The villa is amazing with 3 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms which is suitable for family. The location is perfect maybe 2 minutes walking to Krupówki street.

I would suggest adding lights outside specifically in the entrance. Also, adding cleaning service would be helpful.

Due to build material (wood) hearing neighbors tv and guests going up or down stairs is so normal.

Very good location everything you need is 5min walking highly recommended for families , also a nice semi-private outdoor sitting area.

Very convenient location, modern design of the building, nice kitchen and lovely balconies. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit together on the big couch in the evenings. The place had all the amenities we needed, and more!

Our neighbors certainly did not keep the quiet hours rules! They partied hard well into the early morning hours. This is not the fault of our host, but it would have been helpful to know who to turn to in these situations. One of the bed mattresses was worn and sagged on one side, but the others seemed fine.

The location of the property was perfect, with the main street (Krupowki) just a minute walk away. We were brand new to skiing and therefore had lessons at Gigant ski slope, which was on the same road as our accommodation, which was brilliant. The property was clean, spacious and really warm. All in all the property was excellent and came at a good price and I would definitely stay there again. We were a group of 19 (10 adults, 9 kids) and rented two chalets. We took taxis to get to other ski resorts (Szymoskowa) but these were cheap. The contact for the property was available and very timely in his responses which was great. Other than the couple of things we had to ask for (which really were minor things) we really couldn't fault the accommodation and the holiday in general.

We did have to ask for a tea towel and the keys to the ski lockers at the back of the property but they were delivered very timely when we asked for them. It was a little too warm at times in the property but again easily resolved by turning the heating down or opening the door.

Excellent location and nice cozy apartment. Host was very accommodating and allowed us earlier access in the day, as soon as the apartment became available. It was greatly appreciated

Wi-Fi in apartment 1 was very weak. raised the issue with the resident who checked on the system. Wi-Fi is provided in this apartment, but for our group the signal was too weak to be effective/usable. I’m sure it’s probably fine at other times & in other apartments. If you have access to Mobile phone data, this isn’t an issue. Otherwise, everything else was great.

House was very comfortable for group of 7 people. Facilities of the house also were very good. Kitchen had everything you need for 4 days stay for 7 people. House has a very good location. Fire place added cozy feelings to our stay.

We had issue with the hot water taking the shower - temperature was changing from hot to cold constantly. Bathroom on the 3rd floor was a little bit uncomfortable due to roof angle. Yard was covered in the ice - one of the guests failed on the way to the garbage bins.
