Candlagan Cottage - Mossy Point
Das Candlagan Cottage ist ein hübsch renoviertes Strandhaus aus den 1950er Jahren, das an den Candlagan Creek angrenzt. Nach einem gemütlichen Spaziergang von 600 m erreichen Sie den schönen North Broulee Beach und nach 500 m das berühmte Mossy Point Cafe. Dieses abgelegene Cottage mit 3 Schlafzimmern liegt inmitten von Gummibäumen und verfügt über eine offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich. Es verfügt über hochwertige Küchengeräte, darunter ein Gasherd und eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine sowie alle Küchenutensilien, die Sie zum Aufkochen eines Sturms benötigen.
Das Ferienhaus verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN und Foxtel-Satellit mit Filmen, Sport- und Kinderpaket. Es gibt Spiele, Bücher und DVDs zum Entspannen.
Das Cottage bietet bequem Platz für sechs Erwachsene in einer Bettenkonfiguration mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten. Auf Anfrage können die beiden Einzelbetten zu einem weiteren Kingsize-Bett zusammengestellt werden. Die gesamte Bettwäsche mit Ausnahme der Strandtücher wird gestellt.
Das Cottage verfügt über eine große Holzterrasse mit Blick auf den Candlagan Creek. Die Plattform hat eine erstaunliche im Freiendusche, einen BBQ, eine im Freienaufenthaltsraum und einen Speisetisch und Stühle.
Der hundefreundliche Hof ist sicher eingezäunt. Haustiere sind im Freien und in der Wäscherei willkommen. An den drei nächstgelegenen Stränden sind Hunde gestattet. Am South Broulee Beach gibt es einen Bereich ohne Leine.
Die Unterkunft ist rauchfrei.

This holiday house is perfect, a little walk to the beach and bar/cafe, just enough to work up an eppetite! Outdoor shower a super treat and kitchen well equipped. Just one toilet reminded us how lucky we are to have 2 at home 😂 thanks also for letting us use your surfboards, the kids loved that.

Great holiday break
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Candlagan Cottage. The house is well set up with all you need including kitchen items, extra blankets if needed, umbrellas for outside. The decks are fantastic and we spent most of our time on one of the outside areas. The outside shower was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing your lovely house.

Tranquility on the Creek
Our family and friends spent a fabulous 6 days here. It’s is such a tranquil location. Situated right next to the creek- we loved using the canoe! The house was a real home rather than a transient space, very welcoming , very comfortable beds, wonderful light rooms with a great kitchen. Love the outdoor shower and the various outdoor seating areas as well. Allowed a group of 6 to easily have their own spaces.
Short walk to north Broulee lagoon & beach and easy access to the cycle path that goes all the way to South Broulee . We will definitely be back.

Luxurious beach and forest escape
Wonderful views of trees, birds, mangroves and the creek from deck, living area and main bedroom. Easy walk to stunning beaches, and the mossy cafe. Had a delightful afternoon out on the creek on the supplied double kayak. Booking and check in process easy, house spotlessly clean and luxuriously renovated. Would recommend. Hope to return.

Quaint cottage in a great location
We had a wonderful stay at this quaint little cottage in Mossy Point. The cottage is in a great location close to beaches and the Mossy Point Cafe. It has been recently updated and is very comfortable - with all the amenities you'd need. We loved sitting out on the deck and soaking in the sun while reading a book or sipping on a glass of wine (bring some bug spray - it had rained recently and the mozzies were out). The outdoor shower was a nice little treat after spending the day at the beach. The booking and check in process went very smoothly and communication with Cathryn was seamless and prompt. I would definitely recommend the Candlagan Cottage for your next vacation at the Coast!

Our week's stay made so much more enjoyable and easy by this comfortable, hassle-free accommodation. No scrimping on amenities, fantastic throughout. Location fantastic. Owners great, responsive and helpful (thanks a lot Cathryn). Teenagers impressed and happy. Dog happy (lots of space, big backyard and spacious deck). Such a great place to come back to after surfing/beaching all day (outdoor shower a winner). Hope we are lucky enough to do it all again next year. Mark

Pretty Darn Good
We recently stayed for 2 weeks with our dogs and found the place very comfortable with all the facilities you could want. The premises are fully fenced front and back with good secure gates.

Cosy, clean and freshly prepared on arrival
Perfect place for a small family. The kitchen amenities are great, there is everything to get you going. By far the best bit was the bed in the master room. The linen and pillows were quality stuff, and i had the best sleep. Towels were also top quality
Did not have to bring towels and linen which is always great. Check in was easy pezy. Shower pressure was awesome too, i would come back again, this place was prepared with care. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay

Delightful cottage and very restful stay
We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing week at Candlagan Cottage and for the first time we able to take out dogs to the coast which was a bonus.
The cottage was immaculate, extremely clean and the inclusions were terrific. The beds were very comfortable and it was great not to have to take linen.
The outdoor shower was brilliant while the outdoor lounge was extremely well used by humans and our dogs (the latter without the cushions!)
The kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils etc and plenty of cutlery and crockery.
As I has to work a little while down the coast the internet was excellent and not at all slow and Foxtel was also enjoyed.
Whilst we didn't utilise many of the outdoor activities provided, we did take the kayak out a few times and both our kids and the dogs enjoyed their times on Candlagan Creek.
Finally Cathryn was extremely responsive and easy to deal.
So all in all 5 stars from us and we will be back!

Gorgeous spot
We had a lovely time staying at Candlagan Cottage. Our 3 children really enjoyed playing in the fenced backyard, and especially loved roasting marshmallows on the prepared fire. The kitchen was fabulous with great appliances, everything you could need, as well as an excellent coffee machine. The location was perfect for us as we love the Candlagan Creek estuary beach area - perfect for kids learning to swim. The outdoor shower was a bonus as well. A special shout out to the owners for the bedrooms as well - we had the best night's sleep ever in the master bedroom with the lovely King bed and the sound of waves and wind in the trees lulling us to sleep. Just lovely. Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed our stay at Candlagan Cottage immensely. The house is comfortable and nicely renovated. It was clean with high-quality linen and kitchenware as a nice touch. The yard was perfect for our dog and in a great location for access to dog-friendly beaches as well as other family activities.

Excellent property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Candlagan Cottage. It was perfect for our 3 dogs as the yard was well fenced. The boys of the family enjoyed using the kayak to explore the water. The outdoor area was perfect to relax in. The whole property was immaculately cleaned with beautiful linen and towels supplied.
