property was so good, suite we booked was huge , food was yummy, healthy and great, the doctor on board there was really good - worth a try if you believe in Ayurvedic treatments.

I had a late check in as my flight landed in Delhi at 830, had to pick up my friend and we drove to rishikesh. by the time we reached rishikesh, it was 330am, the employee present there was like you don’t have reservation. I showed my confirmation, he was like booking.com doesn’t have proper information, they are usually wrong. he went in to check and found out that one of the rooms that’s filled was reserved under our names. by then, I booked another hotel as he mentioned he doesn’t have any rooms available. they made us stand outside the gate for 30 minutes. the director was good, he called the next day and apologized offering a free spa session as apologies for the inconvenience. The property is decently good for another trip

It was an amazing experience to be able to stay in this beautiful place and enjoy the views of the Ganga. We were treated with ayurvedic medicines and overall had a superb time at the hotel.

Staff were exceptional service providers, keen to share their area of expertise, and to share their culture.

Monkeys are a problem wherever there is food - seeing them swim in the pool put us off going for a swim.

Everything about this place was absolutely marvellous. Mostly, the people (staff and other guests) made it extremely warm and comfortable. The ambience was suitable to exactly what I needed - rejuvenation. I would like to show appreciation to Saurhab we received me at reception upon check-in and made splendid recommendations for activities outside the hotel. The kitchen staff and waiters - especially Amit. Dr Tejendra, who was absolutely amazing and had extremely good recommendations for my wellness. Punit at housekeeping was always so courteous and another gentleman (I forgot his name) who seems to do general maintenance. Everyone was amazing! I even feel bad I did not mention everyone by name because the lady who did my treatment was also awesome and so was the Yoga teacher. I also loved the pathway at the back of the property that stretches along the Ganges river - it was conducive to nice relaxing walks which I did every day.

The front of the hotel is totally different from the back. The back of the property has stunning views of the Ganges River. It is like two different worlds. However, it absolutely did not take away from the amazing experience as most things happened at the back anyway.

Modern SPA hotel on a pedestrian promenade on river ganges. Big very clean rooms with striking views to mountains and river. We have had the best nassages ever in the hotel! We have forgotten expensive earrings in the room but director of the hotel Mr. Ajay retrieved it and delivered to Delhi . incredible service!
