Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung befindet sich in der Resort-Stilgemeinde Solana an der Grenze von Gilbert und Mesa im sonnigen Arizona! Die Lage ist perfekt mit einfachem Zugang zur Autobahn US 60, die nur einen Block entfernt ist. Das Bannerkrebszentrum befindet sich gleich nebenan, so dass sich dieser Ort für Familienmitglieder eignet, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Patientenbehandlungen befinden müssen. Viele Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar und viele mehr nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Der Flughafen Mesa-Gateway ist nur 15 Minuten und der Phoenix Sky Harbor 25 Minuten entfernt. Wenn Sie die Natur mögen, können Sie die Superstition Mountains, den Usery Park und den San Tan Regional Park innerhalb von 30 bis 45 Minuten mit dem Auto erkunden. Wenn Sie Spring Training besuchen, ist diese Wohnung nur 20 Minuten von der Cubs-Einrichtung entfernt.

This is a beautiful gated community and met all our traveling needs. The property was well kept and the pool maintainer was out every day cleaning and checking the equipment. Our second floor balcony had a beautiful view of the grounds and the pool. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for our stay. There were board games available for indoor entertainment as well. Definitely recommend this property for those traveling with kids and family.

Location good with nice view of pool and green space from balcony. Communication with host easy with quick responses. Well stocked with toiletries and other supplies. Comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms with great showers. Appreciated covered parking during hot weather. All appliances worked well with no issues with any mechanics. The only disappointment was the decor was dated. Everything could use a refresh and the vents may need cleaning. I started sneezing every time the fan kicked on. We stayed several weeks and were very comfortable in our home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it is close to freeway on/off-ramp close to everything. Owners are great & very accommodating. Quiet & friendly neighborhood, I would highly recommend staying here.

Close to everything in PHX area. We hiked, swam, lots of good restaurants and shopping. Boat cruze at Lake Havasu. Close to both airports. We will be back.

Nice laid back community and clean pools. Condo had everything we needed and extra supplies was very accommodating. The ice chest and ice blocks were very nice to be able to pack a lunch. We gave 4stars for check in because we also had problems with getting into the condo at 4 pm with the code as other people have mentioned. Called all numbers I could find and left a message but no one got back to us till 11:30 pm. But were able to get in with constant trying code for 1/2 hr to 45 min. Overall it was a great place to stay and would return. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Need updates in kitchen, appliances are old. Washing machine did not work, was fixed while we were there. Furnish with everything you need for kitchen and bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and very comfortable! Plenty of towels and everything needed for cooking and using the pool. The area is very clean and safe with lots of stores and restaurants close by.
Management replied very quickly with any questions I had and were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place! Very happy with our stay.

A great condo! Checkin was a little
Bumpy with no early check in code provided. There should be a phone number to contact someone directly if there are problems at check in. We were relying on email on a saturday check in (main office number not answered - as outside of business hours) we werent sure if we’d get a response though in the end Lindsay was very responsive (and refunded our early check in fee) The condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable. Location was great for our needs. Would recommend to anyone.

The apartment is exactly as described. It was well stocked with everything that we needed. The area was wonderful and I felt very safe. We lives having the green space and playground to play. You can not beat the sunsets from the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Easy access to interstate and restaurants. Master sink did not drain properly and guest bath does not drain properly. My guest reported standing in a foot of water during their shower because the dirty water doesn’t drain.

Very nice, clean place. My husband & I were traveling with a friend so the two bedrooms & two bath worked out perfect. Close to pool which my husband loved. We definitely will stay again when in the area.

We found this property at 5pm on a Friday & needed a place to escape our broken AC at our house on the hottest weekend of the year. Lindsay & Debbie we’re very helpful & accommodating! I just wish I didn’t reserve & prepay for 3 days bc we were able to get back in our house the next day.

The property is a perfect place to stay with a family. The condo is spacious and very close to the pool. The parking is covered and the area is secured. It is very closely located to amenities in the area and there is easy access to the freeway. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

Loved my time here. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool as I was with someone in the hospital all day long. Property is located directly behind Banner Gateway Medical Center. Easy access, plenty of parking. Room was comfortable and everything I needed was right there. Property manager was accommodating and very prompt in getting back with me every time I had a question or needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying here. If I ever need to be in the area for an extended period I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a easy and comfortable stay, it meant a lot to me during a stressful time at the hospital!

Gymnastics camp in June in Phoenix. What were we thinking?! The place was great, lively shower, fun pool and a/c helped. Great restaurants not far from the place.

We booked this property based on location and amenities. The location was perfect! The pool that was supposed to be heated had been broken for several weeks which was a huge upset. With a family traveling With small children from MN, the pool was a must! Sadly, I asked prior to booking about this specifically and was told that yes, the pool would be heated. Also would have been good to know you are locked in the pool area if you do not have your key! Communication was good with the property manager, however there was no offer to reimburse us at all after discussion of the pool let down. Tenants in the complex were very nice.

We had a really enjoyable stay here! Solana is a beautiful community, and everyone was so friendly. We had everything we needed, and Lindsay was very good to see that any questions or concerns we had were quickly taken care of. We will really miss the beautiful balcony view!

Great place to stay. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need . The fitness room and pools are such nice options at this location too. Check is was very smooth- property owner was good at communicating. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Overall the property was very good with a few areas that could easily be improved to bring this up to an excellent property.
Strong points:
- great location near US 60
- close to communal BBQs (tip - set timer to allow gas flow)
- very comfy king bed
- quick and reasonable responses from management rep for issues (great job Lindsay)
- impressive amounts of cleaning and paper supplies
Needs improvement:
- original dishwater is so loud that conversation in kitchen is difficult also dishwasher rack is rusted out
- linen and towels were clean but partially stained and shredded
- decor is tired and needs an update

What a great location this was for getting around Phoenix. The kids loved the big heated pool.

The only glitch was there was no gate code access or keypad. Did not know we needed to use the remote. We went in the exit gate until a resident told us we needed a remote. Lots of road noise as well.

Excellent property. 19 steps up to front door are difficult for older people. Suggest revision of check in instructions to advise that clicker on key rack can be used to open gate that does not have number keyboard. Very happy with cleanliness of facility and with all of the amenities.

This apartment is very nice with comfy beds. The kitchen allowed us to save money on food costs. being next to the freeway made it easy for us to get to our events all weekend. I definitely recommend this place for families.

Ideal Hub Location
We loved the proximity to casual restaurants and quick accessibility to Hwy 60. The community felt secure, and the green spaces were wonderful to stroll and reconnect with the lush green lawns from home as a break from the desert green of Phoenix. Our host provided a wonderfully stocked property, and the twin bedroom was ideal for our teens who don't like sharing a bed at hotels. Extra stars for that!
