We spent 5 nights at this apartment and traveled with our three kids. 3 bedrooms worked great and it was nice that each kid had their own bed. The beds were the most comfy we had on our 3-week trip - more American-style with multiple pillows, top sheet etc. Big towels, and plenty of them, plus big beach towels and lots of beach gear. Well-stocked all around. Washer and dryer were best we encountered on our trip, similar wash and dry times as the US versus others we used that literally took hours for a cycle. There were issues with the AC that we were alerted to upon arrival but we managed fine. If you plan to use the garage, stick to the advice of a small car - we got upgraded which was better for our family, but the car was definitely too big and there were several times we had to spend quite awhile looking for parking. We appreciated the detailed info about the apartment and surroundings. It was great to have the outdoor space for meals. Loved walking to the market in old town and to the nearby beach in the evenings after day trips. We preferred the Cannes beach if we were hanging all day at a beach club. Recommend upgrading to a smart TV so Netflix etc can be accessed. A hanging shower caddy in the master shower would be helpful, there’s not much room to move around and nowhere to put soap or bottles. Overall, we had a great stay and had fun exploring the town and surrounding towns. We recommend!

Knew the area very well so a great location for everything that Antibes has to offer.

Having had this cancelled twice due to Covid we finally made it and were all so pleased with every aspect of the apartments amenities but probably the stand out was the view and the position. The owner has been so patient agreeing to postpone twice and the property manager very helpful whilst we were there. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and look forward to coming back myself.

Very well decorated and comfortable apartment in the perfect Antibes location close to the water. Lovely spacious patio with a sea view. Even a few green parrots flew by every night to say hi.

The photographs and description were accurate. William provided a guide to Antibes along with the check-in details which were great. The 5th floor flat was nice and clean. It’s airy and light with beautiful views of the sea from the main balcony. This made for superb morning breakfasts al fresco. The appliances all work with added bonus of a hidden outside fridge on the balcony for keeping drinks cool. If one thing could be improved, it would be the wifi (a bit slow). There are supermarkets nearby and it’s only a short trip to the beach. It’s a great location for exploring old Antibes, heading to Juan-les-pins or exploring Cap d’Antibes. We’ve stayed in Antibes many times, and this flat rates as one of the best. We heartily recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

My family of five very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment and large balcony is spacious, well appointed and has all of the appropriated amenities. It is nicely situated in the heart of town with easy walks one way to the old town (fun) and marina (unbelievable), and the other to the beach as well as the Cap d’Antibes (a walk which should not be missed). The only thing less than ideal about the property is the wifi, which is functional but needs an upgrade. Make sure your cell phones are operable and it becomes a non issue. We felt that Antibes was the perfect spot to visit the Riviera because it is centrally located between Nice and Cannes, and the town is quite charming in its own right. When we return, we would most certainly rent this property again. Well done!

The newer building is in a perfect location in Antibes with Air conditioning! Lovely front balcony with a great Mediterranean view. Steps away from shops, pharmacy, bakery, ATM, Restaurants, and a Grocery Store. Walk to Old town, Picasso and Juan-les-pins beaches. Clean and ultra safe area. The building and the apartment are very well maintained. We loved the electric shades! We enjoyed coming home from a full day of sightseeing and sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. We all want to return, soon. I highly recommend this rental.

Very convenient location, secure and the owner provides a lot of detail related to using everything in the apt prior to arrival. I will say that we had a mid-sized SUV that barely fit into the garage. The owner warns you about the size of garage. We rarely used the rental car as a result. The train and bus systems are superb so really no reason for a car. We had a wonderful family vacation and this place was a terrific home away from home.

Our stay in Antibes was fabulous. The flat was lovely. I gave 5 stars even though there were a few things not working during our stay. They were very receptive to getting them fixed so all was well. Thanks for a great holiday!

Kun et enkelt problem var at begge toiletter løb konstant og derfor aktiverede en vandpumpe som klikkede hele tiden, så vi var nødt til at lukke for vandtilførselen til toiletterne om natten, for at få ro til at sove.

Very practical rental location in Antibes within the comfort of a well-kept 3-bedroom apartment in a building with very tight security features, handy indoors car garage & all shops within walking distance (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, ATM, etc.). Numerous restaurants are nearby and "old Antibes" is only a few blocks away. Would gladly return to this Airbnb and not rent a car next time. Frankly Antibes has more to offer than Nice and/or Cannes which are over-commercialized and impossible to get around by car and/or find parking spaces for that matter.

Vi är väldigt nöjda med såväl boende som omgivning - och kommer gärna tillbaka igen:).

We recently spent five nights in this lovely apartment. It is updated and very convenient to the Old Town and beaches. Working with Bill was a pleasure. We have been to Antibes at least six times and renting online has always been a luck of the draw, especially with the bathrooms. This apartments is a sure thing! We definitely would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting in the area.

We enjoyed being based in Antibes. Great restaurants within walking distance and lovely walks around the old town. Railway station fairly close which meant we could travel further up the coast for day trips. Nice to come back to appartment and sit out on the balcony.

