Está muy feo el lugar, las camas muy feas muy oscura la habitación tenía mal olor la habitación Los jabones , el baño y todo en general olía muy mal ,no se veía limpio jamás volvería a este hotel

El personal, muy educado, siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Te facilitan acceso a un Beach Club de la Laguna todo y que el lugar estaba en reparación es un plus. Tienen parking para tres vehículos.

La habitación tenía un olor como a recién pintada. Las excursiones que ofrecen son bastante más caras que si las adquieres fuera del hotel.

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, igual que el Lagoon club, aunque está lejos y si no tienes coche, es una caminata larga desde el hotel.

Al llegar, me cobraron el IVA, algo que no me apareció cuando hice la reservación. En el club pedí unas cervezas que en el menú tenían el precio de $45 y me cobraron a $60. Los empleados son muy amables, pero frente a estas cosas solo contestan: sí, es que es así.

Room was a good size. Bathroom also. We liked the swimming pool. That area had a nice garden. Staff was helpful and nice.

The palapa roof made the room smell a bit moldy after the rains when the sun was out. I think this was also the reason why the room was a bit louder than I expected. Constant barking of dogs next door ( I don't think it was any of the guests' dogs) was irritating, especially when it was midnight and I wanted to sleep. I guess that is not the hotel's fault. They have a private "club" where you can access the lagoon for free but it was a bit of a trek to get there, and it's not an area where you can easily get a taxi.

we had a spacious room with a small kitchen area and a big balcony with a nice hammock. we also liked the pool and the „beach club“ which belongs to the hotel - it’s about 15min walk or a 4min drive away but has a nice area and they even offer free kayaks and have a bar area with drinks and food for sale. location is good and only a few minutes away from a lot of restaurants and shops.

- bed was really uncomfortable - communication in English was sometimes bit hard (but we made it work with google translate)

the staff is amazing! super accommodating and friendly. the hotel is well located, right off the city centre. the pool is very nice with sun throughout the day. room is of good size and shower is comfortable.

we had a few issues with the bathroom, but they quickly came to help. breakfast is slightly minimal but seems to be a recurrence in Yucatan.

The place is well maintained the sfaff are nice and welcoming. Great pool and great breakfast . Good value for money

We were delighted with this small, family run hotel. The room was cozy and clean with a small kitchenette. Breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was extremely tasty and of good quality. The hotel's location to both the beach and the town center was only two to three hundred meters. For price and quality Poza Clara can't be beat!

The bathroom sink facet was a bit wonky and would spray us with water when we turned it on.

ok, everyone was friendly. Great pool. Breakfast was bizarre. If you wanted fried egg, you could only have one ! If you wanted scrambled, you could have two !. There was no coffee refill. The table was not set on both mornings, so when breakfast came out, you had to ask for salt, cutlery, butter etc which left you eating cold breakfast by the time it came out. We were the only 2 sat in the breakfast room so there was no excuse. The waitress was very friendly enough but heavily hinted on tipping her which was annoying as I was going to anyway.

clean nice and greatly located with private access to the lagoon and kayak too . we had lunch and stayed the afternoon there it was perfect . the breakfast and the pool were great. the restaurant staff was really nice and friendly.

the receptionist tried to charge us 100 MXN for a « stained towel » that they would need to send to a dry cleaner … had to really prove it was not « stained » and had to tell them they could wash it in a washing machine … and not spend money on a dry cleaner

They will bull your credit card as soon as they have the info even though it specifically says you pay at property. I thought this was sneaky and maybe even illegal. For this alone I would give this place zero stars. I hate lies and the idea of a random receptionist having all my credit card info where they can just charge whatever without any authorization.

The staff in reception and the restaurant we're very lovely. Also there is access to club house where you can get a private tour of the lagoon which was excellent.

The checkout process was difficult. The rooms were checked which is fine but they tried to find any reason to charge us to make some extra money.
