House was absolutely perfect for the 4 of us while we moved our daughter to college at SUU from Indiana. Clean, comfortable, great location and just as advertised. We will definitely be renting again on our future visits if it’s available! Thank you!

We were so grateful they let us stay on a short notice for my baby sister’s wedding. We enjoyed the home comfortably as we were able to enjoy time full of laughter with all of our siblings and dad for dinner. The kids enjoyed all the puzzles and toys that were provided. Beautiful clean home. Plan to book more often for our family visits!

We had a nice weekend in Cedar. The home was very clean and the neighborhood quiet. It’s close to the Historic Main Street and restaurants. The house was great!

We were there for a softball tournament so when we were at the house. It is located in very quite neighborhood so we were able rest and relax with no disturbances. Very nice

This house was perfect, very clean and comfy beds. Kitchen well stocked to cook in. Would stay again when back in Cedar.

Great stay in a clean house. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with dishes/appliances for anything we wanted to make for ourselves. Bonus was the unexpected spice cabinet! We used the space to entertain friends that were locals while we were staying. Trip was great

This property was exactly as advertised and made for a perfect landing place for a long weekend. Beds and furniture were comfortable, place was clean and well stocked. It is small but quiet and we didn't need big. Perfect for an inexpensive weekend get away!

The home was very nice and clean. It is in a good newer location. The only fault was that it didn’t have cable TV

The stay at the location was great. The house is in a nice neighborhood, centrally located to a lot of the offerings in Cedar City, and newly built. The location also was easy to get into for my handicap mother. My only complaint about this rental was the check out to do list. Check out is 10am. The list includes washing AND drying towels that are used, stripping the beds, taking out the trash, doing the dishes or running the dishwasher. In addition to these, there are squeegees hanging in the showers for you to use after showering. I’ve stayed in many privately owned rentals and this was by far the most stringent with their “prison rules”. I also understand respecting others property, however, If you don’t want people to stay in your house, don’t own a rental. With a 10am check out, it basically forces the renter to either skip a morning shower or be awake very early to be able to get all of the chores done. Overall, I would still recommend this rental, just know, the cleaning fee doesn’t cover much.

This is a great place to rest after long days out and about. Has all of the necessary amenities to be comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Some minor repair in the hall bath tap leaks around the base. Also the tubs were very slick (slip and fall slick) as we say in the medical world , likely what is used to clean with . Over all excellent experiences

We had a wonderful stay at this home. I really don't enjoy writing reviews since everyone has different preferences that may or may not make a stay enjoyable but I will list a few pros and cons. Pro: This home was very clean which is especially important these days. This home has all the basics you need for your stay and although very close to an on/off ramp of HWY 15, it seemed very quiet. Con: Only a few, both showers have a high pitched screeching noise that comes and goes through use. This is especially noticed if you are an early riser as it can be heard through the entire house. A nice addition would be to provide a garage door opener so so you don't have to take your car out of the garage and go through the homes front door to close it and exit. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Located conveniently 2 minutes from I-15 for easy access to the national parks. The place is superb and clean. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Very clean home (read: squeegee’s for the shower and everything). Felt very safe staying during COVID! Highly recommend and would love to stay again!
