Etage, 3 Schlafzimmer Isle of Palms Ferienhaus, familienfreundliche Wohnung im 10E Mariners Walk im exklusiven Wild Dunes Resort gelegen, mit zwei Balkonen, Blick auf den Pool und das Meer und bequemem Zugang zum Strand. Der Hauptwohnbereich hat einen nahtlosen Fluss zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer, wobei sich ein halbes Bad im Erdgeschoss befindet. 2. Etage: Schlafzimmer 1: Kingsize-Bett mit angeschlossenem Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche. Schlafzimmer zwei: 2 Einzelbetten mit angeschlossenem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. 3. Etage: Queensize-Bett mit angeschlossenem Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche und einem schönen Balkon mit Meerblick.
Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang der Wohnung. Pro Wohnung sind zwei Parkplätze erlaubt.

Great location, nice condo, the bathrooms can use a little love. The shower heads were new but they were loose because the drywall was unstable, the dry wall around the vents in the ceiling were bubbled and signs of mold. I get that there is humidity and condensation in small bathrooms, that is precisely why it should get regular attention. Other than that the place is great.

Lovely ocean view property with short walk to beach and pool. Plenty of parking. Extensive walking path throughout the resort. Pool was large in the middle of the complex. Everything clean. 2 large porches for sitting.

We had a great stay at Mariner's Walk! 6 of us stayed for the bridge run. Great location to get to the race start line, and the Wild Dunes resort was a really nice place to stay for the weekend. The condo was clean and spacious with a nice beach and pool view, and the resort restaurant, Coastal Provisions was excellent. we would absolutely stay here again.

This is our 3rd stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it is the perfect getaway for our family to be together. Well arranged and equipped accommodation, convenient location, and peaceful surroundings. We really enjoy this condo and will return again.

Professional paint job throughout, makes the inside look brand new. Place was nice. Checking in to get a pass to the resort area was confusing. Their computer was down so we could only get a one day pass after being shuttled back and forth to entry point. Two keys but the one inside in a basket would not work. All in all a very nice place.

This villa was perfect for our needs. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the two balconies! Super close to the beach with a walkway right by the parking area. 10E was located on the upper level. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Very comfortable furniture with plenty of seating. Lots of little details were provided for our comfort and were much appreciated. All six of us ladies loved it!
Would suggest that the villa complex spray for mosquitoes. They were horrible. We were all covered in bites when we left, even having used bug spray. Didn’t deter us from our fun at the beach, but would have been much better without that element.

Have stayed here multiple times. Perfect for my family with 2 teenage boys and my SIL and teen nephew. We love Wild Dunes and the surrounding Isle of Palms. Easy beach and pool access and nice to have a full kitchen.

Very easy access to beach. Beautiful view from top floor, nice furnishings. Basic kitchen setup-no spices/oils,etc. Everything was clean.
Very much enjoyed the stay and would choose to stay again.
Only recommendations:
Strange signage on property about leaving beach gear made it difficult to know where to store all the sandy stuff.
A map of the property would be useful in the binder.
A king size bed on the top floor would be perfect.

The Isle of Palms property was terrific. It was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Excellent location. The property management people were a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great time at Mariners Walk and found the location to be perfect for a nice stroll on the beach etc. The unit is nicely done, though the bathrooms for each bedroom are in need of being refreshed. Comfortable couch and views from main floor and 3rd floor bedroom are excellent. Personally, I would have the master bedroom on the 3rd floor to enjoy the views and take advantage of the deck up there and swap out that queen with the 2nd floor King. Very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect - close to beach and pool. But the tubs drained very slow and the place needs repainted inside and out. The condo was clean but shows it’s age. Absolutely not handicap accessible. Lots of stairs!!!

Great place to stay. Steps from both the beach and the pool. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location in Wild Dunes made it a quiet spot as well. Would definitely stay again.

The beach and pool were nice and clean. We stayed June 10, 2022 and beach not crowded. Rooms had a paint update since the website pictures and it was attractive. We found that the doorbell didn’t work and half the lightbulbs were out. Lower cabinets and drawers as well as the air vents and the light switches and outlets could use a good cleaning but it wasn’t any worse than hotels. The directions on arriving could be improved. You have to go to the main gate to get parking pass but you are given an address that will route you to a 2nd gate

Very nice property
We have stayed in Mariner's walk before, but this was the first time in this unit. Overall, we were very pleased with it. The view was great, beds were comfy, full size washer & dryer were great. The wi-fi was very challenging. The connection was challenged at best. The kitchen could use some new pans & a good cleaning of lower cabinets & kitchen trash can.
Would stay there again.

This condo has the perfect layout for families. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and you are literally less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. We went the end of March so the self heating swimming pool was quite cold but other than that it was perfect!

Perfect condo!
We could not have been more pleased with this condo. The check in/check out process was super easy, the condo was immaculate and the decor was lovely. The short walk over a board walk, down to the beach made pulling our loaded down beach cart very easy. And the views!!! It was superb. Our only one, very small complaint would be the location of the outdoor shower. It was not very convent to have to walk from our closest beach board walk over to the shower by the pool. But very minor. We had an amazing vacation and plan to book this condo again, soon!!

Perfection
Online booking was easy and being able to go straight to the property without a central checkin location super convenient. The property was clean and updated. I couldn’t imagine how this property could be improved as we watched the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony sipping coffee in our PJs. The only downside- our designated parking space was right next to the bike storage and the support poles made it difficult to get in and out of our vehicle (Traverse). Probably wouldn’t be an issue for a smaller vehicle.

We had a terrific time at this lovely condo. It was great for our crew of 4 adults and 2 children. The unit and property are beautiful, we’ll appointed and we’ll maintained. The pool is great and the beautiful beach is just a short walk away. Thumbs up!!!

House is in excellent condition. My two brothers and wifes stayed., Minor repair needed on sliding door latch. Bigger towels would be a nice touch for a property of that calibre. Highly recommend.

Well located unit within Wild Dunes. Close proximity to community pool and relatively uncrowded beach. Unit was in very good condition. Check-in process very efficient. The only negative was the sometimes spotty internet service for some members of our group. Again, this was the only negative.
