Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich ein Steinkamin, ein Schnittsofa zum Betrachten des 65-Zoll-Fernsehers, Etagenbetten für 4 Personen, ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, ein Bad und eine Wäscherei. Im Obergeschoss umfasst die neue Erlenholzküche eine 6-Brenner-Serie von Wolf, 2 Bosch Konvektionsöfen, 2 Bosch Geschirrspüler und einen Edelstahlkühlschrank. Eine große Insel mit Platz für 4 Personen und eine Kaffeebar mit Getränkekühler vervollständigen den Raum. Dank des offenen Konzepts und der zusätzlichen großen Fenster während der Renovierung können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Essbereich mit 12 Sitzplätzen genießen. Der Spieltisch im Wohnbereich bietet Platz für 4 weitere Personen. Ein Gaskamin in diesem Wohnbereich schafft eine gemütliche, warme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen nach einem Tag auf dem Berg. Ein Halbbad, Waschmaschine / Trockner und eine Master Suite mit Kingsize-Bett befinden sich ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene. Die dritte Etage verfügt über vier weitere Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Ein sekundärer Meister mit Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum Balkon und eigenem Bad. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer verfügen über Doppelbetten und angeschlossene Bäder. Der Schlafraum befindet sich in der Nähe des Flurs Bad mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Alle Bäder wurden während der Renovierung komplett erneuert oder hinzugefügt. Ein neu erbautes 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad-Einheit auf der Garage wurde hinzugefügt, so dass dies eine 7 Schlafzimmer, 7 1/2-Bad-Ferienwohnung ist. Dieser Bereich ist über einen beheizten Gang erreichbar und bietet den Gästen ein zusätzliches Maß an Privatsphäre. Hochwertige Handtücher und Bettwäsche stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung und werden vor Ihrer Ankunft professionell gewaschen.

This home was great. Perfect for our family and the management and host were very responsive. I don't believe that we have ever stayed in a VRBO that was so well equipped for a large family. Thank you for providing our family with a memorable vacation.

Our extended family had a great vacation. The house is beautiful and comfortable for a large group. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked and the two sets of washers and dryers were a wonderful added bonus! We loved the pool table and hot tub too. One of the nicest rentals we have ever visited. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Walk to Thunderhead Lift. The house is very accommodating for a large group with plenty of beds and room to move around.
The host thought of everything in this well stocked and extremely organized home! Heated driveway meant no shoveling of snow in the morning. Dual dishwashers and washer/dryers were an extra nice touch too.
We were well taken care of by the hosts and would definitely return for another amazing stay!

We had an absolute blast on this trip. The house was perfect for what we needed. We have been coming to Steamboat for 20 years and its not the easiest place to find a house that is pretty much ski in out so this was so nice. The house was equipped with tons of everything you need. Thanks so much for the wonderful memory.

The kitchen was VERY well appointed! We did a lot of cooking and did not need for anything.

We came up to ski & ring in the new year. This property is absolutely amazing! It accommodated two families of 5 and we had more than enough room! The house had more than enough linens, etc! The kitchen was amazingly stocked! The location is unbeatable 3 minutes or less walk to the lift. This home is well loved and you can tell, we loved it too! Thank you for the great memories.

We loved everything about the property, it fit the entire family, was close to slope it easy to ski in and get back to the house afterwards, easy to get in town, and the kitchen was by far the best stocked I’ve ever stayed at in a Rental! The house was cozy clean and perfect. We would definitely come again.

Our group of 11 had a wonderful time and had plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed cooking large family meals in the kitchen. It was stocked exceptionally well and we had everything we needed. The property has been lovingly maintained and the communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent. Beautiful and clean property with all of the amenities for a large group. Location seemed very private even though there are other properties near by. . Beautiful views and short drive to slopes and to town. Kitchen well stocked with high end cooking supplies. 3 stories plus the garage house worked well for our group of 14. Plenty of common space for gathering but still provided everyone space to spread out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only downside was no Air Conditioning which was fully disclosed. Got a bit hot inside, which was expected in late July, but box fans provided made it tolerable. Really enjoyed the stay.

We have an annual trip where we, as an extended family, pick a destination and rent through VRBO. We've done this for 16 years now. Our vacation this year was one of the very best. This property has it all. Easily fit our family of 11. We've never seen a kitchen so properly stocked with all the necessary cooking pots/pans/dishware, etc. Great trip!

This home was spectacular. Everything you could ever want/need is provided. We were in Steamboat for a wedding. With all of the wedding preparations, we did not have time to enjoy sitting outside or the hot tub. We are from Ohio and the two bedrooms with kitchenette over the garage was perfect for the grandchildren and their parents who needed to adjust to the time zone change allowing the rest of the family to visit in the evening and sleep in the morning. If we ever get to Steamboat again this is the property I would definitely stay at.

We appreciated the layout, furnishings, and location. This is a very nice ski house with comfortable bedding, terfific kitchen and large gathering rooms. Storage of skis in garage was convenient. Walk to Thunderhead Lift was a nice warmup to the ski day. We would go back again!

This house was perfect for our annual cousins' ski trip. The proximity to Thunderhead chair made it easy to get lots of people to and from the slopes each day. It was tastefully decorated and more than well appointed - there were more towels and linens than I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The kitchen was a chef's dream with everything we needed for our nightly family dinners, and all 12 of us could sit around the dining table. Just inside the lower entrance where boots come off there is a boot dryer/warmer that holds 12 pairs of boots or gloves, a game changer! Carol, the owner, and Joe, the property manager, were very responsive and proactively ensured we had all the information when we needed it. Stay here if you can!

