11 Women from all over the US have kept in touch since university days years ago. We gathered, mixed and mingled in the kitchen and 2 living areas, catching up on families, jobs and travels. We ventured out to eat ice cream from the corner store and took a lake tour. Walked the neighborhood down to the lake and tried enjoyed sandwiches from Chucks. Great place!

Heritage House was the perfect place for our family gathering, quirky yet functional. Each family group had it's own apartment yet we had a central place for all to gather. The treehouse was especially fun for the children! We were only there for 2 nights for a family wedding ann needed a longer stay to take full advantage of all the spaces and amenities Heritage House had to offer.

This place was perfect for my bachelorette party! It had 4 different kitchens to help us prepare food and we even had a little party room! Enough space for everyone to have a bed and sleep comfortably. 10/10 would go again if I needed a lot of space!

Quiet area. Great set up for our large family. It's three apartments with some good common space. Easy walk to downtown and the beach if your littles are up for the task (read strollers). Ground level two bedroom suites then two upstairs. The home is very clean and has what you need to be comfortable. Great deck outside lower kitchen. Ate most meals out there. Lake Geneva is a beautiful clean lake. We were there everyday. Bring beach towels. A couple of good kid parks nearby, coffee shop, ice cream, pizza, etc. Easy to roam to other nearby towns. Was grateful for how well it suited our needs to be separate and together. Enjoy!

Great time. My siblings and I had a great stay. We had our parents and all of our children together for a few days of fun on the lake! We enjoyed the accommodations and local activities!

Loved the deck so much. We were outside every day. Large home enough space to get away if you needed to and still have meals together. We needed more beach passes but love the neighborhood and beach and restaurants were great. Coming back‼️

We loved Heritage House for our family gathering. Thirteen of us were able to be together and yet have separate space. The house is well equipped, and the location was perfect for our 4th of July weekend stay. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. This was a great place for us.

The house was perfect for a large group! Lots of room to hangout and room to “get away” when needed! :) the house was very clean and worked out perfect!

This is the second time myself and several other guests have stayed in this rental and it’s been great every time! There is plenty of room for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful and we would love to come back again!

Short stay with lot of obligations with family away from the property but great location and worked out great for us.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Prime location in Fontana, within walking distance of the beach, park, ice cream. The place was equipped with everything we needed plus more. Having three separate kitchens was a bonus. Definitely a five star stay! Thanks John!

The Heritage House is great for large groups. The multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces were great for my extended family’s annual get together. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. The beach; parks, shops, coffee shop and ice cream are all a short walk from the house.

John could not have been more helpful planning for our family reunion. He responded immediately to questions on the home and area. The house is huge which allowed us to have babies sleep on one side and family games on the other. We easily fit everyone eating in the main kitchen and cooked s’mores on the fire pit outside. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the lake. It was a wonderful family escape that allowed us to connect. I highly recommend.

Good communication, nice place

We had a family get-together at this VRBO. We had private bedrooms/baths, and could get together in several common areas, the multiple kitchens and a shaded patio area. After touring the town of Lake Geneva, we were happy to be in Fontana...beach access, less traffic, and very walkable to the lake trail, a beach, and a great ice cream spot! Who could ask for anything more?

Great birthday weekend with family

This place is fantastic for a large group. We were up for our nephews wedding and had 20 miscellaneous family members staying together. There is plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms. It had been 3 apartments so you can be separate if you want to but you can also leave all the doors open and treat it like one big house. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and responsive if we had any questions. Since we were her for the wedding we did not a chance to get out and enjoy the area but did walk down the block for ice cream. We would highly recommend staying here!

John was awesome! the house and location were great! if ever we go back to lake geneva we would love to stay here again!!

We had 17 people in our group and had an amazing time and plenty of room at this home! The 3 different apartments within the home allowed plenty of space for the whole group and it was so nice having 3 different kitchen places. We all were able to gather on the deck and the “Gathering Place” inside. This house was so well equipped to handle a larger group, I could not recommend more! It was also only a 10 minute walk to the dock which was extremely convenient.

Plenty of room and fun layout. It was like staying in 4 different places all at the same time.

For an extended large family this was just as perfect a space as could be. The community room offered great space for Christmas activities and eating as a group. The Tree House apartment was kitchen central. We served food buffet style from there and went to the community room to eat. I was a little concerned about all the stairs but the older kids, 3 and 5, fell in love with the loft/spiral staircase especially the stuffed monkey family. We brought baby gates but never needed to use them. The rental is located close to so many things and we utilized the park close to the lake. The little ones had such a great time that they renamed Fontana, “ Funtana”. The separate apartments gave us space and privacy. Really perfect!!!!

This place was an endless maze of rooms. We had a destination wedding in Fontana and all of the bridal party wanted to stay together this place offered so much space and all different areas that the group could hang out. The owner was accomodating and very helpful

The house was perfect for our stay. The golf courses were 10 min away and the house had all the amenities we needed. We had a group of ten and each of us had our own bed and easy access to a bathroom! A large group would not be disappointed.

Exceeded our expectations. Had everything we needed. Comfortable.

The home was perfect for our family trip. There were 17 of us ranging from 8 - 76 years. We rented the entire home and really enjoyed using all of the different spaces. It was nice being able to set up extra tables in the Gathering Place so that we could all dine together and play games in the evening. The home was clean, comfortable and a nice haven after a day of exploring the area attractions. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very helpful when assistance was needed. A great place to stay!

We all had a great time! Kids enjoyed the loft sleeping area in the treehouse suite. Adults enjoyed the multiple kitchens for food prep. Gathering area was large enough to accommodate us for group card games and watching anniversary video. Bedrooms were comfortable and roomy enough for our group. Very enjoyable time!

Heritage House is awesome! It is exactly (if not better) than the description onVRBO. The 3 separate areas were perfect for us. The common area was used by all. John the owner is a pleasure to work with. Hopefully we can rent again next year!
