Great location and comfortable

This location is an easy walk to the Quicksilver chairlift and the south end of Breckenridge's Main Street. We had four adults and one infant, and everyone enjoyed their stay. The thermostat was a little difficult to understand, but it did not affect our experience. We would definitely come back.

This condo was in the perfect location…a 5 minute walk (slightly uphill) to the bottom of Quicksilver lift, and very easy to ski almost all the way in at the end of the day! A 3 minute walk to Main Street! Being on the ground level was amazing and the parking underneath was very convenient! So many games and a very well stocked kitchen! Would definitely book again!

Fantastic location and great space!
We were in Breckenridge for 4 nights on a girls’ weekend, and this was a great place to stay! We could easily walk to the main strip downtown and we loved having a little balcony. I do wish the pool and hot tub area had better hours—it closed at 8:00 which seemed extremely early. If it was open until 10 pm we could have used the hot tub a lot more. I would definitely stay here again!

Great price, value, and comfort
The property was very well maintained and spotless when we arrived. We made use of the dish washer. washer/dryer, oven, range and fireplace and all were in perfect working condition. There were plenty of kitchen appliances, cook ware and utensils available for all purposes.
As mentioned in previous reviews, the one bedroom did not have a door and the bunk beds in the room has the top bunk pretty close to the ceiling. We created a "door" with blankets attached to hangars and we did not need the top bed as there were four of us. When you see the room it makes sense as if were not created for a bunk bed, it would have a door but could only fit a twin mattress in there comfortably. In theory, if they cut down the posts in between the two bunk beds by about 4 inches it would be perfect.
Walking into the condo was tiled foyer with a bench and boot/shoe mats which definitely helped keep any of the dirt and wetness located away from the main living area.
The walk to the nearest lift was not as bad as others mentioned. Yes walking 20m down a possibly snowy and icy in ski boots is not the most fun, not is the last 20 m incline to the lift...but it was still a 5 min walk from the condo to the lift. It was also a 5 min walk to the Breck Brewery and the southern edge of the town.
A note about the service company - We had a to order a non-emergency medical item and they were very good about letting us have amazon deliver the item to the leasing office. It was delivered, but when I called at 4:30 pm, there was an out of office message and when I visited the office at 8:20 am the next day there was no one there either. In their defense, I did not call the emergency help line (since it was not an emergency) and the whole town is a bit squishy on time. One store in town even had a sign saying they "usually" open from 10am to 4 pm
We were very happy with the condo and its location and we are thinking about retuning next year and would rent the same place.

Overall great trip!
Overall great trip, a bit overpriced considering the notes below, but it was spring break I suppose. Condo is as described, very comfortable, will definitely consider again when going back to Breck.
Things to note: Parking garage is 6'2'' so anything above a Honda Accord will not fit in the garage, parking next to the condo is limited, a bit frustrating coming home from dinner. Check out time is also 10am, so had fun trying to de-ice the car prior to leaving, but property manager gave me an extra 30 min. which was nice, but hate feeling rushed. Property managers very nice and responsive overall.
The property is still a bit of a hike from the lifts, a challenge with small children and carrying equipment if you don't want to pay the $13 per person/day to store your stuff overnight near lifts.
Overall, great trip, will certainly be back to Breck, probably not during such a busy and expensive time though.

This property was in a perfect location that allowed for ease of going to and from the Quicksilver ski lift. It was also in very close proximity to main street in Breckenridge.

pictures.. are deceiving. But still great condo
Pictures make den kitchen dining look much larger, but were fine for 5. Bathrooms only had 2 wash clothes each . With 5 had to wait to wash to get clean bath clothes. Need to add 2 to each bathroom. Supplies were great and dining/cooking dishes were great. Loved close walk to slopes and town. Higher altitude..
substantially..than had experienced before so took a while to acclimate. LOTS of great restaurants but book reservations early..ahead of trip..or early in day. Once slopes close at 4..and you try go eat at 6..can be 2 hour+ wait. Lots of great coffee shops and regular shops.

Nice property!
This property was great for our family of 5! It was just as shown in the pictures! The walk to the lifts was quite a trek. The only suggestions I would give would be to add a tea pitcher in the kitchen and provide more towels and wash clothes in the bathrooms.

Excellent Stay!

Two weeks in the fall
Stay was nice. Unit was as listed and in a great location. You can walk to most anything in town from it. Check in was good but a little more communication on the process did not occur until a short time before arrival. Would have been nice to have a few days before arrival

Great location, bad bed situation
Everything was great. Fantastic location, walking distance to most things. The only complaint would be the beds. They’re terrible, really uncomfortable, hard and plastic feeling. The bunk beds are too big for the room. There’s no way for a child bigger than 6 would be able to get in and out of the top bunk. It’s too close to the ceiling.