What a wonderful week at your Spruce Blend vacation home in the Boat! 11 of us all together had plenty of room to relax and unite. From gathering around the beautiful kitchen island in the mornings to playing games at the dining table in the evenings, Spruce Blend accomodated all of us to our every need. The location, the views, and the home layout was to be admired. We easily fell in love with it. My cousins family of 6 combined with our own family of 5 to enjoy time together, skiing and relaxing. Thank you, we would so lucky to return.

This is the third time I've gone to Steamboat Springs to host customers. This property is the best we've had. I commented several times while I was there about how well it was furnished. There were plenty of linens. A wide variety of pots/pans/dishes.
Also, the beds were super comfy. I will definitely try booking this house again next time! Thank you Carol.

Just as advertised. Very clean, organized and well stocked with dishes and appliances for big groups. Lots of sleeping options for adults and kids, the 2 bedroom apartment above the garage was perfect for our teenage sons. Ski/snowboard storage in the garage and boot and glove dryer a bonus as well.

We stayed here in August for a family vacation (8 adults, 4 kids (7 months to 4 years). The house and surroundings are beautiful! The extra space over the garage (2 more bedrooms) was great to give some family members a little quiet away from the kids. The kitchen was very well appointed and the beds were comfortable. It was very hot that week and some family members found it to be uncomfortable even at night. It did cool off the last night of our stay so I think this would only be an issue a couple of weeks out of the year. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

We came to Steamboat as part of a family reunion. There were 12 of us staying at the house (including 3 young kids) and we all fit very comfortably. The house has the most well-appointed kitchen I’ve seen in a rental - they really did have everything you could possibly need. There was a long dining table that fit us all and a lovely screened porch and outdoor space. The suite over the garage was also really nice. Do note that the house does not have A/C and, as we were staying there in early August, it did get quite hot, especially in the upstairs bedrooms. There were several box and ceiling fans, though, and all the windows were screened so could be opened at night as things cooled off. I might suggest adding a couple more fans for those really hot days. Otherwise, the house was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Steamboat!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen! The 2 dishwashers was great for our family of 15…& we really appreciated the double decker waffle maker! Beds were so comfy & each bedroom had it’s own TV! Definitely recommend this property & we can only imagine how fantastic it is for a winter ski trip! ❤️❤️❤️

Beautifully maintained home
The home was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Everybody was so comfortable and the views were incredible. The only negative was just timing. The helicopters were flying from 4 AM throughout the day and the trucks started up the road around the same time so it was incredibly noisy. Obviously we were only there for a week but I feel badly for the people who live there permanently until the gondola is built. In spite of the noise, steamboat provided a wonderful family vacation

The Perfect Accommodations
Beautiful home had every single thing we needed. The kitchen was so well equipped that we cooked in for every meal; waffle maker, griddle, every size pot and pan and a large grill. Each room has its own bathroom with more than enough towels. And it was so nice to have paper products, laundry detergent and other basics provided. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the bunk beds downstairs. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We could not have asked for anything more. The host and the caretaker were so quick to respond to every single question. And the hot tub was the perfect way to end our days. Conveniently located to downtown Steamboat Springs and hiking trails. There is not one negative thing to say about this property. We were all so sad to leave!

Fabulous property
This property was perfect for 3 families to vacation together. Plenty of space for together time but also room to spread out and let people “do their own thing”. The home had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed and then some - kitchen utensils, cooking dishes, double oven, double dishwasher, two washer/dryer units. Location was beautiful and secluded, but also quick to get to everything local in Steamboat. It was easy to call this a home away from home for a week. Thanks for sharing your property!!!

A perfect ski week
This was our second stay at this property and it was as remembered, close to perfect. The location is an easy flat walk to the lift. The house is remarkably well stocked with both kitchen supplies as well as paper supplies. We had 3 families with 7 kids ages 10-14. Having the outside apartment for our teenaged girls was a true bonus. Joe, the property manager, was always accessible by text message if there was anything that we needed including advice. If I could give one negative (which I’m leery to do) I’d say it’d be the lack of shuttle service to town. We, however had a really fun time walking to town on a pretty day. At a nice pace the uphill walk home is around minutes. Thank you Carol and Joe! We love your house!

Great home - highly recommend
Home is beautiful and has a big advantage being off Thunderhead lift (thus avoiding the main base). Not truly ski-in/out although very close. The communication with the owner/caretaker was excellent and very easy to work with. Would not recommend the lower-level bunk rooms for adults as they are twin sized beds. However, the house is overall in very great shape, has a very "homey" feel and is located in a good spot (although not on bus route). Would recommend / stay again.

Great location on the mountain. Walking distance to Thunderhead lift. Property was clean. Should note that the photographer who took the images for the ad on VRBO did a wonderful job. The bedrooms are much smaller in person. Otherwise great stay.

Perfect family reunion home
This house proved to be the perfect spot for a vacation with our extended family. The home is spacious, well stocked (the kitchen has allll the gadgets), and comfortable. Did I mention the thoughtful wall of boot warmers in the entryway?? The property manager was responsive. The whole stay was just lovely.
