We work for a San Diego based merchandise company and frequently have to stay in other cities and states. This was one of the best stays we have ever had and we appreciate all the aspects of the home and stay. Definitely will book again in the future for our trips.

My husband and I sold our house on the east coast and moved to Arizona. We rented this house for a month while we looked for a house to buy. The hosts were very easy and friendly to work with both while booking and during the rental period. The house was just what we needed. Shopping was just 3-4 miles away…. groceries, restaurants and home needs. Convenient to everything. The brand new Costco that opened 3 miles down the road was an added bonus.

Nice home, clean, pool was great to cool off from the heat. Very close to our granddaughter. Communication with owner was quick. We have rented other homes in Buckeye but never with the use of parking in the garage and the use of their bicycles, A+ in my book. Will definitely rent again. You will not go wrong staying here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is perfect for our family and the location. It is clean and has everything you need. Easy to book and owners are easy to work with.

Nice clean and modern home. Beds comfy and couch very relaxing. Plenty of small appliances. Grocery store and shopping very close. Quiet neighborhood. Ample walking.

Good location with easy access to freeways & some nice regional parks for hiking … Skyline, Estrella Mountains, White Tank Mountains. Hot tub was nice after a day of activity, and even used the pool a few times. Comfortable beds, and the Ninja made great smoothies.

Overall a great stay and would recommend to others. Owners respond timely to messages. Pros: Nice well appointed home with many useful amenities; plenty of towels. Master bedroom mattress very comfortable. Couch soft/comfortable. Nice laundry area in garage. TV streaming apps and internet. Cons: Did not receive door code at check in time. Had to message owner to get the code and wait for a response while on the way to the property from the airport. This caused me to panic somewhat since it was Christmas Eve; but they responded with the code a few minutes before we arrived and crisis was averted. When getting up Christmas morning to make that first cup of coffee, found the inside of the coffee maker was filthy. Spent 30 minutes cleaning and sanitizing it before use. (And descaled it before leaving) Neighbors to the right of the home have a spotlight pointed directly at the hot tub at night which was not only annoying but creepy so we only used it briefly one time. There is a step down in the garage that we didn’t see; lost our balance, almost fell. Really need some sort of warning there for us older folks so no one gets hurt. Suggestions: House seemed dark inside. A couple of lamps and a coffee table would make it more homey. A glass casserole dish would be useful for those who cook. Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. Accidentally bought coffee beans instead of ground coffee but there was a coffee grinder there that saved the day! :)

We came as a group of 6 - 4 adults and 2 teens - to race dirt bikes at the nearby track. The house was absolutely perfect for us. The hot tub wasn’t working but the owner communicated that with us in advance. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including seasonings and foil/baggies. Sooo many towels were available, that never happens at a vacation rental LOL. Being able to do laundry was a huge plus for us too. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near tons of amenities. Off-street parking for both of our large cargo vans was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location, they were amazing at communicating and responding if we had any problems. Highly recommend and will be using them for future stays again.

We really enjoyed our stay here , clean, as advertised , great communication with the owner, easy check in ,, their spa broke while we were there which was unfortunate but owners made every effort to get parts for it. Zero complaints , great stay.

This was an amazing experience! The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. It was accommodating for my entire family with small kids and a teenager. We went in the summer time and the pool was the biggest attraction, so nice, clean and comfortably heated just right. There is nothing bad to say about the place. We can't wait to visit again!

It was fun staying here! There’s a park across the street which was pretty fantastic! Enjoyed the private pool and the area!

This space was perfect for is visiting our kids and grandkids. Had the grandkids over for some pool time amd enjoyed it immensley!

Good location, nice home, hospitable owners, enjoyed our stay

We stayed for about 2 months while completing some business in Arizona. Karen and Kenneth's home was clean, well equipped and the owners were very responsive to small things that can occur with home ownership. The hot tub was very enjoyable in the evening, as was the pool, although it did become too cool to use the pool by mid October. Bikes were a nice touch, and the neighbourhood/street were very nice. Thanks Karen and Kenneth.

I stayed in this house for about 7 weeks while I was on a clinical rotation for Physical Therapy School. I had an amazing time! This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and a growing town. The pool was an awesome amenity to have as it was always fun and relaxing after a long day of work. The owners even provided some pool equipment that I was able to use during my stay there. The inside of the house was spacious and provided a comfortable living arrangement. The couch was so comfortable that I never wanted to get off of it! Whenever I texted the owners, they were quick to respond! I am very grateful to have been able to live in this home and I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Owners were terrific and it is a wonderful spot to spend a vacation! Such a quiet neighborhood, family loved it. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub, that happens when you choose to visit in June! Loved it!!

Overall this property was great. Owners were super easy to work with. Property is in great shape, and very clean. My family of 5 stayed there and it was perfect for us. Kids loved the pool and Hot tub. We didn't do any cooking, but kitchen looked like it was stocked to do so.

We had a wonderful experience with this VRBO in Buckeye. The owners were very accessible for any questions we might have during the stay. The pool and hot tub were a plus for sure. We definitely would consider renting this property again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip to AZ with our 2 girls! We all enjoyed having the pool and hot tub right in the back yard. Property was clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Will definitely be back!

Felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. Food and stores just a short drive away. Home had everything that was needed.

This property was everything stated and more! Kenneth and Karen's home was very inviting and we felt so comfortable during our stay. I loved that they had bicycles for our enjoyment as well as the hot tub and pool. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. I would definitely stay here again and encourage others as well.

Down for NASCAR, the property was extremely close to the track no need for highway traffic. Proper was clean safe and comfortable. We swam everyday while there plenty of towels and toys. The patio gave way to amazing morning sunrises. Will rent again as we are season holders!

My kids and I had a fantastic stay at this property! I was delighted to see how well stocked the house was with everything I could need, including a Ninja blender. Every summer my kids and I spend "cousin week" in this area. This house was great! Multiple days were spent swimming in the pool with everyone and cooking from the kitchen. It was a great house and the owner was always available with a phone call. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your house! We will be looking for availability for next year.

Karen and Ken’s home in Buckeye, AZ was the perfect place for our family to have a much-needed get-away together. It was very hot so we spent EVERY DAY in the pool. It cooled down enough outside to enjoy the hot tub a couple nights, too. The house was just the right size for our family of 5. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. They supplied everything we needed: towels, kitchen appliances and dishes and utensils; even a cute little mini muffin pan I used one day to make brownie bites. Also a washer and dryer! The beds were so comfortable. The internet was fast and reliable. AC was nice and cool. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There were other families with children living nearby. And the playground is literally right across the street. If we ever vacation in Phoenix or have friends or family going there, we will be recommending this place!!
