We had a great stay at Island Club Rentals. There was an issue with the rental we booked so the staff put us in 2 smaller rentals: it worked out perfectly! While the rentals are a bit worn, everything was sparkling clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone we encountered was friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to others!

Photos made this property look much larger and better then when we walked in. Everything was clean. However the rooms were all very small with one room even being inside of another room. Neighbors were very close and rowdy pool wasnt able to be used at time of stay. Overall it suited the purpose but certainly wasnt worth the price.

This cabin was in the perfect location. We were able to utilize the gazebo across the road for yard games and grilling, which worked out great since our grill was so dirty it was catching on fire. The house was very outdated, but it was a place to lay our heads at night. Numerous holes in the walls, locks on doors not working, and had a musty smell. There was also cigarette butts on the ground from the previous renters, so I would recommend better cleaning between groups. They were always quick to respond when we needed more propane and toilet paper. I called and within 10 minutes, we would have the extra supplies delivered. Overall, I would give this place a 3.5 of our 5.

The house itself has plenty of room, we brought in air mattresses to have in the living room area. The beds seemed cleaned, the house itself seemed clean but it smelled awful - like a musty smell the entire time we were there. We kept all of the doors and windows shut and by 2am Saturday the back bedroom off the kitchen was COVERED in flying bugs, we had already made beds and had our suitcases open and when we came home all of my belongings had bugs, I was able to shake them off and I kept the light on in that room for the next couple days and closed the door and it seemed to keep majority of the bugs in there. There’s plenty of kitchen ware for basic grilling and baking. Overall we’d like to stay again, we’d just know to bring some wall plugs and keep the door shut.

We paid for early check in and linen. The linen was not there when we arrived. When I called someone gave me attitude and said it's because check in is at 4pm. I explained we paid for early check in and she said oh they will bring the linen now. Then we purchase a 5 bedroom house and the house only had 4 bedrooms which made our sleeping situation difficult as we had 5 adult couples.

Vacation rental was very nice for our weekend getaway! Nice open living space and the patio was fantastic we spent a lot of our time out there! Did not realize that two bedrooms were connected but it was not a make or break! Rental was clean and in great shape for us when we arrived!

We have been frequent visitors of PIB for 30 years now but this was the 1st time renting at Island Club. Rhe space was great for our group however, considering the amount of money charged, they could be fixed up a little. Unit 66 had several broken blinds causing light to come in very early in the mornings and a couple of the rooms smelled very moldy. One bedroom had the window wide open with no screen when we arrived so unsure how long that had been that way causing rain, animals, spiders etc to enter. We paid for linens and there were none when arrived. No problem but had to call twice over a 2 hour period to get them delivered to make our beds. We understand these places are probably abused from people that stay in them, but at least have functional blinds for windows or curtains.

We had a great time at Put-in-Bay staying at the Island Club rentals. The ease of checking in and out was awesome, and being able to rent golf carts through them was incredible and made it so easy! My only negative is that the house was not very clean, the blinds were completely ruined, and the walls needed painted (there were marks in nearly every room that were recently patched up). Nothing we couldn’t deal with while we were there. Overall a wonderful experience!

Loved the cabin! Everything else was great! Anything we called the office for (paper towels and mop) was brought to us immediately. We were greeted at the home with our golf cart already sitting there waiting for us. The pool was nice and the kids loved spending the evening there. It was a great vacation. I do have to add a piece of advice to management... I would advise that cabins be cleaned better in between guests. We did have to mop the floors when we first arrived due to our crawling baby's knees and feet were black from the floors.

I do not recommend at all. the place was so dirty and not like needs vacuumed dirty but blood and feces on the shower curtain dirty. The tv did not work (we didn't need a tv). We called several times to get items refilled and the office kept hanging up the phone. There was garbage lying all over the property. I don't mind staying in cabins and it being dirty but the contract i signed says i cannot leave it like that or i forfeit my deposit. The price i paid was not worth the quality.