Great location
My wife and three daughters had an amazing trip. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything we needed. The underground parking was definitely a plus. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Definitely would return.

Great liocation
Walk to ski, walk to town. Great location and very clean. Technically a 2 bedroom but the additional set of bunks made this a great place for our family of 5. Our giant suv did not fit in the underground parking but there was always a spot in the lot right in front of the unit.

You would hit your head on the ceiling and couldn't get turned around to come down the ladder. I can't imagine what would happen if there was an emergency! Unfortunately, our child was forced to sleep on the couch because of the poor accommodations. Additionally the bunk room had no door. This allowed for zero privacy to change or even to block noises so that children could go to sleep. The room is also so small there was zero space for luggage. It's basically a closet with a bunk bed shoved in, not at all what we expected out of a property that claimed to sleep 8. We also found some other problems with the property, the dishwasher top rack is broken and would fall off the track every time you tried to pull it out. The vacuum had a short in the cord making it impossible to use. Finally, the caulk on the master bath shower glass door seems to have failed because all the water that runs down the glass door ends up on the floor outside the shower. We had to place towels out there to catch all the leaking water. We appreciated the location and the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the condo but that just wasn't enough to convince us to ever stay here again.

Great property & Location
Picking up the rental keys was very easy literally in and out. The house had everything we needed. The location is great as it is close to the lifts and mainstreet. The rooms where spacious and the den was a plus! Love that they had plenty of board games to keep us entertained. Would recommend to family and friends :) thanks for having us!

True luxury feeling
Beautiful unit with all the things you need. Lots of room, cozy, and a beautiful wooded view. Laundry in unit but on the smaller side - wasn’t a problem for us. First floor living was nice when unloading/loading the car from parking at that level then pulling the car into the heated garage for protection from the summer storms. Would stay again and property management was excellent.

Great Experience
Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and in a great location. It was easy to drive in and out of the complex, and very easy to walk to the village and downtown. Our family loved the downtown experience and the endless outdoor activities.

Outstanding!
Wow...this property cannot be beat. Far better than we expected. This was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed at, and we've stayed at several places. The condo was fully stocked, and included anything you ever could have needed (even baby spoons and sippy cups!) The kitchen was amazing, the beds, super comfortable. My kids (4) loved the bunk room and the king bed in the master was perfect. There was plenty of room for us all. The location can't be beat, with downtown a quick 5 minute walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. The check-in process was seamless, and communication was exceptional. By far our most favorite property ever. Cannot wait to return!

Family Trip
The location of this property can’t be beat. A short walk to Quicksilver Lift and Town.
Condo was clean and well stocked with towels and extra linens for our party of 4. Having the extra bunk room was great so everyone could have their own bedroom. Plenty of room to hang ski stuff at the end of the day and it was a short walk to the hot tubs. We checked in at around 10pm and the person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful when we called back with parking questions. Overall a great place, and one we will keep in our rotation to check availability for future trips. Only thing that would have made it better was if there was keyless entry to this property.

Great Location, would stay again
My initial impression of this condo was that the pictures make the property look better than it is. The pictures just make the condo seem bigger and brighter. However, everything is as advertised, it just doesn't look as 'nice' as the pictures. With that being said, the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Let's start with the physical location - first floor! This was huge, as we didn't have to walk up any stairs with boots or skis/boards/luggage. We parked initially in the front parking lot to unload which was super easy as the condo is right there. Then we parked in the assigned space under the building in the garage. This was super convenient as there are stairs that take you right up to the your front door. Inside, the kitchen was great, it has everything and allowed us to cook 3 of the 4 nights comfortably. My daughter took the bedroom with the full sized bed, and my son took the bunk room which is off the hallway. The bunk room has no door, but has a bunk bed and a TV. My son, who's 12, didn't mind and we brought his XBox so that he could plug in and play games, use his apps, etc. It worked out just fine. The master bedroom was nice and the bathroom was great, very large. To get to the lifts, you just take a short path out the back of the Condo building and head down a short hill to the left of the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge. It is quick and easy, just a 5 minute walk. To get to Main street, you head left out the front towards Columbine Rd., and take a path between the Wyndam Water House building. Which again is like a 5 minute walk to get to Main street. Overall, I'd stay here again and the only negative was the first impression. Other than that, fantastic condo and location.
