Overall location and house was excellent. There were a few issues: dirty coffee pot, stains on towels, no face wash cloths. Requested wash cloths and was told they don’t provide those type of towels and advise us to use dish towels to shower with instead. Drive way is very steep so we parked in street. If you have problems climbing stairs, kitchen and 3 bedrooms are upstairs. If you have a large group, it’s very accommodating. Great location.

A family of 8 adults and two pups stayed here for four nights. There was plenty of room and the home was very clean! We enjoyed the fenced yard with access out of two bedrooms and a hall door. The living space and kitchen provided a great area to cook, hangout by the fireplace and watch movies together. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner easily in the well equipped kitchen. The location was an easy walk to Dark Sky Brewery and other downtown eateries. It was also a short drive to Buffalo Park for hiking. Lauren and Chris alerted us to a found ring; my sister had left her wedding ring by accident. We were so appreciative of their help in finding the ring and the safe shipping home. It was a great trip and we hope to return!

Nice clean house with hot tub. Driveway is really steep - but it’s pretty short to get stuff in and out of the house and street parking was fine.

This is a very clean property in a great location. About an hour away from the Grand Canyon and great access to Route 66. The only surprising thing was the drive way, VERY steep. You will not be able to park in the garage. Garage is a very nice area to entertain and hang out.

We had a great time staying here as our “home base” on our Grand Canyon trip. Our two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers) had plenty of space. Bedroom and bathroom arrangements fit our needs perfectly. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. The grocery store was very close and convenient for our shopping needs. When we did want to venture out, downtown Flagstaff was a short walk away and offered great restaurant and coffee shop choices (we especially like MartAnne’s breakfast palace and Late for the train coffee shop). We spent the week exploring Walnut Canyon, Sedona (including slide rock state park) and of course Grand Canyon. This house was a great central location for our needs. Not to mention the local parks to hike, run and mountain bike (which we took full advantage of!). We loved Buffalo park. We would love to return to this area again and would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this house.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Great neighborhood location with a short walk to downtown. This home was clean, well stocked and even nicer than the description! The hosts communicated clearly and timely. We loved it! We will definitely would like to return!

Stayed at property for two weeks with group of kids and dad's. View of mounts right off front deck - spectacular. Owner was very relaxed and professional. Quick drive or ride to Buffalo Park/many trail heads while still being in town. Was thrilled with the house! Better than I even expected.

This place was perfect for a quick weekend stay for my group. The house was clean and spacious and made for a great meeting place. We were all so glad we decided against a hotel room and can't wait to visit again next year!

We had a great stay. Made an easy trip up to the Grand Canyon. The hot tub was fantastic!! Could use a few more coffee cups with the amount of people this house accommodates.

The house was exactly as listed, and was very clean. The kids room is downstairs and is the only bedroom down there. That might not work for really small children, but worked fine for my 6 & 8 year old grandkids. My daughter in law said to make sure to mention that a pack and play can fit in the walk in closet in the master bedroom. As mentioned in other reviews, the driveway is super steep, but if you park in the garage and angle the car carefully when entering and exiting, it is ok.

Great house for multiple families. Walking distance to town and trails! Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely come back to this house!

Lovely home, bit far for a walk to downtown flagstaff so we drove down to the downtown area and then walked around there, which was fine as it was only a 5 minute drive. Loved the property and the amenities supplied, would definitely return here and recommend it to anyone staying in the area

This was an awesome place to gather and experience all of the delights in Flagstaff! We had a great time and really enjoyed our time. Beds were a little soft for our taste, but other than that everything was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay here at this house in Flagstaff... darling and super clean house! The house was well-stocked and had everything to meet our needs in the kitchen, for the hot tub, for washing clothes, etc. We were super close to grocery shopping AND to the Arizona Snowbowl. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Flagstaff :)

This was a wonderful stay. Chris is so easy to work with. The driveway is no joke. We drive a Lexus SUV and made it with no problem, however due to the angle it snapped off our tow hitch so you just have to be careful. We did not have snow when we were there and it was pretty steep to walk up. if you have any knee issues, this might not be the place for you. The walk is not long, but is steep to get up to the front door, and then you have stairs to get up to the main level. There's also construction on the house next door early in the morning so you have to be a heavy sleeper during the week. Also the washer and dryer are inside the downstairs bedroom, which was a little awkward. The house itself is great though!

A beautiful new home with a perfect location for day trips to the Grand Canyon and exploring Flagstaff. The home is bright and clean and the owners have put a great deal of attention into making sure you have everything you need for your stay. The owner communication was also wonderful.

This home is a fantastic place to stay in Flagstaff. The home is very comfortable with a great view from the living room and the back yard. It’s such a great location because it’s close to town, but feels like it is in the pines! Lovely. Takes five minutes to drive to town; 20 min to walk. So easy. The main living area is great, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we did take out mostly in order to enjoy the local restaurants. The bedrooms had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for in the cooler evenings. Prior reviews mentioned the steep driveway and stairs. The driveway is not long and wasn’t an issue at all for us in my Four Runner. That said, there’s plenty of parking on the street and it was really no issue to get up to the house. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this home and I would 100% stay here again. Thanks so much for having us, Chris!

We had an incredible time at this home! Fantastic location very close to Buffalo Park. Spacious home with enough sleeping space for all 3 teens to have their own room. Beautiful decor. Kitchen so well stocked. Back patio so relaxing, and hot tub was incredible at the end of a long day of hiking! It was great to have a grill for dinners. Front overlook patio great for coffee in the am and cocktails at night. We will definitely come back. Owners incredibly responsive. Best place we have rented in years! Thank you!