The rooms were small but well designed to get the maximum amount of people in. The AC worked great. Good amount of tables and chairs even dishes. I think there was a wild party before us. There were beer cans and bottles behind the dresser, doors coming off the hinges and missing toilet paper holders.

Although this property was in a great location and had plenty of room to accommodate our party of 15 (10) adults and (5) kids the bedding situation wasn't exactly how described. There was only 1 twin size bed, no twin trundle, and a twin not so clean mattress in a closet. One of the bedrooms smelled so molded, and mildewed that we couldn't sleep in it . It had my allergies going crazy. My eyes watered for two days after leaving. There was also no broom or dustpan at the place, so after calling and waiting for 30+ minutes for one to be brought to us we finally had to walk over to get one. There was several items left from past guest including clothes behind the washer. The dry needs a second go around in order to fully dry the clothes. I would recommend this property to others with a little fixing up. Maybe removal of the carpet in the bedrooms would help with the smell.

First let me say that the lady assisted us at the home was very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately the back door failed to close and lock. Ok it was not really even fixed after we called. One of the bathrooms had duct tape on the toilet cover lid. Another bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The rug was filthy. The final straw was when my 12 year son and his friend called to tell me they had to throw a canvas bag outside because there was a mouse in it. Furthermore the boys discovered a mouse nest and disgusting droppings. Although we were moved and refunded half our money I would not consider island club again. Even the 2 houses they put us in were not what we expected. Have stayed in way nicer places for less money. Also the air conditioning was NOT working. It was funny that after we were moved an air conditioning company was repairing the a/c. Very disappointing you can stay anywhere on the island and have access to everything. Nothing special about this place

This is very nice and cozy house. Our group had a great time on this tiny island just before July 4.This condo is close to a state park, biking rental, gemstone mining (cave touring), momunment, kayaking, winery, and many nice shopping stores. The island is quiet and has a lot of fresh air. I feel that this is an ideal place for relaxation. This is a place where you can get away from the noisy environment and your busy life.

This cabin was outdated but more importantly when we checked in it smelled funky. We were told the carpets were just shampooed. As the night went on the smell got stronger, we were out the whle next daya dn upon our return...could not enter the cabin without smelled of what I think was animal urine so shampooing the carpet coupled with the humid day and a locked up cabin, literally had us gagging trying to remove our things to a new cabin. You could smell the odor even before entering the cabin. We called and were given a new cabin but frankly I should have asked for a refund as this was a hassle as we had hauled in food for 16 people for 3 days etc. our sheets and clothes now smelled as well...terrible...would not reccomend to anyone!

We had a group of 16 stay here for a bachelorette party. When we arrived, the house smelled of vomit and we went out and bough disinfecting wipes to clean ourselves (we left it much cleaner then we received it). Was told there was a twin/twin trundle bed, but this was sitting in the closet that we had to bring out and put in living room (no bed frame, just mattress). Called upon arrival for paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap which was to be provided and received through 3-night stay (we bought our own). Kitchen was disgusting and provided very few items to cook with. WAY over priced in my opinion, and would have rather gone to Myrtle Beach or somewhere else where we could have gotten much better for our money. People asked if we would ever take our kids here, and my answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT. Not family friendly; more tailored to bachelor/ette parties, 30th/40th celebration, etc. Very disappointed to say the least :(

Have stayed many times at the Island Club and was disappointed in this house. Needed to have 5 bedrooms and the fifth bedroom can barely be called a bedroom. It is supposed to have two twin beds had one and you have to share the room with another bedroom. One light switch which turns on & off in both rooms so if someone is sleeping and have to see it wakes the other room up! Could use some cleaning & fixing up! Would not stay in this unit again.

The house was in a good location and was one of the few that had enough space for a large party. The process itself was very easy and seamless. My only complaint is the condition/cleanliness of the house. First of all they don't tell you to bring your own hand soap so we didn't but then didn't have any and they were unable to provide any. Second- there was mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms and paint peeling in places. We also saw a mouse in the house which was pretty gross. So overall- professional staff, easy transaction, great location, but certainly not overly clean.
