Die Lage ist sehr gut

Sauberkeit war nicht so toll, dreckige Zahnputzbecher,es lagen doch Dinge von Vormietern herum, die Couch war Schrott, die Räume dunkel und muffig, überall schwirren Motten herum, keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher nach dem Duschen zu trocknen, keine Geschirrtücher, die angeblich vorhanden Ären Kaffeekapseln gab es nicht, WLAN funktioniert nicht, der zugesagte Parkplatz wurde nicht angeboten, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problematisch, es benötigte viele Anrufe is endlich jemand erreichbar war um den Zugangscode zum Haus zu erfragen. Colmar war schön aber von diesem Appartement kann ich nur dringend abraten!!!!

Appartement super bien placé. Propre. Dans un immeuble ancien donc attention aux poutres si vous êtres grands :) Mais un très bon moment.

Petit problème de draps mais résolu très rapidement par notre hôte qui a été réactif. Donc finalement un bon point. Par contre, nous n'avons pas pu avoir accès au parking.

Die Lage war top! Mitten im Zentrum aber aufgrund von einer Seitengasse schön ruhig.

Das Appartement im Erdgeschoss hat kaum Tageslicht und wenn man nicht durchgehend lüftet ist Recht muffig wie in einem Keller, aber schön hergerichtet und bemüht mit Lüftung und so. Obwohl der Gastgeber und eine Parkkarte zugesagt hat haben wir diese nie bekommen und mussten daher außerhalb parken.

when we arrived at the apartment was freezing and we could not get some lights to work. We messaged the owners and were told to turn up the heat (we had tried) and turn on the light switches (they were not working). They did not seem to understand what we meant. We left to find the parking spot which was to be free and the parking card would not work. We received an it was not valid message no matter what we did (see picture). So we ended up paying for parking. We told the owners and they never responded to address it. We went for dinner and came back and the apartment was even colder. i finally discovered a circuit breaker tripped. I reset it and the lights worked and the heat started. Unfortunately the living room, bathroom, and shower never really warmed up. Way too cold to take a shower. the bedroom got warmer and there was an exra comforter.but qwwwwñme Also, the wifi code was not working. i copied and pasted it from the message they provided but it was not correct. So to message them I had to go outside to get a signal. I told them we most likely would not stay the second night do to the issues and asked if they would refund. i was willing to pay for the first night since we stayed. They never responded. Also. the "view" of the quiet street is through a very small window with bars that looks directly to the neighbors door across the alley which is all grafitti'd up (see picture). Finally they said the walls were soundproof but we heard walkers talking outside in the alley way. Luckily it was winter so there were not many. They never responded to my refund request, offered to pay for parking, or booking.com's attempts to reach them. they did apologize for the tripped fuse but did not provide any monetary compensation for the issues we dealt with. booking.com refunded me 25% of the second night as a gesture of good will. Had everything been perfect I do not know that I would stay again.

Es war ein richtig schlechter Geruch im Wohnbereich, fast nicht auszuhalten. Der Vermieter gab den Rat dauernd zu lüften und die Heizung hoch zu drehen. Was aber keine reale Verbesserung war. Zunächst gab es keine Handtücher, die aber nachgereicht wurden. Die Wohnung war im EG, kleine Fenster waren vergittert, so dass man sich wie im Verlies gefühlt hat. Es gab keine Alternative laut Vermieter.

Tam colmar’ın kalbinde. Çocukla çok rahat ettik. Tam ev konforuydu. Ev de temizdi.

The apartment has great location, it is in the city center, near the market. It is good for a company of 4-5 people and has all necessary setup. Accomodation is pets friendly ❤️. You can get a parking place if needed 😊. City itself is spectacular and colorful. People are very friendly. There is a lot of restaurants with delicious food.

The pillows were a bit small and not very convenient.
