Staff was welcoming and helped us in everything we needed. Pool was good as well, serviced with towels. The bathroom was big and spacious and well provided with shampoo and soap.

It was not a beachfront and you need to walk, but not much. Overall it was a very quiet area but sometimes you could hear the train nearby.

not so much the property, that was lovely. We asked for a late check out the following day which was the problem. I woukd have been more than happy to pay for this but I was told the hotel didn’t have room but when I looked on booking.com there were lots of rooms available. I should have checked in the first instance but everywhere else I have stayed in Sri Lanka has been so accommodating I didn’t think this before arriving at the hotel. It just made my last day on holiday slightly difficult as went and paid for a room at another hotel just so I had somewhere to shower before leaving for the airport as they had been so unhelpful I didn’t want to pay again

The staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the facilities very clean.

Staff could be more proactive. Water was not provided daily in the rooms- not complimentary. Poor wifi.

Everything was excellent. The owner himself checked me in and kept the kitchen open late for my arrival. He was overly accommodating and was a friendly and helpful person, as were all the staff. highly Recommended.

The hotel is generally ok. If you don’t mind hearing trains passing by during the night.

Part of staff was nice and welcoming but part of stuff was not friendly at all, reception lady looked very upset when I contacted her with any question. Room was cleaned only when we asked it. Room itself was moderate in comfort. The bed is very big (good if you like it) but it takes all the place so there is no space to put your luggage at all. Under the bed area is dirty and filled with spider net. Warm water is occasionally, sometimes it is available, sometimes don’t.

Great location across the road from Anhagama beach. The seaview rooms have a small view of the ocean but are large, modern with a large bathroom and small balcony. There are 2 swimming pools on the property, the main one is great for relaxing. Great value for money.

It’s a cery clean and nicely furnished hotel. The design is very modern and European. Very close to the beach, the staff is very attentive, but everything takes time - you have to accept this island „go slow” vibe which is sometimes difficult if you come from a hectic environment. The pool is great and you can take a swim at night. The breakfast is good and there is a bar and restraurant but they serve only wine. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

There is no elevator but the staff will help you with luggage even at 5 in the morning!:) We were a group of 4 and we booked a family room which was very uncomfortable - basically there were 4 beds squeezed into a double room, so there was hardly any space left to move around, not to mention unpack you luggage. There was nothing else in the room other than 4 beds and 2 nightstands located in the corner and occupief by table lamps. The staff speaks basic English, so at times it is difficult to communicate, although they are very nice. It’s a bit expensive too.
