our stay was wonderful besides some lady tried get into cabin on the last day of our stay during early morning. There were few black aunts in the cabin overall we have had a great time at jenny's cabin and the staff was nice to deal with.

Very nice cabin that matches the description. Theres nothing wrong with this cabin. It all depends on your needs. The proximity to Bryson is great. It sits on quite an incline so prepare yourself for the drive. If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay with more than enough amenities, it’s a good spot for you. A few warnings: Don’t expect great WiFi but it’s clearly stated before you arrive. Check the router if you’re struggling to connect. Info is there. Unfortunately, hot tub went down right before we made it, but we received a call and a partial refund accordingly. Also a burn ban was in effect. Things happen!

Jenny's Cabin is in a great location. Quiet and peaceful! Hot tub was clean and hot and the proximity to Bryson City was nice. Also, it comes with some outside pups from the neighbors if you feel like befriending them. Super sweet dogs. My largest complaint about this space is cell phone signal and wi-fi. It was IMPOSSIBLE to connect and do anything. My son was with me and he goes to school online. We had to drive into the city and use my mobile hot spot to do ANYTHING. Such a nightmare. If you can get this taken care of, this is the PRIME spot to stay.

The cabin is amazing! 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Glider and rocking chairs on the porches are an added plus to have coffee and admire God’s handiwork of the trees. Hot tub was very relaxing after our day of hiking. Not one complaint from my family!!! Five stars

The Wi-Fi never connected to the internet. Then managing office didn't help with this issue. The oven on the gas range took forever to cook even a regular frozen pizza. The location has mo signal for any cell coverage, and there's no land line that works. So, if you need to make any calls or look anything up you have to travel to the bottom of the mountain to a gas station to do so. One tv wouldn't come on in one of the br upstairs. The other br ha issues with the sound (hmmming and buzzing noise).

The kitchen has German roaches pretty bad after the lights go off. The wifi password we were given didn't work so we had no internet the whole time. The upstairs bad room fan had a bad odor when it came on like possible wire burning so we kept it off. Property was very pretty but not happy with having to come home to hire an exterminator for possibly carrying bugs back. And there is a rope on the cliff beside the back door someone could possibly be looking inside that kitchen door which has no blind or curtain on it. Kinda creepy.

Could Have Been Better
Broken upstairs shower. Overly soft bed upstairs that caused one of my friends to leave early because of back pain and not sleeping all night. Hot tub was not very warm when we arrived. Shower/tub combo downstairs had a very slick surface and I requested, but did not receive a bath mat. Will not recommend this place.

We checked into Jenny’s cabin on 1/28/22 for a 3 night stay checking out on 1/31/22. When we first checked into our cabin we immediately had to call the company and have house keeping come out, when she came out she done a great job. That was problem 1 problem 2 was we found 2 roaches problem 3 the internet never worked our whole stay. Problem 4 the home said it had a fire place and it was never to be found. Problem 5 was that I am just now getting over the chemical burn from the hot tub as of last week. We informed the front desk and she said that she had jotted down some notes and would let the homeowner know how they can better the next stay, and we never did get a call back from the company or homeowner this will not be our only review left.

Beautiful in the Woods.
We had a wonderful time! The cabin and location was wonderful even if we believed we had the river right behind the cabin… over all had a great stay.. pleases fix the WiFi problem!! Had none the whole time!! Faucets in the bathroom upstairs needs attention and the tub downstairs is hard to insert the stopper. We had a four legged visitor every day from the neighborhood was a joy for our 82 year old mother she feel in ❤️And wanted to bring the dog home with us. Cabin needs some TLC but we had a nice a nice vacation.

The cabin was very spacious and clean. It will sleep 6 comfortably, with a couch for a straggler. It had everything you would need except not a single bar of soap. Very strange, however the location and everything else about it was quite good. Peaceful and quiet, and you get a wave from a rare neighbor.

Nice house but not very clean. When we arrived both commodes were stopped up (would not flush but luckily did not over flow). Yellow Rose responded promptly and remedied the problem. There was dog hair on the furniture and mold on the shower curtains.

Spent 4 days here with my mother and grandmother. We had a wonderful time and no problems with our stay at all. Everything was perfect. We plan to book another trip next year.

not great. internet was very spotty. called to get it checked but nothing happened. Cell phone coverage was bad also. We were told Verizon was strong, but my wifes iphone 11 barely got 1 bar. Tv was the cheapest sat package available. Didn't know they even had a cable or sat package that didn't include ESPN. Called on that too, offered to pay the upgrade but no response. Cabin was clean. Dryer didn't dry well. took 2 hours to dry a small load.

Had a great time. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Two of the beds had hard mattresses and the upstairs shower would not get hot so we used downstairs for showers. No big deal or we would have notified someone. Nice location.

don't know what to tell ya!
A dog was there to greet us,,,,and never left she was friendly but we couldn't have the door open because the dog was there the whole time and was afraid of her entering the home, the hot tub was cloudy the whole time didn't want to use it because we didn't wanna get charged some fee the stove handle was broke ,,I fixed it the up stairs closet door was off the hinges couldn't watch any movies unless we used the DVD my daughter watched YouTube someone up the mountain was shooting all hours, was not the feel of a relaxing vacation ,,I went to the office spoke with the girls about the hot tub and they said they will send someone right away and never did kinda the reason we got the cabin was for the hot tub and peace and quiet none of that happened the lady down the hill was yelling , that made me feel like home other than that we spent a lot of wasted money on the vacation location im sorry I will never use them again, but the smokey mountains was beautiful which made it a little better.

The stay was amazing. The cabin is overall great with space and area. However, we got there and the overall cleanliness could have been better. Between a leaky toilet upstairs that left spotting on the ceiling in the kitchen, a moldy shower curtain, garbage over flowing inside when we got there, dirty floors and cobwebs. We were discounted for these matters. The cabin though is in a great, peaceful location with no other cabins around. There’s a house at the bottom of the hill, and a house at the top of the hill, but You’ll definitely have peace.

Could be much better managed
The overall customer service experience by yellow rose and the cabin owners was very good. However, the cabin condition overshadows the customer service. The first day of check-in we arrived to a bathtub filled with dirty towels, a toilet with urine stains and pubic hair, no bed sheets, and a very dusty environment. We had to call the next day (As the offices were closed when we arrived) for them to send someone to clean the rental and stock soaps. Most importantly, this cabin advertises "High speed internet" it is nonexistent. We were in communication all seven days while at this rental with both the owners and yellow rose, but the issue was NEVER resolved. Also the hot tub did not warm up past 83 degrees. I would highly not recommend this cabin and will not come back.
