problem because we calculated each bed for each family member to sleep, so on the 1st night, we had to improvise & it was a bit of an inconvenience.
Reason 2: the a.c had to remain on 74°, no lower & that was an issue. I found myself sweating a few times & overnight. I don’t recall the a.c turning on more than twice. We followed the rule as it was listed & did not adjust the temperature any lower. We used the ceiling fans to somewhat cool us down, but it wasn’t ideal. I think the house may need an additional HVAC system, for each level. Nevertheless, the experience wasn’t a bad one. If those 2 issues weren’t present, I’d rate the stay a 5 star, because otherwise, it felt like a home away from home. 🙂

Above and beyond expectations
Well decorated and thoughtful touches. My family of seven went to Magic Kingdom and it was about 20-25 minutes away. Home was bright and clean and just as listed. Nearby there is a Target plaza in one direction and a Publix plaza in the other direction. A dollar general is really close as well to get house necessities. Quiet residential area without prying neighbors. Lisa responded really quickly to any questions and has great communication about the home. Would definitely book again.

Dirty and Nasty Villa
We arrived to a villa full of flies, smelly and dirty! All bedrooms and bathrooms were full of huge flies. Garbage had not been removed for days! There were 200 flies around the BBQ grill! The grill hadn’t been cleaned. Roaches were everywhere! Not enough bath towels for everyone and beach towels all had holes. Only 8 utensils in villa that can sleep 12 persons comfortable.
We have called more than 15 times and as of today’s date 2 weeks later not a response. Villa Grande is in need of some TLC and cleaning.
We want the Owners to know that the property is not well looked after and that they should spend some more moneys on the Villa.

I was very pleased with this vacation home. For it being short notice, booking was very easy and simply. I have no complaints at all. Rooms were all very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great to relax in. I would recommend this house for anyone with a big family or group of friends.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It had enough bedrooms to easily fit 9 of us.
It was outfitted with all the necessities needed for two families to stay the week. Perfect for an easy and Covid friendly New Year’s Eve with lots of entertainment -we loved the pool and spa and the game room activities. Fairly close to the theme parks and an easy drive to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. Exactly what we were looking for!

We totally enjoyed our stay! Perfect family base for exploring both the theme parks and other parts of Florida. The house itself is furnished with highest quality furniture and decor and is very clean. Lisa and her management team were very responsive to our questions, and she even mailed us some belongings that we accidentally left in the unit, almost the same day we left! Thanks for the wonderful stay, wish it had been longer.