The apartment is perfectly situated between the old city and the beaches. A 15 min walk to the train station will get you up and down the coast. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Bill was very helpful and sent detailed information ahead of time. You really can't go wrong with this apartment if you want to stay in Antibes. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our one-week trip to Antibes. It was a perfect walking distance to everything you need, but perfectly situated enough distance from the crowds of tourists. Communication leading up to our stay was easy, and we didn't have any hiccups while we were there. The apartment is clean, simple, and stocked with everything you need. We also really appreciated that we had a kitchen and beautiful balcony, so we could prepare meals, save a little money, and still enjoy a great view! We loved coming home from a day of sightseeing, stopping at the market on our way home, and having some cheese and wine outside! I'd highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at this beautiful condominium just steps to the Mediterranean Sea. It was beautifully furnished, ultra clean and thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home. It also had a large balcony with a great view of the sea and three bedrooms (took me awhile to locate one with 3). It also had an indoor parking space. The days we stayed in the area we never got into our car. We walked to the beach, the grocery store, the downtown, the Old Town section and (the highlight of my week), the Picasso Museum. The other days we took day trips to Monaco, a perfumerie in Fragonard, Canne, and a beach club. All were easy destinations from Antibe. We hope to return to the area again and would not hesitate to return to this property.

Antibes is magical and this apartment is so perfectly located that we never even bothered to rent a car until we left for Provence. The location of the apartment is central to everything! Old town and great restaurants are just a short walk away. Our favorite part of each day was walking from the apartment in the late afternoon down to the small public beach. We would take a swim and just sit on the beach and watch the local families interact. The beach is at the bottom of the street and there is a taxi stand across the street from the apartment that can take you to the beaches and resorts in Juan les Pins. My husband and I decided to try the train to Cannes and were blown away by how easy it was to walk 10 minutes to the train station, hop on a train that came every 20 minutes and arrive in Cannes in less than 10 minutes. A three block walk from the train put us right on the Promenade in Cannes! No hassle with parking!!! As for the apartment itself, it has everything you could need, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and three comfortable bedrooms. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the city where we had breakfast each morning. The building is very attractive and well maintained. We are already contemplating our next trip to Antibes and definitely plan to rent this apartment again!

I love this rental and the area where it’s located. My latest stay at this apartment was actually my second and I’m hoping there will soon be a third! Seaside Antibes has so much to offer from shopping to wonderful restaurants to a beautiful scenic beach for relaxing and swimming. Early each morning I walked to the neighborhood bakery’s to bring back warm breads and pastries for the family. Routinely, I would stop at one of the quaint sidewalk cafes for a coffee to watch the locals and shopkeepers. It was one of my favorite activities during my stay. Often, we headed for the beach that is a short walk down the Avenue. We had the option of sunbathing on the beach or renting a lounger and having lunch at the beach club which is a real treat and extremely comfortable. The vast number of restaurants ranges from four-star gourmet to more moderate fare but my favorite is located under the covered market place and serves moules and frittes (mussels and fries). Although we love the nearby restaurants, some of our favorite meals were cooked at home and eaten on the lovely balcony. There’s a wonderful fresh fish stand outside of the local market that is a stone’s throw from the apartment. The apartments kitchen is fully stocked so cooking and food preparation is a snap. My husband loves walking the neighborhood for breads, fruits, cheeses, fish and of course wine and preparing dinner while we watch the beautiful sunset and luxury yachts on the Mediterranean Sea. Like the kitchen, the apartment is ultra comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is bright and immaculate. A plus is the gorgeous marble-type floors throughout and would love to have them in my home in the States. Having three bedrooms worked out perfectly for us. The master bath was a perk for my husband and I. The two other bedrooms were light and airy and our guests remarked how comfortable they were. I’ve travelled extensively throughout Europe and I continue to return to this area (and this apartment.) If you are looking for ultra relaxation but be able to immerse yourself in the local scene I would highly recommend this rental.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience in this beautiful Antibes home. Literally steps away from the rolling waves of the Mediterranean, quaint shopping and delicious restaurants. The flat, as well as the building, are well maintained and perfectly polished both inside and out. We found many of the conveniences of home, from the laundry and dishwasher, to the beach towels and snorkels for guests! Bedrooms are spacious and are all equipped with electric shades to allow for much needed beauty rest. The units' two balconies provided the perfect setting for a morning coffee or late night wine and cheese snack. Easy walk to old town, the city center, and even Juan-les-pins! Would highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again!!

As the saying goes the three most important things about a property are Location, Location, Location. Well this apartment is three minutes steady walk to the sea front and not much more to the town centre. We thought this to be the best possible compromise. The building exterior, interior and apartment itself and are very well maintained. It's situated on one of the main roads in Antibes but is not at all noisy. We had seven nights peaceful sleep. There is a large balcony off the main living room which was perfect for breakfast and evening meals. It's hot but not in direct sunlight. Again for us a perfect compromise. If you are self catering there is an Intermarche, Monoprix and Carrefour supermarket all within walking distance. The apartment has its own secure garage. It's not big so if you're taking a car I wouldn't go much bigger than a VW polo or similar. Overall we had a great time and would throughly recommend.
