Overall was a great place but the cleaning cree definitely does not check on things you clean the dishes you use and we had to clean dishes that were out away that had all over them also floors were not clean at all

Great little condo for the price! Only thing I would change, was having more paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) for your guests. I also got a message from property management saying to come to their headquarters to grab the keys. Once I got there, they said there weren't keys and that we need the code, which I still hadn't received at time of check in. I eventually got the message and was able to check in easily.

The place was great for a quick weekend visit. The room numbers were a little wonky, but we found ours and getting in was easy. Check in and check out instructions were texted for easy access with clear instructions.

We enjoyed staying this close to the beach and even got to take in the Sandfest while there!

Enjoyed the stay and location

The proximity to the beach is excellent- the pool and outdoor shower were very nice. Everything was in working order. The bathroom is cramped.

2nd time staying here. You can not beat the price for the proximity to the beach. Literally walking distance.

Clean and in great shape. Parking is tight but we knew that going in so not a problem.

Really loved our stay and room. Most importantly how from the beginning I was informed of the steps to take. Area that I rented was reachable and approachable. Loved the pool and the facility was within walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend !

Very nice place to stay, we have been there several times and always enjoyed our time.

The room was nice for my little family of 4. Bed sheets and decor pillows were a little dirty but we just pulled them off the bed. (The pillows) sheets we made do! The villa had a little “old/moldy” smell to it but a quick trip to CVS for Lysol didn’t hurt. Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool area.

This was my first time staying here, and I will definitely stay here again! A girlfriend and I did a weekend girls trip... at first arrival, the cleanliness stood out; this place was spotless. The location was perfect, a very short drive to restaurants and shopping, and a lovely short walk to the beach. Oh, and the beds were super comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

Good, clean, nice location, decent walk to beach

Location was great. Can walk down to the beach or can drive drive your golf cart down to the beach and does not take long at all to get there. Only thing that I wish would’ve been different is that the place could’ve been cleaned better for when we arrived. There was sand still all over everything from the people before us.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo located 1/4 mile walk straight to the beach . The Only issues we had were the bathroom trash was not emptied when we arrived , it was overflowing with feminine products, so we had to take out the trash . Also , we weren’t allowed to turn the air down past 74 and we are used to 65 at night at home . Luckily we planned ahead and brought an extra fan and a small portable air conditioner with us . Condo had all dishes needed and came with 1 roll of paper towels and toilet paper which was perfect . There were enough towels for the 3 of us to shower every day and use a clean towel which was a plus and we were able to wash our beach towels we brought at the on-site laundry room , just need quarters . First night we slept great , but beware if there is someone renting out the above unit who doesn’t respect the fact your below , you may not sleep well due to noise . We reported the noise issues to the front office when they started moving furniture around and banging on something , and also contacted the owner of the above condo through A different site but since this was not one of the rentals through our company ( as far as I know ) there wasn’t much anyone could do and I did jot receive contact back from that owner . Beds were small so not sure if they are true queens but as long as you don’t mind sleeping close to your spouse you should be comfortable . Overall we would stay here again and hope that we had more considerate neighbors above but the condo itself was super comfortable, homey and made you feel like you were at the beach with the beautiful and colorful art and decor .

The efficiency had plenty of room for four and the location was great! We didn't need to drive to the beach, as the boardwalk beach access was perfect.

After a few hiccups with wrong keys and a leaking dishwasher among entry to the room, everything else was great! They did make it up to us with a discount on a golf cart rental. Great location and quiet area. Definitely recommend for a family.

Beautiful property, exactly as listed. Short walk over the dunes to get to the expansive beach. First three days, the fog was unbelievably thick and kept us from enjoying the beach. It cleared on the 4th day and the rest of the trip was beautiful! Short drive to local spots for food/drink/shopping. It was our first trip to the Texas coast and thoroughly enjoyed it!

It worked perfectly for our weekend away.

The property was in poor condition when we arrived. I don’t think they understand that the cleaning should come BEFORE a new person arrives not after. BedSheets had someone else’s hair stuck to them, floor was not cleaned, very few towels provided even though we booked for the full week. We brought these issues to the manager’s attention and were told that we should have “called to have the place cleaned and issues corrected”. This place is perfect (sarcasm) for anyone that likes spending more time cleaning up and dealing with bad property managers rather than actually enjoying their vacation. Enjoy the gross.

When booking, I did suggest that maybe they can make a small note/sign for my husband since we were celebrating his birthday. We didn't get that. I also noted, the bed comforter had some sort of stain on it, so I decided not to use it. The property is kind of cramped so if you have kids just be careful walking around, it's tight. I loved the closeness the condo is to the beach (about 10 min). I also liked the property having an app where you can get important information of your stay and help if needed. Overall the condo was in good shape, except their closet in the restroom it seemed broken or out of place.
