Original Beach Cottage - Completed Renovated Inside
Die Lage ist der Schlüssel! Dieses Cottage befindet sich einen halben Block vom Strand entfernt und ist eine Straße von der Hauptstraße, dem Garfield Parkway, entfernt. Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine Außendusche. Dieses Ferienhaus wurde 2006 komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine moderne Küche und damit über eine für ein Sommerhaus am Strand wichtige zentrale Klimaanlage. Die Küche hat alle neuen Geräte, Familiengröße (92 Zoll) Tisch, der alle bequem Platz bietet. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen neuen Flachbildschirm, mit Kabel und WLAN im ganzen Haus. Genießen Sie entspannende Nachmittage auf der Außenterrasse im Hinterhof und ruhige Sommerabende auf der in der Veranda abgeschirmten Vorderseite. 3 Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Bettwäsche (Bettwäsche, Bade- und Strandtücher) ist vom Memorial Day bis zur Labor Day Week inbegriffen. (Bitte beachten Sie, dass Bettwäsche, Bade- und Strandtücher nach der Woche des Labor Day bis zum Wochenende vor dem Memorial Day nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden.) Wir berechnen keine zusätzlichen Steuern.

Had a lovely stay with my 84 year old mom. The location was perfect so she didn’t need to walk far to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and shops. The cottage is a gem.

Our group stayed for a week and BB was the perfect backdrop for our first time blending our families. The older kids enjoyed proximity to shopping and restaurants and the younger ones loved the ease of walking to the beach. While we had 7 of us, it was a tight squeeze to spend time together in the living room. The owners did a great job enhancing and updating the property but perhaps should consider sectional seating to accommodate more than 2 adults comfortably. We loved the screened in porch and the character of an older home as well.

Great location to everything! House was well appointed, clean, and as advertised. Yard was great and flowers looked as nice as in the pics. Linen service was awesome! These people know how a great rental should run!

Everything was delightful ! So close to boardwalk and beach , lovely street and clean with everything you would need for a great weekend .

Although the weather did not cooperate with our stay, we enjoyed this lovely cottage! My 5 year old granddaughter absolutely loved her upstairs "sea" bedroom and placed the sea animals that she had brought on all the dressers.
( Well stocked! Only thing I could not find was a hand mixer to whip some cream. We used the whisk!)

This was the perfect cottage for our family with teenagers to stay for a winter weekend getaway. The place was freshly painted and the decor was very modern and inviting. There is ample dresser space for longer stays. Very nice, comfortable furniture all over the house. Location is key for the cottage. It's a block from the beach and the around the corner from the downtown shops. We would love to come back and enjoy the cottage during the summertime. Keith, the owner, was very responsive and professional when we needed to be in touch. I would highly recommend the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and a quiet weekend. The house was lovely. As my wife said, the weekend was "Good for the Soul". Hopefully we can reserve next New Years!!!

We are repeat renters at this great beach house. We love the easy beach access and that it’s walkable to downtown. The house isn’t super fancy but it has everything you need. We didn’t have any hiccups in our stay and would stay again!

The cottage is cute and super convenient. There was enough room for my husband, my sister and I the first week.
Then we had 4 friends come for the weekend and they enjoyed their rooms and being able to cook and eat together in the kitchen.

The house was perfect for our family. The location is incredibly convenient to the beach and all of our favorite Bethany spots…only a couple couples from everything we needed. The house is clean and comfortable and the screened porch and back yard are wonderful as well.

This exquisite cottage is the perfect combination of "Old Bethany" beach cottage with new updates and comfort. Beautiful yard - the most beautiful in Bethany in my view - and a lovely screened in front porch, and that's just the outside! Inside, four comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessities, and a good spot for TV-watching (or napping) on rainy days. Love this place and can't wait to come back.

This is the place to stay in Bethany Beach! So close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants…we walked everywhere! The cottage has all the needed amenities and was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We loved the comfortable decor and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience to the beach, shops, and restaurants which simply helped with the relaxation for the weekend. The home is beautiful inside and out with lovely touches that clearly show the love and care for the property. We will keep checking for the booking calendar to be updated so we can stay again next year! We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely renovated yet keeping the historic beach house charm. Modernly equipped, sparkling clean and in a great location. The host was attentive and responsive. We would surely return for another stay.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this charming and updated beach cottage. Everything was perfect. All the appliances are nearly new. The living room has new furniture and carpet. The Master Bedroom bed is very comfortable. Excellent cable TV service. Free parking.
All-in-all, we couldn't have been happier.

Wanted to check out this house for a possible 2024 whole family rental. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Walkable to all of the shops, restaurants and the beach. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Home away from home. Great communication with Keith, the owner. Will definitely be renting for our family in 2024.

We are familiar with Bethany Beach, always in season and with a large Family group. We liked the feel of an 'original' craftsman cottage. A lot of charm. The home was the perfect size. Had everything we needed. Heat worked well. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend.

I thought the house was great. My only issue was no linen or towels. I wasn’t informed of this ahead of time and the company that could supply them was not open to do so. Had to go buy all new sheets and towels. Bothersome. But still enjoyed the house and the stay.
