Walk to Falmouth Heights beach, Shipwrecked restaurant and Black Dog Cafe, can also do a little bit longer walk to Martha’s Vineyard Ferry and downtown shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Note that linens are not provided. Super easy check in and check out process. Appreciated that the property owner/manager checked in with us during the stay to make sure we had everything that we needed.

We had a great week in this beautiful home in a terrific location. The views of the water from this home are stunning. Several restaurants, beaches and Ferry were a short walk away. The house is well equipped (beach items, kitchen, etc.) and Sarah was a pleasure to work with!

Our family had the most fabulous vacation in this gorgeous home. The location is ideal - breathtaking views, walkable access to the beach, restaurants and the Island Queen. Easy trip to town and a great launch point to other Cape attractions as well. The house is beautiful and makes great use of space. Loads of light and space to gather with our extended family which made for wonderful memories. Sarah is a marvelous host. We can’t wait to return!

This was our second stay at this fabulous beach house. The spacious rooms, first floor porch, large kitchen, and upstairs deck made it very comfortable for the three generations under one roof. The view of the water from every room and an easy walk to the beach is what makes this home a great vacation rental. My family loves the Falmouth Heights area.

We enjoyed another great week at this beautiful home! Having all the windows open, feeling the breeze and being able to see the water from most windows in the back of the house is spectacular! A true gem.

We really liked the roof deck and can see the water from multiple rooms. Walkable to the beach is a big plus!

This house was beautiful! The location, view and decor made our week long vacation amazing. My family is local (North Andover, MA) but we joined our family from North Carolina for the trip. Every evening we sat on the rooftop deck to watch the waves and sunset. You can also see the ocean from every bedroom!! The house was very roomy and the dining area sat us all. We walked to the local dining and the island queen. The beach across the street, although beautiful, was a bit rocky so we drove to Old Silver for a few of the days which worked out great. The owner was very attentive and easy to reach. I would gladly stay here again! Thank you!!

We have rented a different Cape house for the last four years, and this is by far the best property and our favorite property. The price was right. The location was perfect for beach access. We could easily walk to the beach. The property was very clean and well stocked. It was very helpful to have the beach chairs and sand toys available at the house. We used the grill and appreciated the AC. We stayed with three generations, including a 1 year old, 8 year old and 11 year old. I was originally worried about the lack of a yard, but between all of our activities, the Falmouth Heights Beach, the rocky beach near the yacht club, and the shared community lawn just steps from the door, the kids were busy and happy. We were able to walk to the Queen Island Ferry and spent a day on Martha’s Vineyard. The big picture window in the kitchen has a wonderful view of the island and Vineyard Sound. Our family appreciates antiques and well styled homes. This was it. We admired the high quality furniture prices and enjoyed looking at the fun collections in the decor. This home was a beautiful backdrop for our vacation.

This is our second time returning to this property! Love this house so conveniently located, spacious and bright. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to explore the Cape or for those lazy days a five minute stroll and you are on the beach.

This 5 bedroom house was a fabulous stay for 3 generations of my family. Plenty of room and the view from every window created such a great atmosphere. It was a quick walk to a nice beach and the Black Dog Heights Cafe became our morning routine. That was a 5 minute walk from the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the shed of beach items was very convenient. The kitchen dining table seats 12 with a view of the ocean - the only thing missing is an outdoor patio/seating area. The main floor porch is a great spot for morning coffee and to watch the sun rise while the upstairs deck has a great view of the sunset. We are now big fans of the Falmouth area. We would definitely rent again!

We had a lovely two weeks in this comfortable home. Water views, easy access to beach walks and restaurants. Very well located for getting to know Falmouth. The kitchen has everything you would want provided. Beds were quite comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the two porches! Sarah, the host, was great to deal with - very easy communications and she was always available and helpful.

We were 5 single ladies who vacationed together and we really enjoyed the house, it’s layout, amenities and air conditioning. Would highly recommend renting.

My husband and I brought 2 of our kids and their families (5adults and 5 kids) to enjoy the area where my mom grew up and I visited frequently as a child. The house was wonderful. Well stocked and within walking distance of the beach and the ferry. Sarah was very easy to work with and quickly responded to questions. I highly recommend this house for your Cape vacation.

The house was well-appointed, clean, with a great sprawling kitchen, nice bedrooms and good ambiance. We liked being able to walk to the beach.

My family (2 adults, 3 children) just spent a week at this house and we can’t say enough good things about it! We absolutely loved it. Charming, clean, water views from almost every room, and all the essentials stocked. We decided to skip the AC and enjoyed the ocean breeze coming in through the windows, which was wonderful. Our kids loved playing catch in the grass area in front of the house, which was like having bonus space! The neighborhood is great, and easy access to the beach. Sarah was a dream to work with - very organized, helpful and her love for the home shined throughout each room. We have already booked our return trip next year! This house is perfect for a relaxing family friendly break ! Beaches and restaurants are within walking distance . Perfect for the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard . Would highly recommend this house it was spotless and the owner was super helpful .

This is truly a 5-star property. From the communication with Sarah, the property owner to every last detail in the house. It was clean and well-appointed; the house itself is older, but it has been updated and is very charming. The kitchen was well stocked, there were baby accessories, including a gait and baby seat for the table, and plenty of kitchen supplies, cups, plates, utensils, and seating for the number of people that the house can hold. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the beach or town, and truly, the owner thought of just about everything you could need while staying away from home. Black Dog Heights is just down the road for a great outdoor breakfast, lunch, or take-out, and the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is within walking distance. It was the perfect home for a family vacation with our grown children and grandchildren. There is even a little patch of grass across the street that served as a park for the little ones, and the views from almost every room in the house are spectacular. It didn't hurt that we had picture perfect weather all week, as well. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the owners for such a fabulous experience.

This house is perfectly located with ocean views from nearly every window and sun drenched rooms full of comfort and charm for our family of 7 ranging in ages from 17- 84 years. Returning home from long seaside walks to the warmth of the fireplaces made for a wonderful Spring break and kept us imagining how magical the Sunmer season must be and looking forward to our return. Sarah, is a super host who is welcoming, responsive and provides you with a beautiful, well kept home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Falmouth. The house was clean, spacious and with all the amenities of home. The covered porch was the perfect space for morning coffee and watching the sunrise and the upstairs balcony was perfect for evening cocktails and watching the sunset. The house was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner Sarah, was easily accessible and flexible to our needs. We would definitely rent this location again.

We had a wonderful week on the Cape in this home with our 3 children (23, 20 and 16). The house was spotless, check in was easy and the views were even better than they look online. The location was perfect. We took a long walk along the beach every morning. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house had everything that we needed to make meals at home. Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. It was an amazing home away from home for a week and we will definitely be back.

Falmouth is beautiful

This was one of the best vacation properties we have ever had the pleasure of staying. Location is phenomenal and the ocean views are spectacular. There are many places to walk to. So many choices for restaurants and shops in the area. The marina is just a short walk down the hill and the beach is so close too. The house is charming and very well equipped for all your needs. The owner thought of everything... I will definitely stay here again!

What a fabulous vacation! The house was everything we expected and more. The first floor deck was enjoyed in the morning sun for coffee and the upper deck in the evening for the moonlight and ocean air. The views from the home were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to prepare meals and the kitchen table was large enough for all to sit. The location was perfect to walk to the beach. Having the beach chairs supplied was great and two wagons to transport items to the beach an added bonus. Sarah was responsive immediately when we reached out. This vacation home was a great find. Would definitely book again!!
