Kurzer Spaziergang (99 Meter) zum Strand auf privater Fahrt und Weg. Unser Strand ist nie überfüllt.
Ein Block zur Werft Van Der Meer Tennis Academy. Drei Meilen bis sechs Golfplätze.
Eine Meile zum Coligny Plaza (über den Radweg über die Straße).
Nehmen Sie ein Sonnenbad auf einer umlaufenden Terrasse oder genießen Sie eine kühle, abgeschirmte Veranda mit spanischem Moos, das an lebenden Eichen hängt.
Das Haus hat zwei Ebenen und bietet Platz für 8 Personen ganz bequem.
Sie werden zuerst von einer Landschaft begrüßt, zu der unter anderem Palmen, eine riesige alte Eiche mit spanischem Moos, Oleander in verschiedenen Farben, duftende Kletterpflanzen und schöne Blumen der Saison gehören.
Auf der ersten Ebene haben wir einen Wohn-Essbereich mit Domdecke und Kamin, zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem King-Size-Bett und das andere mit zwei Twin-Size-Bädern), ein komplettes und ein halbes Bad, eine gut ausgestattete Küche ( (mit einem großen Mikrowellenherd), einem Rundum-Deck und einer abgeschirmten Veranda, die beide für ihren Genuss geeignet eingerichtet sind.
Auf der zweiten Ebene haben wir zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten), ein Vollbad und ein WC.

Plenty of room for four adults and four kiddos. Great distance from the beach. A short drive or bike ride to the grocery store and restaurants. This place checked all of our boxes.

Property owner is great with communication, and was super kind accomodating us! Home is spacious, 7 of us were more than comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and it looks like previous guests(or owner) has left beach cart/chairs/kids toys downstairs under house. Home was clean upon arrival. Walk to beach is not far at all. Coligny is nearby, about a mile walk for someone who does not have mobility issues, otherwise you will want to hop in the car for short ride. Beds were comfortable, newer front end loader washer/dryer. Had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again!

We could not have loved this home more. The location was perfect. Took a whopping 45 seconds to walk to the beach. And with 4 small kids, that's a dream. Located a mile from Coligny. A max 10-15 minute drive all around the island. The home was clean and spacious. We had zero issues. Would definitely stay again.

My family has stayed several times at Temaju and we love it every time! The house has a great location, steps away from the beach, and close proximity to Coligny. We love riding our bikes to Coligny throughout the week. The private path to the beach is great as well. We love the updates to the house!

House is in a great location. The 100 yds to the beach makes it sound farther than it feels. It’s just like a stroll to the mailbox. House was clean and as advertised and on a great little ocean-side street with minimal traffic. Bill was super easy to work with. Would def stay here again. Really enjoyed ourselves. Only issue we had was hurricane Ian but I won’t hold that against Bill :)

The place was very clean and is overall better than the photos show. The price is far less than houses in the same area but doesn’t lack anything to make for a great stay. Owners are nice and checked in on us via email during the stay.

The pictures of the house online don’t do it justice. Perfect size for a family of 8. It’s a very short walk to the beach from the house and it’s practically a private beach. The owners were very accommodating and always got back to me with any questions that I had. We will definitely be going back next year!

Great Beach House but Glass
This is a great house to have a family vacation and beach time together. The bedrooms are large and the family gathered on the porch and around the table. It’s a short walk down to the beach which is uncrowded. There was only one problem - a glass cover on the dining table was cracked and continued to crack more each day. It became a hazard and we had to make sure to keep either beach towels or place mats covering the table as several people got cut by the glass.

Location location location
This full house is in the perfect location. 3 houses up the cul-de-sac from a basically private beach, you can't beat this. The back screened in porch is perfect, the deck is large, and the house has plenty of space. The kitchen isn't massive, so nominate 1-2 to cook meals. Or, go to any of the great restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this perfect location.

Cozy house one block from beach.
We were two senior citizens, two millennials and two young children. The house offered more room than we needed but we loved that because we had privacy and plenty of bathrooms. Very close to beach which was right at the end of our short cul-de-sac. Lots of porch space for the little ones. We highly recommend this property!

Our SC family vacay
The location is perfect for a family with young children, since it is not right on the beach. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the bedding & towels. Although the kitchen is small, it worked perfect for our needs. The appliances are new, but we had a few problems with the dryer. Overall, we are 100% satisfied & hope to return next year.

Property as described. Plenty of room for our 7 adults. Super close walk to the beach and a free shuttle during the day to take you to Coligny Plaza. Or the walk is reasonable, only about ~1.3 miles along the sidewalk!

Great property
Short walk to the beach without the high ‘on beach’ price. Wonderfully secluded screen porch. Easy access to all of the HHI amenities. Owners are very responsive with the best check in processes we’ve every experienced. We will definitely stay at Temaju again!!

The house was in a great location, very easy to get to the beach.
All of us had a wonderful time. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to a gorgeous beach. The only complaint is the minimal beach equipment was in poor condition. If one can bring towels, chairs, and sun shade you will be all set. We did learn, one can rent chairs and umbrella for the week and the company will set it up for you on the beach. We are already planning our return. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. We were a little worried traveling during COVID, but the beach was very close and not crowded at all. It was an easy walk down the street and then the path - no problem with the little kids getting safely to/from the beach. The house was clean and there was lots of room for us to settle in during breaks from the beach. Definitely would recommend.

The owner was very nice and very accommodating. He communicated well with the check in process and information regarding the property. The beach was a very short walk and not crowded at all! Lots to do around the area in close proximity to shops and restaurants. We rented a few bikes during our stay which was great to ride on the beach and around the island.

What a perfect vacation!
The only problem we had was the kitchen was too small. If your family likes to cook together like my family, this probably isn’t the place for you. Otherwise we loved it! The kids stayed upstairs and the old folks downstairs. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. Having two full baths and two half baths was great - no waiting in line! The walk to the beach was only a minute or two - short enough to run back to the house if you needed something. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. Two toasters, a hand mixer, crockpot, blender and coffee pot too! Soap was provided for dishes and laundry - there were hotel soaps and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms as well. The grill is charcoal and there was some left from a previous tenant so we left some too! Thank you Bill for your hospitality!
