A localização é óptima para quem viaja de carro, visto que fica mesmo junto a uma saída da VCI. Os quartos são modernos e cumprem bem a expetativa para uma família de casal + 2 crianças. Receção 24 horas. Boa tv, bom WIFI. Pequeno almoço pode ser solicitado e é entregue no quarto à hora combinada. É fácil estacionar no exterior. Há sempre lugares.

A localização não dispensa a utilização do carro durante a estadia. O pequeno almoço, não sendo buffet, pode ter maior qualidade. Croissant e pastel de nata não são frescos. No segundo dia trocámos por pão normal que esse é fresco.

Shower cabin was very small. If you stay on the ground floor, you’ll hear noise from the reception area.

Spacious and clean.

The breakfast which was brought to the room was poor. Too much bread and dough. I cancelled it after the first day and bought my own.

For breakfast I recommend the cafe round the corner instead of the €8 hotel breakfast they have to offer. The double beds are comfy and the room comes with a small kitchen which seems useful. The shower is nice and the rooms are perfectly clean and the staff are friendly enough but I personally wouldn’t stay here again with my family.

Not suitable for family’s or people with babies. Despite having a key you have to buzz into reception to be let into the property, which can be inconvenient at times because twice we called the buzzer and no staff were at reception. There is no safety measures on who they let in and was letting in beggars who were NOT staying in the property. If you’re staying on the ground floor ( near the entrance on the right hand side) Ask for a different room, we had people banging on the windows asking for change. When I asked the receptionist if she’s staying here, he said no and I politely asked him to not let her in again and was told ‘i think she needs help with money’. She simply should not have been buzzed into the property if she isn’t staying there . The window’s lock in our room does not work very well, so we were anxious to leave valuables / money in the room. Basic amenities like iron were requested, and the staff didn’t bring one after agreeing, No kettle either for teas & coffees. The cot bead comes with no mattress, it has thick crossover metal bars with a plastic sheet over which was ‘hidden’ with an adult bed sheet. If we hadn’t of noticed and put her down and she was to lay down it would be a very nasty concussion and a huge risk of suffocation. Extremely dangerous for a baby.

I had no breakfast included, but at reception I was told about a coffee shop quite close to the apartment with an excellent quality! Education level and friendliness at reception is wonderful.

I have no negative remarks about my stay and the installations.

The room was so close to the reception and it's very noisy at night (2200-0000). Customers are hanging out there. Even chit-chating could be heard clearly from the room. Talked to the staff but nothing improved the other night.

Very comfortable clean, smart studios. The staff were very happy to help, and make a great coffee! The parking was very useful if you book in advance, but there is plenty of meter parking. It felt a very safe area, with enough local shops and restaurants

We were visiting family and Porto City House was near them. There are several small restaurants and cafes nearby. It was nice and quiet. Parking possibility is a big plus as well.

There could be some fruit or yogurt with the breakfast. It would be nice to have a bar service (there was beer in the minibar, but I do not like beer.

Everything was fine. The location was perfect for me, but it's a bit far away from the city center. Breakfast was standard, but it was totally suitable for me. I guess for more than 3 days, this breakfast would be boring.

It was cold in the room. 15°C heat and I wasn't able to change it.

Modern and clean. Staff was extremely nice. Nice location bit of road noise but nothing terrible. Travelling with my 6 year old and she loved her big bed :) safe parking available too !!

Nothing to point out . Would definitely go back there if in Porto.

The room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette. Good connection to the city center. The AC system in the room was really good. They cleaned up the kitchen everyday.
