very convenient location, on the next street there is a supermarket, another big market. You can walk to the railway station in 20 minutes. The yard is locked with a combination lock. The children were happy to play in the yard. the windows overlooked a busy street, so it was hard to sleep in the morning with the constant noise of the tram and cars.

picking up the keys was easy, the man quickly checked everything and handed us the keys. The problem arose with finding a house. since the site indicated the house at number 2, but in fact it turned out to be the house at number 32. it was difficult to explain to the man who gave us the keys and we had to call the owner. in general, we were looking for an apartment for 2 hours after we took the keys. Also, there were no additional hygiene products in the apartment (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, garbage bags...)

The apartment is large.

This apartment is very uncomfortable, dirty and in need of repair.

Separate kitchen which is not very common in the new developments. Cleaning lady was kind enough for us to check out 10 minutes later Large TV

Landlord was very pushy to collect the extra cash for extra nights. She literally came three times by midday to follow up. She was ignoring my messages that I sent through booking.com, claiming this is managed by someone else. So ultimately, some random woman comes to get the cash for the stay, claiming she is the owner. Really shady! Once we checked out and left the keys at the hangers, the landlord was threatening us with the police claiming that we stole the keys:) She was also very rude with threats that we will be charged to accomodate next guests becasue they will need to replace the lock, again the keys were left in the flat and there was no instructions to leave the keys somewhere else. Actually, picking up the keys is a pain, becasue you need to get these in a place located 5-7mins walk from the flat. Overall, when we checked in there was still trash from the previous tenant (bottles of vodka, beers and cigarettes) and no one bothered to pick this trash up for more than a week, even though I reported that day 1. The flat is actually quite dirty, furniture has cigarette holes, I bet the floor was not washed after last guests...

My wife and I stayed in this place for 2 weeks and worked from there. GOOD THINGS: Internet is average speed (25mbps download, 4mbps upload) . The location was great, close to the market and shops and Biedronka. The bed was super comfortable.

BAD THINGS: - You need to collect the keys from a different address, maybe 300 meters down the road, so if you have big bags and no car, it's very inconvenient. The many handing over the keys is extremely unfriendly and speaks zero English. They need to get a person who speaks English there. - Finding the address can be tricky if using a GPS, don't look for a building, but rather a garden. The address is hidden by trees in between two buildings. (Someone needs to add a photo of this to the accommodation page). - The agent started off great with Whatsapp communication, but once you are checked in, the communication slows down. I think she is managing too many properties, but she is friendly and helpful. - The bathroom had funny smells coming up the drains due to a clogged drain in the building, but after 1 week it got fixed. - The kitchen electricity wiring is a bit weird. You need to turn off and on the power (on the electric board next to the front door) for the oven/microwave when you need to use it. If you left it on, then the lights remain on.
