The owners communication from start to finish was brilliant. She met us at the apartment and showed us where everything was and provided a good amount of food and homemade banana cake. Golden View has mostly older residents and owners staying there so the pool and gardens are pristine. Plenty of sunbeds and very peaceful just five minutes walk to Masseys supermarket, the beach, restaurants and Sandy Lane estate. We will definitely be back ( if we can get in!). This is a great place. The bed is comfortable and the owner met me onsite and showed me around. I liked having a bathtub too. It is also a wonderful neighborhood with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Teresa has been a great host. She made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and did her best to accommodate when we had special requests. The apartment is in a very convenient location close to stores and beaches. Highly recommended!

This apartment has a home away from home feel to it, lots of storage and is in a great location, walking distance to beaches, restaurants and supermarket. The owner, Teresa is warm, friendly and helpful and also very generous leaving lots of goodies so we did not have to rush off to the supermarket on arrival. The property is quiet and relaxing with a large communal pool. We highly recommend the apartment and will certainly return.

This is a great value on the West Coast. Know that the property itself is quite dated and the reception area and halls reflect that. But the apartment itself is a gem. Perfect for one person or a couple. Lots of storage space; comfortable bed; kitchen has everything you might need. Great balcony overlooking the garden. I didn’t use the pool; drove to nearby beaches which are some of the best on the island. Communication with Teresa the owner was great and she generously stocked the fridge with welcome goodies. Much appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner has thought of everything one would need to live in the area. She was easy to get a hold of. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in bedroom made for an awesome night’s sleep.

Excellent apartment for 2 people. V clean and well kitted out. hard to think of anything else that would be needed. Check in very smooth, Owner met us in Reception. Owner called after couple of days to check all ok. Very close excellent supermarket and short walk to beach. Near bus stop for bus to Bridgetown. Good sized kitchen, diner, living area. Good sized balcony for eating and relaxing. large and comfortable bedroom with quiet efficient air con. bathroom with bath and shower. Walk in closet. Overlooks large gardens and well kept pool. Plenty of sun loungers. Other neighbours and staff friendly. Recommend.

An excellent apartment to stay in for a two week holiday in Barbados. It was very comfortable and the little extras which Teresa provided made our stay at Sunset Crest complete. We have been to this area before with our Children and their families but this time the condo was perfectly positioned for our stay in Holetown and it over looked lovely gardens and a swimming pool which we enjoyed using.

The property is lovely and well cared for. It had everything we needed and Theresa is an excellent host. She provided more than we would expect in a self catering apartment including a welcome food pack, freshly ground coffee and all household basics including soap, toilet rolls and kitchen paper. Living locally Theresa was quick to respond to any queries and drop off a missing item at reception for us. She is incredibly welcoming. We would love to stay again but unsurprisingly we see it is already fully booked when we would like to go . Thank you Theresa for letting us stay. Caroline & Matt

The front of the property was less than impressive. However, the condominium and the pool and the gardens were lovely. The condo and the pool / grounds were very well maintained / clean. The pool was really big and it was busy if there were 8 people in it. Teresa had provided everything and more that anybody could possibly need and was very friendly. The bedroom was lovely and cool and the bed / pillows very comfortable. Our only complaints would be that the blinds on the balcony were difficult to adjust and that the settee in the living room looked lovely but wasn't very comfortable. Would we stay again - YES! Overall we had a really lovely stay! We hired a car and travelled all around Barbados and had a really great holiday! Would we recommend it - yes!

Teresa, Thank you for a most enjoyable stay in your apartment. The attention to detail - everything was there that we needed, a well equipped kitchen, the excellent quality of the towels and bedding , not to mention the generous welcome pack that you provided us with. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was a lovely way to start the day. The swimming pool was a real asset and available up to 10pm, and the Chinese restaurant by the pool was made use of several times, eating there and taking away.... Ordering a takeaway and while waiting taking a dip in the pool was great. The walk to the beach was a 10mins stroll and the supermarket was not far especially when we found the short cut. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future. Thank you Teresa, and it was lovely meeting you.

