location and pool

As our first holiday as a family we wanted the perfect mix of beach and pool. This apartment has both these things however the decor is extremely tired dated and in poor state of repair. Much like the photos displayed on the websites the whole apartment needs a facelift and making safe in places. If you are traveling with little ones there are a number of dangers to be aware of as with most places in honestly but some could be rectified by the letting agents. Old plastic furniture on the balcony is broken and sharp, the worktop in the kitchen is not fixed to the wall. The light fitting in the main bedroom was hanging by a wire. In light of covid and our new ways of living I would expect as a minimum for soap to be supplied in all bathrooms and kitchen, this was not the case. The details of the apartment facilities could be updated too as there happened to be a WiFi connection that wasn’t listed. We also had an unfortunate dealing with interhome regarding the air-conditioning unit. This could be considered condemned in our opinion. It was very temperamental and when we asked interhome to come and take a look at it we were told that it wasn’t listed as a facility so they won’t be able to fix it as the apartment shouldn’t have one. Very strange, once we made clear it was listed on both their own website, booking.com website and it was physically present in the room…only then did we receive an apology and engineers to get it working again. Not cool in any sense of the word. finally there was a terrible smell from the drains. I would give this apartment a 2 star out of 5. Much improvement needed.

The location is amazing. 1 minute form the beach. We have supermarkets and restaurants next to the apartment. The swimming pool on the apartment is good and so clean.

The shower wasnt the best shower of the world, correct. Would be great to have a good Internet conection in the apartment. The Internet signal is poor in the house.
