Rustikal trifft modern! Das Haus ist ein typisches Blockhaus, ein gemütlicher Zufluchtsort, aber mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Nest-Thermostaten und Amazon Echo. Zwei Gaskamine, zwei große Veranden, eine Hängematte, eine Feuerstelle im Freien ... viele Orte, an denen man sich entspannen und die Gesellschaft des anderen genießen kann.
Das Log Cabin liegt in der Nähe des Lake Winnipesaukee zum Schwimmen und Bootfahren im Sommer und zum Eisfischen im Winter. Privater Strandpass zur Verfügung.
Der Gunstock Mountain (3,2 km entfernt) bietet das ganze Jahr über Aktivitäten wie Seilrutschen, eine Bergbahn, Bierfeste und Skifahren / Snowboarden / Tubing.

The cabin was better than expected, the owners were more than helpful, letting us know ahead of time, and taking care of a wifi issue, like it never happened. House is Beautiful and would be awesome in the summer as well.

Beautiful house. We were in town for a wedding so we didnt spend enough time there. We did enjoy sitting on the front porch. House is a great layout, well set up was was an easy and effortless check in and check out. We hope to return and spend longer there.

This property was the perfect stay for our weekend at the Pond Hockey Classic! The house had many beds and everything we needed to cook in and hang at the house. I would highly recommend staying at this home. Thank you Chris and Sara!

Our family (2 kids under 12) loves this property. This is the second time we've stayed here to ski at Gunstock. The property is lovely, clean, just as listed and convenient to Gunstock. The owner is very helpful and responsive and has upgraded it since our last visit. We'll be back for sure.

Great Fall Getaway
This house was fantastic for our family getaway. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Two great living areas. Fantastic yard with fire pit and great front porch for an early morning cup of coffee. All the bedrooms were comfortable. The house is very convenient to town and we could make quick runs to the grocery store when needed!
The owner was very responsive. While it may not seem important, front porch lights were on, making it easy for us to locate the house in the dark!

Loved it
This house was just so well maintained and had the most personable touches. From the decorations, to the coffee pods that Sarah had available, even the bags in the bathroom for women to use. You can just tell she goes above and beyond and really puts an effort into making this house feel so welcoming for her guests. The pictures absolutely don’t do justice for this house. It’s so bright, and cozy in real life. My friends and i came here for a wedding about 15 minutes away, and i had run out of some essentials. There is a Walmart and many stores about a 3-5 miles drive down the street. So far enough out you feel peaceful, but close enough to civilization, you feel in touch. Absolutely will be booking again with the girls for a summer trip, since it’s so close to the lake! Thank you so much!

Loved our stay!
A little delayed in posting this but we stayed at this property for 3 weeks in July. Even though it rained most days we still had a blast. The property was very nice, super clean, and in a great location. It came with a beach pass for the community beach but we preferred to go to Ellacoya Park beach up the road as it was bigger. The owners were extremely responsive when we needed something. The porch was so nice to sit and relax on at night or for morning coffee. Would highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay! Great location!
From start to finish our experience at the property was perfect. The owners are on top of everything and house is spotless and in great condition. The highlight of this property, for us, was the extra wide covered front porch. The furniture is comfy and many hours were spent out there enjoying coffee, reading, and napping. You won't regret booking this property.

Bachelorette Fun
This property was absolutely beautiful and an delight to host my friends low key Bachelorette celebration! Very easy to communicate with the host when we had trouble checking in initially but smooth sailing after that. The home was clean and fully stocked for our needs. Easy to drive to and a perfect location with access to many local amenities. Also the welcome bag was the sweetest touch! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Lakes Region!

Perfect Ski Getaway
Our family had a great time here. It has the coziness of a cabin but all the modern amenities to make for a comfortable stay - nice kitchen, modern TVs with Roku, updated bathrooms etc. It was about 5 minutes from Gunstock and our favorite pizza place "Pizza Express". We'll be looking to stay here again!

3 day trip
Beautiful property in Gilford. We went for a few days after July 4th. Plenty of space, I’d love to come during the winter. Nice fire pit outside, and farmers porch out front. Brand new appliances and no slam cabinets (now I want them in my house!) Property owner was very informative and answered all of my questions!

Beautiful log cabin
My family and I really enjoyed renting this property. The homeowner was very cordial, thorough and prompt in answering the questions that I had. The cabin itself is beautiful and cozy. Everything inside is in great condition. We traveled here to go to nearby Gunstock Mountain for tubing and riding the coaster. However, the place was so nice we could've spent the whole time just relaxing there. We loved our weekend getaway and didn't want to leave on Sunday! I highly recommend this place!

I’d like to live here.
Staying here was absolutely amazing. Sometimes when you compare reality to the pictures you see online things can fall flat - we had the opposite situation on our hands. The house is very spacious and has an adorable style. The fire pit in the back yard is a huge plus; star gazing and s’mores is a winning combination. Communication with the property manager, Sara, is quick and easy - she answers questions you haven’t thought of yet. The location is also ideal. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the lake and hiking trails, and removed enough from light pollution that the night sky is gorgeous. We’re all hoping to gather a group for a trip to this house next year (honestly this house is such a steal of you have a large group it’s so affordable). 1000/10

Short summer stay
The cabin was the perfect place for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of clean linens, relaxing front porch, and quiet location. We had a fun day at the private beach and hit some of the recommended places for meals and ice cream. We would definitely stay here again!

Our experience with this property was great. We loved the location and the layout of the house. There was plenty of space for our family and it is only a few minutes from the lake. Independence Day 2019
My family and I are from NH now living in Virginia. We usually visit each summer. This year we had friends from Pennsylvania with us and they have never been to NH. It was exactly the experience I wanted for them. It was quiet and relaxing but close enough to Weirs that you could go quickly. They enjoyed their visit so much, it may become a regular thing. The owners were very helpful with suggestions and area attractions. The beach access was perfect on the hot days. It was close and not crowded even over the Independence Day holiday. Would absolutely recommend this property. Thank you for making your home available to us it definitely added to an overall great trip.

Very nice cabin in a convenient location
My son and I spent a few days at the Cabin and had a memorable trip.
The cabin is great and very spacious. It was very clean, and well furnished, and included everything we could have needed.
The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to most of the attractions in the area. We particularly liked being able to fish and zipline at Gunstock which is a short drive away.
The private beach was a nice surprise and we really enjoyed swimming and taking in the views there.
Sarah was very responsive in approving the request and communicating the information we needed to get to the home. She's also provided resources and details to help you enjoy your stay there.
We would absolutely stay there again, although we'll bring more people with us next time :)

A great property to connect with friends
The house is as described in the website. The front porch and backyard fire pit were great for sitting around and talking with friends. The interior of the home is clean and we'll kept. Furnishings are comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of our group to be comfortable. The location was perfect and is minutes from Gunstock and Bank of NH Pavilion as well as a short drive to The Weir's. It is convienently located to everything the lakes region has to offer. The owner was super easy to contact and was a delight to deal with.