Lovely apartment. Fully kitted out with everything you will need. Teresa very very welcoming. Ignore the front of the building. Once inside apartment 226 and you see the gardens and pool all is well. Ideally placed for Holetown. Lovely restaurants and beaches nearby. We hired a car as we wanted to see the island ...we used to live in Barbados so wanted to visit old haunts. But if don't want to hire a car plenty on your doorstep. The bed in 226 is the most comfortable I've ever slept in. AC in bedroom. Lots of hotwater. I cant really fault the apartment. Go there and enjoy. Thanks Teresa.

Great little apartment, very clean and well stocked! Complex was well maintained with pool and restaurant/bar on site. Nice to have someone on the front desk at all times for questions/directions,etc.) Location is good, nice 10min walk to everything you need (groceries, restaurants, beaches, bank, shopping). Owner is a lovely lady and really nice to rent from, so glad we picked this place! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is wonderful all the equipment you need and more, great view of the garden. Nice and peaceful. Fantastic location close to the supermarket, restaurants, shops and the Beach just a few mins walk. I would totally recommend this apartment and will visit again for sure.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time in apartment 226. Teresa has thought of everything to make her apartment your home away from home. It is extremely well equipped with everything you might need right down to a shopping trolley and umbrella. The bed was probably the most comfortable we have slept in and we did sleep well. Golden View is well placed for an easy walk to the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops of Holetown. We enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony watching the hummingbirds and the monkeys. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you.

Our stay at apartment 226 was truly as stated in the title. Teresa has done an amazing renovation which was very tastefully accomplished. The décor is lovely and no item has been overlooked. Not only is there everything one could possibly need, there are the extras that were not expected e.g. the grocery cart and the beach chairs. These two items alone added so much value to our stay here! It was certainly beyond our expectations to not only have Wifi and TV, but also a DVD player with a selection of DVDs and also a selection of books to read. We had a wonderful holiday in Teresa's little corner of the world and hope that we will have an opportunity to return!

Goldenview is NOT for the young and active, and NOT for families, but for people of middle age or older seeking a lovely quiet vacation this is just perfect. All balconies look out over the large gardens which are beautifully groomed, and the good sized pool which has loads of sunbeds and chairs, always available even in high season. The garden has plenty of shade under palm trees. Location is perfect for foodies, with all the restaurants and bars of Holetown within a safe 10 minute walk, and many others only a short drive or bus ride away. Shopping is easy in the large local supermarket. We hired a car and explored every corner of this beautiful and varied island, as Holetown is centrally placed so that nowhere on the island is more than an hour's drive away. The east coast is stunningly beautiful, with so many little deserted beaches and coves to discover where tourists rarely go. Appartment 226 is extremely clean, well furnished and well equipped. A huge comfortable bed, decent quality chairs and everything you need in the kitchen. Teresa the owner goes the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay, always available but never intrusive. Be warned we have been told that the quality and cleanliness of apartments does vary, so if you can't get 226 then be sure to read reviews. We have stayed on lots of Caribbean islands over many years and can honestly say this has been the best all round experience ever (even in spite of very mixed weather!) Very highly recommended.

We were very fortunate to be the first guests in Teresa's newly refurbished apartment, and were really impressed with her efforts. The apartment has a very fresh and clean look, and one cannot help but feel totally relaxed in these surroundings. Teresa has obviously put a lot of thought into her apartment, and guests will want for nothing. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and the view of the extensive gardens and pool more than compensates for the distant sea views you would get from a higher floor. We had 2 weeks of utter relaxation, with a swim in the large pool most days. The on site Chinese was also very handy on the occasions when we were too lazy to cater ourselves, the only complaint being the size of the portions which could wreak havoc with your waistline! Altogether we had a wonderful 2 weeks, and it continues to be our intention to return for a longer stay in the future. I would certainly recommend Teresa's apartment. Ian + Marie
