The place was perfect for 3 of us for a short vacation/remote working stay. The apartment was just what we needed and nice and cool since it was on the bottom floor despite it being warm out. Appreciated the host’s communication. Overall very lovely! The pool was a nice plus.

Great pool and hot tub. Easy door code access. Very small and dark condo. Windows face walls and concrete.

What a great location in downtown Aspen - everything is walkable including the grocery store, gondola, Clarks Pharmacy, Rubey Park Bus Station and so much more! We were comfortable at this condo. It was clean, and had everything promised in the listing. A repair issue came up early in our stay but the host/manager was on it and had the issue resolved promptly. We will consider this rental again.

My stay was fantastic! Everything about my experience was outstanding from check in to check out. Host was extremely responsive and thorough in his communication and the unit was so cozy. My favorite was the huge comfortable bed and large shower. Definitely will stay here again.

Close to everything needed for a great ski trip at Aspen Mountain. This condo unit fit my needs perfertly!

Great rental and everything you need for a place to stay within walking distance to the slopes and downtown.

We stayed in Aspen to acclimate to the elevation (coming from Florida) and prepare for backpacking Four Pass Loop. We did not realize how perfect the location is until we got there. We did not have to move our car for 2 days as everything was within walking distance. The host had great communication and the unit was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the apt was unbeatable. Fair warning there is zero natural light. Getting a hold of the host was very easy and he was extremely helpful.

Very nicely appointed unit in a newly remodeled property just a few minutes walk to downtown Aspen. Lower unit with no natural light so its best if you have outdoor plans all day. Enjoyed skiing every day via short walk to the bus!

The home had everything we needed, tons of space, and a kitchen well equipped with supplies, which was nice that we didn't have to dine out every meal. Great location! Within walking distance to all the shops, eateries, and easy shuttle ride to all the mountains!

Perfect location and space for two! Very comfortable king bed and wonderful shower! Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable couch. No views because unit is located on a garden level but beautiful views all around you outdoors. Excellent communication with owner.

Everything I need without the high price for stuff I don't need. Enough size for one or two, a third can use the couch but space might be a bit tight at that point. Well furnished and well kept without going over the top. No view. Don't need one. I'm on the mountain all day. Great location a block up from Little Nell Residencies. They are easy to contact and take suggestions for improvements. Been multiple times and will return for more.

This condo was perfect for our week in Aspen! Everything was just as stated in the listing. Cozy, quiet and close to all that Aspen has to offer. Matt the co-owner was amazing to work with and answered our couple of questions very quickly. If you’re reading this review just stop and proceed with booking this unit- you won’t be disappointed!!

Well located comfortable condo. Owner manager very responsive and pleasant to deal with. It is a bit dated but comfortable and the rent reflects this. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning (heating) is extremely noisy when it come on which it does regularly in short bursts. I think the plant is too big for the condo and so much air is coming thru it it only stays on for a short period. The owner sent someone to look at it but nothing could be done. We got used to it but for the first four or five nights it was very noticeable and hard to sleep when it was on.

Everything about this property was wonderful. Location is perfect--we never used our car because everything is within walking distance. The condominium was lovely, clean, and quiet. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

This condo was the perfect rental for my wife and I to spend a quiet and relaxing spring vacation in Aspen! The rental was very clean, very nice, and had all the extras we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. It is a very short walk to all the restaurants and shopping, an even shorter walk to the gondola, and the surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful. We made use of the hot tub and pool after multiple hikes over the days and we had it all to ourselves. As other reviews have stated the condo is tucked away on the ground level so it is dark most of the time but that did not bother us as we didn’t spend much time inside anyways. Parking was very easy and convenient (we visit during the off-season) and check-in and check-out could not have been simpler. The owners were very accommodating and provided great communication before, during, and after the trip. We will definitely look at staying here again on future trips!

Beautiful condo at base of ski hill. Easy walk down to town for shopping, dining. River Walk Trail was awesome! Owner Michael was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly. Perfect for romantic weekend and since we were "in between" seasons the streets were not at all crowded. Well appointed kitchen should you want to cook at home. We would definitely recommend this property if Aspen is your destination.

We loved this place! It was perfect for the two of us and so central to the town. It was very clean. We had no problems at all! We would definitely stay here again.

Michael was very accommodating to us which we appreciated. Only item to note is that the unit is downstairs which makes it very dark. There won’t be much natural light at all. But you cannot beat the closeness to downtown, the bed was large and comfy, and the living room had a nice couch as well.

We enjoyed staying at Michael's cozy/compact place. He was very engaging/helpful during our stay on any loose ends/questions. The place is perfect to 2 people, with quiet/nice bedroom, bathroom, functional/well equipped kitchen, and nice living room/couch/tv set up. Place is very dark/limited windows so perfect in winter or if you're just staying there for function. If seeking leisure hang out for window views, this may not be your place, BUT the units local pool / hot pool saved the day for those of us liking outside hang time. All good, would stay there again.

The property is within walking distance of everything downtown Aspen. It was furnished with everything we needed and it was priced fairly in contrast to some of the other properties. It is perfect for 2 adults but would be very tight for a family of 4. It is a lower unit and is easily accessible from the parking which is tight and limited but we didn't have a problem finding a spot. Larger vehicles might have difficulty and might find it easier to park on the street. Everything was in working order however the light under the microwave burned out while we were there. The carpets could use an extensive cleaning. The biggest drawback is the lack of air conditioning but leaving the windows open at night and the use of ceiling fans helped cool the unit down at night. The bed was awesome but the pillows were very soft so bring your own. We had a great time and Michael the owner checked to make sure we didn't have any problems. Excellent value!

We relocated my daughter from rural Wisconsin to Aspen. This condo made the trip and the transition very smooth and pleasant. Wonderful, quiet place with everything we needed.

We came to Aspen for a birthday celebration. When we walked in to our our condo for the weekend, it was very clean, with nice amenities included. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right at the base of the mountain, and we could walk everywhere. We decided to walk the 6 mile stretch to see Maroon Bells a bit last minute, and the owner was so accommodating to allow us a little bit later checkout so we could enjoy our hike before taking off. We had a lovely time!
